This is actually an advertising and customer complaint issue Zillow is stepping way beyond their boundaries with business data and now they're messing with our personal data I have emailed Graham Hill and have called and left several messages but they continue to ignore me Basically, they have an agent finder tool to which the public can look for agents My profile is displaying the wrong phone number - my number is [redacted] / the one they are using is: [redacted] which is basically a call capture number used to capture people's contact info that are looking for me They can then track that person down & solicit that person online who will than become a lead source to turn around and sell other agents I'm not a paying customer and refuse to participate in their racket so they refuse to respond to my concerns and requests They only cater to those who are funding and lining their pockets even though they freely use our listing date and our personal profiles to

For the past days, it has come to our attention that Zillow and their affiliate, Trulia, have been posting that our property was in Foreclosure - Notice of Default through [redacted] Bank, the posting also shows Foreclosed and that the lender may list it for sale at a later timeThis is a blatant lie, and we have NEVER BEEN LATE on our mortgage!!!! There is no way to contact them by phone, their customer service portal works at the speed of horse carrierTheir site sucks and never has the correct information about our listingsWe pay for a "Premier" account, yet we can't ever get help with anythingOur active listings never syndicate over UNLESS I manually claim the property, in which time it can take up to days for our listings to show as active and allow me to edit themWe have active properties showing as sold, pending, off the market- it is ridiculous!
