The company failed to deliver boxes of goods to Philippines and there is no contact available to track. The company is not answering calls.
I sent my first Balikbayan box October 2017 and the 2nd box December 2017. I'm leaving for the Philippiness in June so I thought it will be easier that my goods are already sent ahead. I found out yesterday that my friends boxes that were sent in April and August still has not arrived in the Philippiness. I checked and I found out that there's a lot of complaints already. They could not be contacted. The principal owner is ***, ***, ***, and *** and they are based in South Carolina. *** picks up the boxes here in Tampa with a lady named *** and even they don't answer calls anymore. We don't know if the boxes are just stranded somewhere or "gone" already. If my friend's boxes that were sent in April or August didn't arrive, I fear the same is going to happen to my boxes. It's so depressing and upsetting that your hard earned money to help your family in the Philippines will be just be taken by your "own" people. Now I'm not even sure that these are really their real names on their website. Please help!
Refund of the money value of the contents amounting to $800 plus the shipping fee of $80 for the first box and $300 for the 2nd box plus shipping of $80.
Undelivered box
My box was picked up last June 2017 in My former address in Alabama, until now Feb. 01, 2018 my family did not receive them.
The box tracking number is XXXXXX.
Deliver my box ASAP and give me a refund for the delayed delivery. It is 7 mos. already since the pick up sched.
Non-delivery of shipped items. Company refuses to provide actual tracing for shipment (i.e. ship vessel, container number, voyage details).
I shipped a balikbayan box from Tennessee using an agent of Continental Freight Forwarders more than 4 mounts ago. My shipment from Tennessee to Philippines has still not arrived and this company does not answer the phone, will not reply to voicemail, and when they do reply to email they refuse to give any information. Several times I have asked for vessel & voyage and container info, and they do not reply.
I believe this is a fraud company, operating without any business license, stealing the merchandise and taking our money for shipping fees. They operate in multiple states and victimize many people. Really, these people should be arrested.
I demand the following: a) the sea vessel, voyage, and container nummber as well as the contact info for the shipper. b) the proof of shipment (cargo waybill) c) full contact name, address, phone of their consignee in Manila -or- $800 cash to cover the cost of my merchandise, shipping fees, etc.
from Continental Freight Forwarders picked up my box last May 7,2017 and until now still not delivered.
*** and *** from Continental Freight Forwarders picked up my box last May 7, 2017. It's a balikbayan box that's got goods in it and supposed to be delivered to my family in the Philippines. Its over 7 months now and still not delivered. I've been calling and calling nobody answers the phone, leave a voicemail but nobody calls back but when I try to hide my number put on private number and call them and tell them I've got boxes needed to be ship and ask them when they could come and pick it up they sure did call me as soon as possible and keep sending me a text that they'll come and pick it up. Other consumer complaints too for the same reason that boxes didn't make it to the destination. The estimated amount invested in my box is around $600 plus $80 shipping cost. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this and help those people recover their loses from these scammers and crooks.
I lost over $600 merchandise plus $80 shipping fee and I want a refund of $600 from the company plus $80 shipping cost and/or my package being delivered.
I sent 2 balikbayan boxes to Philippines in July 2016 but until now it has not been received by my family.
2 balikbayan boxes sent on July 16. 2017. Tracking number is mgga-XX-XXXXXXXX sent to Hermes Samijon of Tagbilaran Bohol
Deliver the boxes now.
I sent six cargo boxes with them, door to door. They were picked up in June 2017. It has been seven months ago and no delivery. Not responding to call
The dispatch number in the Philippines was giving me conflicting excuses. Sometime in August last year, they told me it will be delivered in October. They promised it will be in my home in the Philippines before I get there as I was traveling for a visit to Philippines in December. They knew they were for Christmas presents to my family. It did not arrive in December and to this day. They were giving me conflicting information. First, in November, they said it was in Manila getting ready for distribution, Wnen it didn't come while I was there, I kept calling them relentlessly and they told me at this time it was in Taiwan. Then I knew they were lying. They are not answering my calls anymore and they are not responding to emails. They are not being upfront and they are avoiding clients. Please help. If they can not deliver my cargoes then I ask for reimbursement. Your kind assistance is paramount.
The invoice receipt provided to me were XXXXXXXX for 5 boxes and XXXXXXX for another one, total of six boxes. Signed by *** who presents himself as an agent but apparently the owner of the franchise here in SC. The value of my cargoes were at least a minimum of $700.00 a box. I paid $75.00 each box for delivery. A total of $450.00 in cash where he did not even bother to write in the receipt. They should not be promising and doing business they can't deliver. It is a business malpractice and abusing average people's hard earned dollar who are sacrificing just so they can help out their families in the Philippines.
Continental Freight Forwarders LLC not responding to the phones messages I made to follow up the status of 3 balikbayan boxes sent in June, July, Sept
Continental Freight Forwarders LLC voice message no response received, website not functioning. Balikbayan boxes sent in June, July and Sept 2017 no status received from them, it is January 2018 and have not received the boxes. Since we have not gotten any information from them, we have not received our boxes yet. They are just giving us round-a-about to when the boxes will be delivered.
Continental Freight Forwarders should give us accurate information to whereabouts of our balikbayan boxes. Do we expect delivery or whatever the status of their business. Are they still in business and what they intend to do with the balikbayan boxes that we are expecting delivery. It has been 6-7 months now that we are waiting for the delivery.
We sent boxes/packages going to my family in philippines last july 2017. Up to now, we havent receive any good updates and we dont have the boxes.
I have sent XX-XXXX X boxes going in the philippines. My daughter is a regular customer in this business. Its our very first time having this issues. We havent receive any good updates regarding the boxes and still delay shipments.
We need the boxes. Send the 3 boxes in the philippines safely.
Shipped 4 boxes in June 2017 still not delivered at this date Dec 27 2017. Called and messaged many time no answers. Many of contents out of date now
I delivered the first 2 of my boxes on June 15th 2017 then on June 25th the last 2 boxes. I dropped them off at Madison Alabama for pick up by Continental Freight Forwarders. All the 4 boxes left Madison Alabama at the same time. The lady there was Lenny Koop X-XXX-XXX-XXXX.There was no concern on my part until Sep 2017 the boxes still had not arrived but the usual waiting time is 40 days to ship to the Philippines and then another 21-30 days to deliver to my home here in the Philippines. We started calling Continental in Columbia South Carolina using several of the phone numbers they had supplies. The call center number is supposed to be the number you use to find out about the Balikbayan boxes here in the Philippines X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. But I was never able to get a live person on the line always just a answering machine which I most always left a message. I started a Face Book site on internet for people to leave their stories about Continental I found out through this site that MANY people were getting the same treatment as I was getting. But the few at this time that complained were getting their boxes a few weeks later. Here is the link to the FB page https://www.facebook.com/groups/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/
Its now Dec 27th and still no boxes or no contact with Continental please help me with this very poor customer service Company. All I want is my boxes and I promise to never use this company again. Thanks for you help in advance Sincerely ***
My tracking number shows _________XX-XXXX on one receipt these 2 boxes were full of used toys to be given to the very poor children of the Philippines. The other 2 boxes were of personal content canned foods stuff like that.
I honestly just want the boxes getting 100.00 a box is just a rip off as the contents are worth far more and its just the principal that we trust a company to be honest and customer driven yet we all are getting the shaft.
I want to see all four of my boxes delivered to my door intact and no damage.ASAP this week would be perfect. As it has impacted the lives of all living in this house having to keep a person here at all times hoping that the boxes will arrive that day. Delivery of my goods is my only resolution that will take care of my pain.Sure maybe personal damage of $1000.00 for my time waiting daily. But just give me my boxes I'm happy but I want FAST
no delivery of balikbayan box to the Philippines. It's been six months now and was told delivery should be in 2-3 months. Customer service no answers.
I sent a balikbayan box containing goods to the Philippines last 5/20/2017 with a cash payment of $75 and a tracking number of TempXXXXXXXXXX. I was told delivery in 2-3 months but until now no goods was delivered to my family in the Philippines. I've been calling Josie at XXXXXXXXXX and was told last November (1st week) that my box would be delivered in about a week but it didn't happen. I gave them a call several times and left a message but there was no return call receive.
A refund of $700
This company is a freight forwarding company. They ship boxes of goods to the Philippines. On June 10, 2017, I sent 2 boxes with them. They said it would take 2-3 months for the boxes to get there. It is now Dec. 13 yet the boxes are still not there. They don't answer calls. One time when I got hold of them back in October they said the boxes will get there end of October. I know many people are having the same issues with this company. I am hoping for your help. Thanks so much!
Delivery I need my boxes to be delivered to my family in the Philippines as soon as possible.
Tried this company out to send balikbayan box to the Philippines - caught their advertising on Facebook. Box was sent in May...this is October and still no news. Their 800 number is no longer in service. Their Facebook page is no longer available. One number can no longer receive voicemail as the box is full. The only other number you can reach just goes straight to voicemail and nobody ever returns your call. Used email off their website, no reply. Used other email and also no reply. Internet searches have yielded the fact that the owners personal premises have been put into foreclosure. An apology and a prompt answer would go a long way instead of dodging.
shipped box on 3/25/2017 it has been 6 month the box has not arrived ,no one answer the phone or when you leave a message no one returns the call
we shipped the box for our grandson christening his out fit ,other things promised to family members and the box still has not arrived 6 months no return call leave message no return call, now no one answer the phone and the mail box is always full we shipped the box 3/25/2017 tracking number is XX-XXXXX

Don't send your cargo through this company... bad reputation!
I had purchase and sent a cargo (Balikbayan Box) from Continental Freight Forwarders through their local agent in my area last March 2017. They claim to be a reliable and dependable cargo company but until now my cargo has not been delivered to my family in the Philippines. I have contacted the company via email and phone numerous times and it takes them days sometimes weeks to reply to my inquiry. Before I sent the box they claim that it will take at least 3 months for my box to arrived. It's been 7 months and it still not been delivered. I had asked for their local business or associate number in the Philippines as well as their Tax ID # all they say is that they cannot release such information because it's against company policy. If this company don't have anything to hide and if they're a legitimate company they would go out of their way to help their customer. Other cargo companies provide their local agent a list of their credible associates name and numbers so their customers can follow up and check the status of their cargo directly in the Philippines and if at all possible even set up an arrangement if a customer family members can pick it up at their location.
This company lies about everything they stand for or what they advertise. They don't care if their customer had spend a lot of time and money to buy things for their love ones. Their customer trust them with their hard earn items to be sent and delivered at a reasonable time but Continental completely failed in this aspect and more. I expect a full refund of my money plus the value of the items in the box. I will advise future customers not to use this company. Save yourself from much stress and headache dealing with them.
I want my box be delivered and if they can't I need them to refund my money I paid them plus the value of the items in the box.
box not delivered 7 months after sending it.
I sent 4 packages to the Philippines in March, it is now 3 days until October and they still don't know where my boxes are.
Either tell me when the boxes will arrive or refund the total cost for sending the boxes plus the declared value.
shipped multiple boxes on March 25th. Was told I would be 3 months, its been 6 and they cannot tell me where the package is. staff continuously lies!!
Mack picked up the boxes on March 25th, he said it would take 3 months. waited patiently for the package to be delivered. after 4 months we started calling the company and have spoken with "Jose" multiple times and everytime we have gotten a different lie about the location of the package, the last time she went as far as hanging up on me instead of explaining where my boxes are. I believe this is a SCAM and they have no intention of delivering the packages. According to the internet I am not the only victim
Deliver the packages!!!!
My family in the Philippines have been waiting for two boxes I sent in May and this isn't normal.I can't track the number and they have been shady.
I sent two boxes in May to be my gifts for my family when I get there in July,I am back now in September and still haven't heard from this company. They have been shady about details when it will be in manila at the end of August. They didn't even have a phone number to be call in Manila.Other company have and we have tracking numbers. This company's have tracking numbers that work but theirs don't. I don't know what's going on but this company have been lying to us.The box should be arrived in July already like other company I used before. But it's September now and nothing. Please don't let this company victimize more Filipinos that they love their family back home so much. This boxes contain love gifts for our family. The person I talked before I sent the box was Filipino so I felt safe and secure because I can never imagine they can sabotage people from their own country. This is obviously taking advantage of us.I saw a lot of people complaining about them too and that's how I find this website. Please help.Thank you.
I don't want other people to experience this suffering I am feeling right now so I want this company to be close or discontinue their business. Why is it so hard to get the boxes get to the people? Other companies don't get to have this matter.I only tried this because it's cheaper and thought I can save some money. They were advertising like way cheaper if you send more boxes. How about if people send everything they have like they are moving back home in the Philippines? What will be left to them? But mostly this boxes contain goodies that we specifically find or buy for our love ones.It contains love and hard work.Only to be taken advantage of?First we need to get our boxes sent to our family in Philippines.Second is to close this company so they don't victimize other people.Thank you.
My experience with Continental was great! They notify me every time I sent boxes to the Philippines. Thank you so much. God bless your company.
