I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[Your Answer Here]
So many calls were made to them to make them aware that there was a problemThat office has had my paperwork screwed from day oneThis is a Dr.'s office for *** sakeIf they can't get it right in health care, there's a real problemI'm teetering on the edge of losing my job over it, but what does THIS company care? As long as somebody shows them the money, they DON'T careI have tried repeatedly to reach this *** forsaken ofc, it either rings busy and disconnects you immediately, if the incompetent receptionist DOES answer the phone, you're left on hold indefinitely, and IF the msg is EVER relayed, calls are NOT returnedThe reason my claim was denied in the first place is: They were LATE submitting the paperwork AFTER I had gone there in person and REINTERATED it was imperative the paperwork be submitted by Apr ***That information is also in BOLD print across the top of the paperworkINACCURATE and INADEQUATE notes given to the insurance companyI still have NOT seen a Dror been treated since Apr **My leave needs to be extended until the end of July, the insurance company is going to issue their decision by July ***In the meantime I've developed abdominal pain and blood is visually presentThese two companies deserve each otherNeither one effectively listens to the patiets or customers and takes corrective actionI'm filing a complaint with the Medical Review Board here over the experience and going to write reviews about my experience hereNumerous calls were made here in regard to the phone system, a couple of them personally called and got the same thing, I personally told the Dr., so she's aware, and the ofc operationIt was well documented.

I was told the last time I called them, they would send them an e-mail letting them know they could not be reached again, and to have Diana call meHave you EVER known a Dr.'s office NOT to have an after hours answering service? It's abundantly clear ZOCDOC has no intention of sending the e-mail as was toldThey want me to have to call them AGAIN, just to be connected to the office, provided they can get throughI tried calling the office again yesterday, rang busy, immediately disconnected, just like before

Hi ***,
Thanks for contacting us againZocdoc is not a doctor's office and we do not have any purview over the operations of DrH***'s office.
My team has connected you directly to the doctor's office at your request on several occasionsMy team has also emailed you directly to explain that we reached out to DrH***'s office on your behalf to ensure they had the most accurate phone number listed and to express the concerns you had with handling your care during your visit with themSince Zocdoc is simply an appointment booking service, we do not manage or have access to any information regarding your specific care or the paperwork you mentioned earlierYou will need to contact DrH***'s office directly for any further concerns you have.
If you have any questions about Zocdoc and online appointment booking, we are available at ###-###-#### or by email at ***

I have been a Zocdoc customer for over 5yrs and it seems the Company in the recent past has completely gone to the dogsThis particular account manager, Austen L*** is one of the most noncooperative salesman I've ever come across Our practice was flagged because a patient did not get to see a particular dentist that they booked an appointment with but were treated by another dentistNote that the patient was totally satisfied with the treatment providedHowever, Austen from ZocDoc is "threatening" to lock our account if we don't add another profile (sleazy salesmanship!!!)There are several other dentists/doctors who have multiple providers under profile but seems like we are being singled out...probably because we have already signed and paid for a 3-yr contract and there's no more money that ZocDoc can make off us in the near term
More importantly, I went back to ZocDoc to add a profile for the other provider and ZocDoc's new contention is that it'll be the price of a brand new profile!!! While I signed the 3-yr contract, I was promised that any additional profiles will be at half of the cost of a new profile and now there's no mention of this and Austen continues to be as negligent and unhelpful to a loyal customer
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
ZocDoc was negligent in providing services and now attempts to rely upon fees and payment policy to obviate their duty
to refund the $1, fee
ZocDoc subsequently admitted their negligence
in providing services as shown on the below E-Mail from a ZocDoc representative
I have also spoken on the phone to ZocDoc representative, ** *** ***, who stated that “ZocDoc has dropped the
ball”And those were his own words It is
clear that such an arbitrary action does not provide any remedy for me
ZocDoc has not been acting in good faith and
fairnessIn fact, this
company uses deceptive business practices to operate
Bottom line: I should not pay for a negligent
service and have the right to receive a full refund

Revdex.com:
My complaint ID [redacted]has been resolved with mutual agreement.

[redacted]
I have been using Zocdoc for years and I have continually had problems with them. I live in NYC and when I book appointments with them, 9 times out of 10 it is never with the doctor I chose, it is with someone else.
I sometimes get no shows like today. I was at an acupuncturist's office. They had called twice to confirm the appointment and when I arrived with my personal aide, they said the acupuncturist wasn't there. I checked to see if they accepted my insurance on Zocdoc for an acupuncture session. They said they did. But, no, they don't.
I was told I have to pay $40 for an acupuncture session and to not waste this appointment, I can get a physical therapy session which was just a light massage on my legs. I tried to write the negative review on the site without using any foul language, not slandering anyone, just sharing my honest experience and the fact that I have to pay cash and come back for the actual acupuncture session and then they tell me they cannot publish this review. This seems shady to me because this is what happened to me before.
I was seen by another doctor, a neurologist, and that doctor treated me very poorly and my daughter who she called, and I wanted to include that in my review. (I have multiple sclerosis and she didn't want me to get bi-annual mris). But they didn't feel like publishing.
BUT they'll publish the positive reviews right away. I have had enough with Zocdoc. I am tired of not getting the doctors listed, of the no-shows, and of doctors not accepting the insurance even though it says it on Zocdoc. I also don't appreciate that they don't like publishing negative reviews. People need to see what may happen should they go to these doctors.
