Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] *

Revdex.com: It took a month and several emails requesting Zillow to stop posting open houses every weekendAnd correct the other informationIt wasn't until I filed this complaint with Revdex.com that they fixed part of the problem That doesn't resolve all the problems caused by their advertising

In reviewing our records, this individual has already been in contact with our Consumer Care Team and the issue was resolvedThe active listing can be viewed here: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/ [redacted] /If this individual needs further assistance, we encourage them to either reply back to the email they received or contact us through our Help Center at www.zillow.com/help

To whom it may concern, I have researched [redacted] accountIt looks like she signed a year contractThe end date of this contract is 9/16/I've added information below regarding Zestimate informationI've noticed that there is a pending cancellation on her account as of today (2/16/16)If she has any questions she can reach out to her sales representative The Zestimate home valuation is Zillow's estimated market value, computed using a proprietary formulaIt is not an appraisalIt is a starting point in determining a home's valueThe Zestimate is calculated from public and user submitted data; your appraiser physically inspects the home and takes special features, location, and market conditions into accountWe encourage buyers, sellers, and homeowners to supplement Zillow's information by doing other research such as: • Getting a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent • Getting an appraisal from a professional appraiser • Visiting the house (whenever possible) Sales rep: Sean N [redacted] Business Consultant [redacted] @zillow.com [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:We have rendered service on the advertising that [redacted] was given based on her spend Since she has received her advertising from Zillow Group (exposure on our sites), we will not be issuing a refund She has also received many leads as well, so it has been good performanceThe lead volume has to have generated some possible sales for her

I'm selling my home on for sale by owner on Zillow and everything was fine up until two days agoTwo days ago I met an agent tha receives leads from Zillow/Trulia and the next day my house was listed as off market and price droped 80KI contacted Zillow by phone yesterday 888-957-The person Brian said he doesn't have time for me since I'm not a paying customer but I can email the technical support departmentHe also said we really don't have a technical support department but they have a policy to not talk with people who are non payingI then sent two emailsToday the same information was sent out to people showing my house is off the market and the price is droppedI looked up Zillow on Consumer complaints affairs and there are hundreds of complaints with similiar situationsI would love to see you contact them and make them sign up as a Revdex.com clients so they have to be honest and fairI had over people who had saved my home and over a views and as today zillow re

I have recently listed my home for sale by owner within the past week The zestimate on my home has been consistent for the past year with just slight fluctuations from month to month as expected; however, after I submitted my FSBO notification for Zillow to update, my zestimate dropped by $102,OVERNIGHT!! On July 12, it was $495,and today is shows $393,000! None of my neighbors estimates have changed This is a blatant manipulation by Zillow because we are selling by owner instead of using a realtor This is absolutely ridiculous!!! No business should have the right to manipulate the value of someone's property AT WILL! Luckily, I have a screenshot of the previous estimate to show potential buyers and you can bet that I will tell everyone I know what a TOTAL SCAM Zillow is!!

We have taken down the active For Sale listing provided by this individual's real estate agent as requestedThe property status shows as "off market" which means the property is not for sale or for rent at this timeAs a reminder, property data appears on Zillow regardless of if the home is actively listed for sale or for rent.We display property information on Zillow to provide consumers with transparent real estate informationWe receive this information from public records gathered by a third-party data collector from your county and from user-provided data Our mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate and mortgagesAdditionally, as stated in our Terms of Use, "For materials you post or otherwise provide to Zillow Group in connection with the Services (your "Submission"), you grant Zillow Group an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free worldwide license to (a) use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, modify, prepare derivative works of or incorporate into other works, and translate your Submission, in connection with the Services or in any other media." For these reasons, we do not remove entire property pages from Zillow We provide homeowners with the opportunity to edit a number of facts that appear on their property pageBy editing your home facts directly, a homeowner can ensure the home information is as up-to-date and accurate as possible but we do not remove entire pages from our database or remove public record information For more information, our Terms of Use can be found here: http://www.zillow.com/corp/Terms.htm

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Agebt has attempted to contact Zillow via phone and email all with ZERO response One time on the phone thw Zillow rep was attempting to EXTORT a monthly fee from mt agwnt of $a month When my agent refused this extortion demand the Zillow rep hung up the phone Since then no voice mail has been returned nor has any email messages been returned, emails that have been submitted by BOTH MY AGENT AND MYSELF Also, isnt it odd that trulia, [redacted] and other sites ALL habe correct infor yet the site that tries to EXTORT $a month from my agent is the ONLY ONE THAT HAS NOT UPDATED NOR HAS CORRECT INFO? And their response does not address the other issue mentioned in my complaint about their bogus stat numbers, the ones they show on the owners page do not match the stats on the public page, an issue that has been pointed out by hundreds of people on internet discussion pages Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Zillow indicates that they are utilizing "public documents" to post the information of homeowners information to their sites Apparently, wherever they are getting their information must have very bad data because, if this comes from public records from our court records, it is a "joke" Zillow indicated that they allow tools on their web site for homeowners to update or change date Why should I, or any homeowner, be the one to make changes to Zillow's erroneous data? Plus, one has to make an account to make the changes More personal information that Zillow gathers Zillow is probably making mucho money from their web sites on the backs of homeowners But, I guess that is "capitalism" at its best! Yes, I was in contact with the Zillow personnel; of course, to no avail I am attaching some of the email correspondences with this company This is not a "life and death"; therefore, it is useless to continue the back and forth with such a company I thank the Revdex.com for the assistance in attempting to get Zillow to perform a "decent" task Respectfully Submitted, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

In reviewing our records, we have communicated previously with this individual regarding the Zestimate for their home and there is no new information to provide at this timeWe do not manually change or remove individual ZestimatesTo recap, the Zestimate is an estimate calculated by a proprietary computer-generated algorithm using the data available for each homeThe algorithm uses public record and user-submitted data, taking into account items such as home facts, price history, and tax historyThe Zestimate is not a fixed valueIt is both common and anticipated that the Zestimate for a home will fluctuate which is why we also provide a Zestimate Range on each property pageThe Zestimate Range is the high and low estimate calculated by the Zestimate algorithmThe more information, the smaller the range, and the more accurate the ZestimateIt may also fluctuate when any new information is made available or if there are updates to the Zestimate algorithm modelAlthough Zillow strives to provide accurate home valuations, the Zestimate value is meant only to serve as a starting point in determining a home's valueThe Zestimate is not an appraisal - it is an estimateZillow makes this clear on each property page and our website (http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/)People ultimately have more fundamental reasons that drive what they choose to buy or not buyOur data shows that half of all sales are generally above the Zestimate Zillow encourages buyers, sellers, and homeowners to supplement Zillow's information by doing other research such as getting a comparative market analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent; getting an appraisal from a professional appraiser; visiting the house (when possible)While we monitor customer feedback for system-wide issues with the algorithm, we cannot change or remove individual Zestimates in response to customer feedbackThis individual's feedback has already been shared with our team and it will be used to help improve the Zestimate algorithm as a whole in the future. For more information on the Zestimate, we encourage all of our users to visit this link: http://www.zillow.com/zestimate/

I've been receiving unsolicited text messages from Zillow.reached out several times over email and via text over the last months at leastI continue to receive unwanted text messages from themThe customer service rep told me I had to pay a $fee to cancelI have never signed up for text alerts or messages from them or any other services from them

We apologize for any frustration regarding this listing on ZillowAfter searching our records, we see that this individual left us a voicemail earlier this week and one of our Consumer Care representatives is actively working with this homeowner to correct the issue

I have researched [redacted] profile and removed it from both Zillow and TruliaIt is removed immediately from Zillow, and it will take 24-hours to be removed from TruliaWe appreciate the agent bringing this issue to our attention

I am and live in Portland, ORMy sister and I drove hours to Klamath Falls, OR in order to view the many low cost house and apartment listings posted by ZillowOne did not exist, several were never listed or didn't answer the phone calls I madeNone of the places listed either existed or were not for rentAll were supposedly for rent in the $a month range which is all I can affordAt one posting which I did find I talked to the woman manager and she said it often happened that people were mislead by these ads and came looking for rentals that were not availableCan't these untrue ads be stopped? Doesn't any check on this or doesn't anyone care? I can't afford to be traveling, looking for rentals, not knowing if the ads I'm reading are real or notHope someone reads thisThank you

The data shown in the "See Data Sources" link displays the data that was syndicated to Zillow's database from county public recordsWe cannot manually add or edit the information that appears under the "County Records" column under the "See Data Sources" link, as this is simply meant to show the data we've received from county recordsWe understand that no one knows your home better than the homeowner and sometimes home facts change, which is why we provide users the opportunity to edit their home factsIf the square footage is incorrect, a homeowner or real estate agent can update this information displayed on the listingIn the "All Source Combined" column, this combines data from broker listing feeds, user-submitted information, and county recordsThe square footage that is displayed on the listing is consistent with the user-submitted information from the All Sources Combined columnPlease see the attached screenshot of the listing that currently appears on ZillowThe square footage is reported as 4,sq ft.Regarding the taxes paid in 2015, the data we have available from the county shows the taxes paid for as $4,as shown in the screenshots originally providedSince we cannot verify the $5,with the county, we will need the user to provide an official tax bill confirming the taxes paid were $5,Once we are able to confirm the amount in question, we can make the requested changes to the databaseUnfortunately, we cannot make any changes that cannot be verified

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: our property's internal pictures and details is not in any means of public record We had security concerns and will not allow to put our property internal pictures public We are not concern about mortgage company and consumer market at all Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern, We appreciate your email and feedbackSorry to hear that your Account Manager has changed a couple of times, I will make sure that the Account Manager assigned to your account reaches out to you next week to have a conversationHopefully you had success with the one qualified lead that came throughThe product is not designed to show you ROI within days, it happens all the time, but it depends on how built up the agents profile is (reviews, past sales, etc)Most all agents see a return on their investment within months of the programMarketing calls happen with all on-line advertising programs so its impossible to avoid them, but if you are averaging 1-qualified leads and you are able to convert them, you will see a ROI with this productHope this helpsHave a great weekend

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Nothing has been done other than finally terminating the contract after requesting to do so and contacting an attorney for consultation, but they have not refunded my money, instead they are asking me to settle with a payoff on top of what they took from me a total of two additional monthsI do not mind doing that if what I sgned up with was honored from their side, instead I am paying for a service that has not been provided.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
