Over 10 Months have elapsed and my 2 boxes to Cebu City area have not arrived. Company cannot be contacted for information, supposedly insured.
My boxes were mailed in the end of August 2017 under the name of *** as the sender. It has been 10 + months in delivery to *** City, Philippines and *** VEL-PAL Estate Phase *** Block *** Lot *** City, Philippines. The tracking numbers for these boxes are *** XXXXXXXXXX, *** XXXXXXXXXX, and *** XXXXXXXXX
Delivery or satisfactory insurance claim for the undelivered boxes.
2 balikbayan boxes from Georgia, USA to Philippines picked up last September 2017 until now June,2018 no boxes arrived yet. Follow up on this concern please, the boxes content will be used for schooling this school year, hope this will still be delivered. Thanks and God bless.
The four Boxes that were picked up at our residence in *** GA by *** and *** have not been received by recipients over six months ago.
The four Balik Bayan Boxes that Mr. *** and his wife, Mrs. *** were picked up (on behalf of Continental Freight Forwarders) at our residence in Acworth, GA U.S.A on November 19, 2017 (over six months ago), have not been received.
Here are the following tracking numbers for the first two boxes that were picked up on November 19, 2017.
1. MG GA XX XX XX XXXone (1) box bound to Manila, Philippines
2. MG GA XX XX XX XXXone (1) box bound to Leyte, Philippines
$200.00 in cash for delivery payment was received by Mr. on November 19, 2017.
And, here are the subsequent tracking numbers for the additional two boxes that were picked up by Mr. and his Wife on January 27, 2018.
3. MG GA XX XX XX XXXtwo (2) boxes bound to Manila, Philippines.
The payment for $200.00 in cash for shipping the 2 boxes was received by Mrs. *** on January 27, 2018.
To this day, June 05, 2018, all four boxes that were picked up and paid a total of $400.00 have not been delivered to the Philippines.
I paid Continental Freight Forwarders through *** and *** to deliver my four boxes. Please deliver them!!! I need updates on the location and the status of my boxes. The four (4) boxes need to be delivered to its rightful recipients in Leyte, Philippines and in Manila, Philippines. The content of the boxes are gifts for my family. The Continental company has to remedy the delay and expedite delivery to its rightful recipients. Continental, please don't make my loved ones wait any longer to get their gifts.
Picked up boxes from my home not delivered yet.
The Galing Foundation, Inc. Mindanao Outreach has shipped 28 boxes using the Continental Freight Forwarders c/o *** but none was delivered yet in General Santos City. He said that they got some problems with local shipping compacnies not able to ship to the provinces. Last December 3, 2018 ...he picked up the 15 boxes plus my personal box and he said that they should be arriving end of may but no update when I tried to text and call his mobile number. They had been reliable for the past years but this year 2017 was a shocking experience with this company. I just need to know what happened to those boxes, where are they now and when are they going to be shipped to the intended recipients.
I just wanted the 28 Galing Foundation, Inc. Boxes with educational resources for the schools we are helping to establish school libraries will be delivered as they are already expecting those boxes since last year. I need 1 personal box be delivered too as there are personal items there that should be for infant niece to use.
We have been using *** for balikbayan boxes the last 3-4 years and all our boxes have been delivered in the past without any issues, until recently when *** changed to FOREX. One box was picked up recently on March 8, 2018 and has not been received by our folks in the Philippines. I have made several calls and sent text messages and e-mails but have not heard any response from ***. There was a time when I called and talked to a *** in the Philippines. She said she didn't have any information even when I gave her my tracking number.
We would like to get an update on where this box is, and if not found, we're asking that we get back our fees for the pickup and get reimbursed for the cost of the items in the box ASAP.
Box not delivered since August 19, 2018. No update from CFF.
Box was picked up on 8/19/17. No answer/update from CFF December 2017-Mar 2018. Man returned call on Mar 2018 after threatening to report. Said Manila vendor closed. Gave him 2 weeks to resolve problem. No update nor answer from CFF since then.
Refund and delivery of the box to destination/receiver. Continental Freight Forwarders needs to be closed down, fined and not allowed to do business here in US.
A contract of 29 boxes were promised to be shipped & delivered in 2017. Boxes picked up January 2017 still have not reached their destination.

A total of 29 boxes have not reached their contracted destinations.
As a charitable organization, we would prefer, if all 29 boxes be delivered as promised to their contracted destinations. If this is not possible, we would like all monies paid to Continental Freight Forwarders, all their entities, agents & all partners be refunded back to Galing Foundation Inc. We would also like to be reimbursed for the value of the contents of all 29 boxes, or at least the value that they are insured for.
Paid freight and shipment of four (4) Balikbayan boxes bound to the Philippines was not delivered; 9 months had lapsed. Nobody to contact.
Miscellaneous items approx 40 pounds weight gifts in a box (A total of four balikbayan boxes) to family friend in Philippines were picked by Continental Freight Forwarders on Aud 23, 2017. I dealt with ***. Paid $300 for the shipment cost. The contract is for them to ship the boxes via shipping lines and deliver the boxes to the destination. 9 months had lapsed, and boxes have not been delivered. I called made follow up by text and nobody is available to provide information. My text messages were intercepted by a group of Filipinos in Atlanta Georgia; I was told they have issues with the broker. There about 350 of us undergoing this issue. No information received from them. Where are the boxes???
Honesty from ***; somebody in the police to contact him and ask whereabouts of the boxes. are boxes still in the storage/warehouse? I am willing to drive and pick the boxes. If already shipped, please provide bill of lading so am qualified to redeem them at Bureau of Customs in Manila Philippines. There is news that 5 containers are in the port in Manila and ***/Continental has unpaid customs fees before boxes can be released. Am willing to pay $20 per box for customs fees. I plan on going to Manila Philippines soon. Need help as quick as possible

Sent total of 7 boxes in oct/nov each shipping cost$69 each. Website parked on godaddy, no way to track. Does not respond to calls or messages track#MGNCXXXXXXXX. Still receive texts from them advertising promos on shipping but wont respond. No contact on their facebook page. Paid cash have Invoice form, Receiving agent left initials only (MAG)
Replace items we have a inventory list and pay shipping, items listed in box total value for 4 were 40,000 pesos or $774.89 the other invoic we had shipped to the Philippines and cant verify now
My box was picked up August 12 2017 Continental Freight Forearde by Mac G! The wife assured us box will arrive before Christmas but it never happened! Continued to follow up about the box, Josie told us the delay due to congestion at the Taiwan port!
Months went by. Still no box delivered! It is already April 2018 and they told us they are currently in the amendment process! It has been 8 months! We need box delivered! Food items in box are for the feeding program of two Elementary School!
I shipped $1,000 worth of items to the Philippines with this company and now I'm finding out that they are a rip off. They never deliver.
A friend of mine told me about Continental shipping, that they are the cheapest around. There are a lot of children from an orphanage whom I wanted to surprise with these gifts and snacks and they were anxiously awaiting it's arrival because they have nothing. I shipped the items in December, just before Christmas and after four months, I've been calling their number (XXX)XXX-XXXX for two months now and no one ever answers or returns calls when I leave messages. I looked on line and saw a long list of complaints about this company delivering 4-5 months later and in some cases not at all. I think that it's a terrible shame to not deliver to young children that have nothing at all. This company needs to be shut down to prevent others from getting ripped off.
I want them to deliver my package within the next week (by the end of April, 2018) or refund my money now.
Non-delivery of my box intended for my family in the Philippines.
I have emailed Continental Freight Forwarders on December 11, 2017, inquiring about my box for Cebu, Philippines, which was picked up on August 6, 2017. I also called this #XXX-XXX-XXXX and got an automated message to leave my name and phone number, which I did, but they never got back to me. They did not even have the courtesy to reply to emails or call back to keep me informed/updated on what is the real situation with my box. Until now, April 14, 2018, my family has not received my box.
I sent a text message to #XXX-XXX-XXXX on February 6, 2018, in reply to one of their text messages sent January 27, 2018, about a scheduled pickup in our area. I wrote in my text message that who would want to send another box when the first one that I sent has not even been received! After that text that I sent, they did not text me again informing of a scheduled pickup in our area, which they regularly do.
By the way, in that last text that they sent, it stated that what's new with Continental Freight Forwarders in 2018 is that it is now powered by FOREX CARGO to serve us better. I really don't care what's new with them. All I wanted is for them to get my box to my family!
I would very much want for them to explain what happened to my box. I want to know where my box is now. If it was lost, stolen, or just 'disappeared', and they are unable to deliver it to my family, then they have to give me back my money: $85 for the box, $200 for the contents of the box. Continental Freight Forwarders, you owe me $285!!! AND, I may add, you cannot pay the frustration that I and my expectant family felt!

Continental FF promised to deliver 2 balikbayan boxes to the Philippines by Jan 2018 that were picked up Oct 1, 2017. Over 5 mos. still no delivery.
***, owner of Continental FF picked up 2 balikbayan boxes at my residence and accepted FULL payment for his delivery services with a promise to deliver to specific destination in Manila, Philippines no later than Jan 2018. As of March 23rd no delivery has been made. I have been diligently following up since December 2017. *** personally answered the phone and responded to text messages to solicit new business but NO response on follow up regarding shipment tracking update request. Tracking delivery phone # XXXXXXXXXX is an automated voice message that hardly returns phone calls. Shipment text messages provides inadequate generic response of 'in transit.' On Mar 14, *** informed me one box is in Manila customs Feb 3 however they have not identified a Manila vendor to deliver. Meanwhile *** also sends me a screen shot of FOREX website listing Continental as an affiliate. Also, Continental website clearly shows FOREX as their Manila vendor and FOREX Va location confirmed agreement between FOREX and Continental effective early 2018. Per their agreement, CONTINENTAL is required to deliver boxes to FOREX whse with FULL PAYMENT however to date Continental has NOT delivered any boxes nor made any payments. On 2 separate phone calls with *** on Mar 10th & 14th she provided a detailed shipment status but no supporting documents on one box (A) arriving in Manila Feb 3rd. *** informed me the other box was shipped on a different container with tentative arrival of 3rd or 4th week in March. Information provided by *** and e-mail and text msgs sent to me reflect inconsistent information: On Jan 27th I recv'd an automated text msg re tracking #MGGAXXXXXXXXXA status: ETA middle of February. No information on tracking #MGGAXX-XXXXXXXB. On box MGGAXXXXXXXXXA Feb 23rd e-mail fr Continental: Waiting for confirmation arrival in Manila Port; Feb 26th e-mail: waiting for confirmation arrival in port Manila; Mar 8th text msg from Continental waiting for warehouse delivery BUT on Mar 14th *** informed me this box arrived Feb. 3rd.
On box MGGAXX-XXXXXXXB: Feb 23rd e-mail: in transit; Feb 26th e-mail: still in transit, as of now no estimated date of arrival given from the shipping lines. Mar 8th: text msg - in transit; All text msgs includes an outgoing text msg: This is an automated text. Please do not reply. On Mar 14th *** informed me box MGGAXX-XXXXXXXB is scheduled to arrive 3rd or 4th week in March. As of today, March 23rd, there has been NO response from Continental after ongoing request for status update. What remains to be consistent is the intentional pattern of vague generic information, avoidance, delays, inconsistent information, blatant lies, misrepresentation that only incriminates Continental for wrongdoing and poor business practices that could easily be FRAUDULENT. Many people complain on Atlanta Pinoy Facebook page on the same issues of NON delivery of boxes. Meanwhile, *** continues to solicit new business in GA, AL, TN (from what I hear) and accepts FULL payment in advance with a promise to deliver boxes in the Philippines.
Continental Freight Forwarders LLC to provide all requested information IN WRITING via e-mail to me for both tracking #s #MGGAXXXXXXXXXA & #MGGAXXXXXXXXXB: (1) provide accurate shipping information with supporting documentation; (2) provide bill of lading for both tracking #s (3) provide information on CONTAINER # - 4 letters followed by 6-8 numbers on both boxes (4) provide name of CONSIGNEE. With an active agreement between Continental and FOREX, WHY is Continental NOT delivering my boxes to FOREX for delivery?
They picked up my door to door box 7 months ago and my family in the Philippines haven't received it as of to date.

The only reply I received was text messages
stating " waiting for confirmation of arrival in port of Manila" (2/12) & "waiting confirmation of arrival" (2/19).
Shipping would normally take 30-45 days, therefore this text updates are dubious.
I would like my box to be delivered the soonest. if delivery is an issue, we are willing to pick it up from the warehouse.

I have called at least 13 times from 10/2017 until 3/2018. I was able to speak to a woman named *** 3 times. 10/2017, *** returned call to inform me boxes are on the way to manila waiting to clear customs. 11/2017, I called and spoke to ***. Boxes are at the port of Manila. 12/2017 I called to get update about my box. I left a message. 1/2017 *** informed me that my boxes are already in a warehouse but don't know where. 3/15/2018 Received a voicemail from *** to inform me that my boxes are waiting for transfer confirmation. This is the same message I have been getting as text messages on 2/8/18, 2/12/18, 2/16/18, and 3/9/18.

I have called 803-661-1778 12 times from November 2017-February 2018. I can only leave voice messages. I received 5 text messages from them, 12/1/2017-2/15/2018, with the same message "Waiting for transfer confirmation".

Continental Freight delivers goods overseas. They have advertisements that indicate delivery up to maximum 45 days. I had boxes that they delivered and arrived after 5 months. This past Christmas, they sent out flyers, texts indicating that they have a promotion that they can deliver my goods and it will arrive before Christmas. They came to pick up my two boxes in August 11, 2017 but have not received them until now. Its been 7 months now. Their Customer Service number no longer accept calls. Their website no longer have the option to track my packages. They stopped returning my calls. They changed their answering service to automated and replies only via text with the same message "still confirming arrival in manila port". No one is calling me back for the status of shipment. All the goods that were in my boxes were meant for Christmas presents to family and friends when I vacationed to my hometown in the Philippines for Xmas. They ruined my vacationed. Until now there is no word where my boxes are and it us so frustrating because I have lost touch with them.

complaining about my balikbayan boxes and poor customer service
they pick up my boxes on 10/13/17.the pick up boy told me my box will be in the Philippine by 12/18/17.after X-Mas call them for follow up they said my box was strunded in Taiwan and then I call again after New Year no answer left message and then after a day I got a voicemail saying estimate arrival of my box is 1/21/18 so after 1/21/18 I call again still no answer received a text message 3times they said "waiting for confirmation of arrival in port of manila".and also if you will call the office it will go straight to voicemail you leave message no NO ONE COULD EVER GIVE YOU A CALL....and they have bad customer service they get mad if you will call them several times to follow up you boxes of coarse I want to know where is my balikbayan boxes are right now. but you can't find anyone to talk with.this will be my last time to send my boxes to this company and I hope you guys will do something about this issues and let people know not to send boxes to this company..
I hope business will go there and investigate all the complains or suspend their license and don't give this business a license anymore and put this carggo to a blacklist.
