This is a complete and utter lieI said I would send the merchandise back ONCE the postage was paidI NEVER agreed to anything because they lack they do not lack the courtesy to reply to any of my emails about the postage being paid by themI have sent emails but received NO REPLY from the company stating that they would pay the postage, they just keep ignoring them, NOR have I received money for the postageUntil they reply to one of my emails where I request the postage paidIn my emails (to which Zoraab has failed to reply, numerous times) I have stated that I am more than happy to return the product, but only once the postage is paid for by them. Maybe if they could reply to a simple email, they would already have the product back

I am rejecting this response because it is not believable. They say they shipped a pair of socks but it was not delivered. I do not...
believe that they "shipped" another pair of socks. I placed 2 orders that were both delivered minus the missing pair. I sent numerous e-mails attempting to resolve this matter and they did nothing until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. I asked that they refund my money or ship me the socks and I never received a response or a tracking number. If they sent that pair out that was not delivered, where is the tracking number? I accept the $10 refund for the missing pair of socks but want a warning to go out to current or future customers regarding this company's business practices.

When two days had gone by and the order had not arrived, I contacted the business and was told the tracking information showed the order would arrive the next day. I asked for the tracking number. (I had previously asked for it, and the company had not responded.) This time, Zoraab provided the tracking information. Contrary to what the representative said, the tracking info showed that the shipment would arrive December 27, not December 23. It had not been sent two-day, it had been sent priority mail. I received the socks on December 27. I am accepting the response because I did get the socks. But I will not be doing business with this company again.
