Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: My complaint is not resolved because WES continues to violate their own policies by notreturning my document to meWES specific guidelines for documentsubmission require original documentsThey also list “ [redacted] ” as an official formof academic transcript under originalsThis can be found on the following pageafter selecting “Ukraine”: [redacted] It is also noted WES requires that academic documents verified (via apostille)by the Ministry of Education and Science of UkraineThe page also contains thefollowing statement: “All original documents submitted to WES with an apostille from the Ministry of Educationwill be returned to the applicant upon completion of the evaluation.” I requested academic transcripts from theinstitution that I graduated from in 1983.For reference in the universitywas part of Ministry of Education of Soviet Union and now is part of Ministryof Education of UkraineThat is obvious that Soviet Union not exist anymoreUsingarchival information, the institution created original document “ [redacted] ”Ministry of Education of Ukraine verified and confirmed the legitimacy of document viaapostilleThe question is why the document is recognized by my country as anoriginal and meets all of WES requirements, but WES is still considering it a copy? Dear [redacted] , We have received the correspondence regarding [redacted] We are sorry to hear that the applicant had such a hard time reaching our customer service support staff in NovemberAfter carefully reviewing the file I have determined the following It is apparent that the applicant mistakenly applied for a new evaluation instead of a duplicate reportYes, the applicant applied in November, but it had been on hold waiting to see what credentials the applicant would submitWhen the official transcripts arrived and the evaluator noticed that it was the same credentials which were evaluated in 2012, we cancelled the file WES cancelled and refunded the second evaluation on January **, The applicant called on February *, concerning the cancellation, we informed her that since she did not have any new credentials the file was cancelled and that she should go online and order a duplicate reportShe has not applied for a duplicate report since that call1.The applicant states that she was not notified , but we sent her a letter with full explanation on The order duplicate tab is available onlineWhen evaluations completed and mailed to applicants, we enclose an insert which also informs you “ How to order a duplicate report”Online ( My Status Page) All applicants can apply for a duplicate report by going to their online accountThere is full text and a tab which shows them how to make the orderAt this stage we can offer the applicant a complimentary report to SOPHAS If [redacted] would like to supply the specific Schools of Public Health where she intends to apply, we can contact them personally She should also supply me with her SOPHAS ID numberMy email address is posted below for her convenienceSincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Dear [redacted] , It is a positive sign in light of our extensive previous experience that a real person at WES has made an effort to read and to respond to our complaint However, it is a second response from WES that does not address the nature of this complaint which is not a response from the school in Ukraine but a customer experience with the company itselfTo summarize in few short points as previously stated, it is as follows: - In July we made numerous phone calls attempting to cancel our application for evaluationAfter a 40-60min wait time each phone call and explaining our situation in great detail to Customer Service representatives we would receive the same scripted answer that they cannot help us with the cancellation nor can they transfer us to speak to the right person/department that canThe only solution offered is to submit electronically our request and explain our situation in writing - In August we repeatedly submitted written requests as instructedIn response at first WES has given no response at all and later responded with only our online status snapshots as was provided for a public review in our attachmentsNothing has ever been received stating that they have read our letters and will cancel our application with or without a $fee -In September we received a letter stating that our documents were unauthentic and hence we will not get our money backIt was the first and only response from WES to our previous two month of calling and writing them about our cancellation of evaluationHowever, how does their response letter and the fact that WES ignoring ALL of our previous cancellation requests (by phone or in writing) decided to contact the School in Ukraine instead and having no original documents to submit yet requested a verification from the University - is still a complete mystery to usThe only reasonable explanation would be that they have never read our cancellation requests nor allowed us to speak to the right personnel by phone as we also triedHence all of the confusion followed Evidently it is a clear pattern with WES experienced not only by us but many others that the company is using their policies selectively and one-sidedly to justify any mistakes they make and to ultimately withhold people’s moneyTheir customers unfortunately cannot quote the company’s policies that would state that WES is responsible and guaranties to respond to their clients, read customers requests, follow company’s own deadlines, provide a Customer Service phone line that can actually provide a ‘service’ and not just a scripted answers with no way of escalating your request for helpAnd that contacting Bureau is not the ONLY way a real person will respond to a customer or issue a refund for overcharges they commonly charge their clients If WES response assumes that this level of communication (or in reality - complete absence of it) and the kind of treatment they offer their customers is ‘normal’ and justified way of doing business (as one can easily conclude from other people revives and company’s response to ours) and NO correction on their part is necessary - then the mere volume of complaints of their clients all with similar experiences should at least provide an apology and a full refund to everyone that was wronged and taken advantage of In light of that, we don’t see how providing the letter from the School in Ukraine can void or justify the fact of this experience and confusion created by WES even though we as their customers in the course of over two month in great patience did ALL we could to communicate, explain and cancel our applicationHence, as stated previously we will address directly with the School in Ukraine their response to WES without involving a brokerHaving a planned trip to Ukraine we should be able to visit the School in *** and get some clarifying documents, if necessary, issued by them about these credentials for our future reference if need ever arises againUnderstandably, we are no longer interested in any services from WES now or in the future Since no mentioning of the required resolution to this experience with a full refund has been given again we must repeat that what WES has done unilaterally in response to our numerous requests for cancellation is NOT our responsibility nor our fault but theirs ONLY and we do not accept this financial liability wrongly imposed on us by WES’s actions and selective policy applicationsIt is unfair and wrong business practice and that is why we expect a full refund and also an apology from WES Thank you again for your time and attention to this matterI hope this will bring some light and clear any doubts concerning this situation or WES response to our complaint In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: As stated before, the evaluation does not mention with any word that I graduated from a Business School in Germany. It translated my papers in a bunch of credit hours with absolutely no indication that I graduated. This is not right. I told the Business before, in writing as requested, that I am talking about the "Betriebswirt WA, mit Wirtschaftsdiplom". And I also tried to call and talk to somebody in person to clarify things, but the Businesses representative repeatedly hung up on me when I explained what I called about. If the business is not willing to refund me the money they need to redo the report right.
