I was discharged from the military on June 1, due to back issues , I decided to do an online course with Penn Foster for Veterinary Assistant
I have completed all my required course work with the exception of the externship which I am unable to perform due to my back injury I have refused to make any payment until I either received my diploma and take my veterinary assistant certification exam or get full refund of the money I paid out Please Note I did state to them that I have sustained a back injury while I was deployed overseas After all this they sent my bill to a collection agancy ,which note was paid in fullI checked my credit report due to this reporting dropped my credit score and Penn foster refused to remove it from credit reporting by *** *** and ***
I am set up for automatic payments with a set amount to come out of my bank account on a set day of the month per a contract I signed and sent back to the schoolFor the past year I have had to repeatedly call and fix my account where too much money was taken out of my account, repeated transactions of differing amounts on several days of the month taken out of my account, and overpayment on the set day of the month was taken outWhen I call in now I get the run around and they will have too look into the issue and get back with meNow they are charging me late fees, telling me my account is over $past due and still taking repeated random payments from my bank account stating my account is set up for automatic monthly payments

I have had nothing but positive interactions with Penn FosterMany years ago I was foolish enough to leave high school and decided to finish my diploma at homeI went with Penn Foster, and graduated with a gpaI got my life together and took my diploma and transcripts with me to several colleges in my neck of the woods in NJ, and I was more than excited to find my education was acceptedI've acquired a degree and certification outside of Penn Foster and I've decided to return to them now because I am changing careers and trust their processes and accreditationAnyone saying that they are not reaching anyone, they also have hours of operation just like any other school or business....patience! You're not their only student or client! I also had been refunded because I decided to change my course, and there is a process as well....again, patience! I signed up for Penn Foster over a year ago I never even completed the first chapter as far as readingI also have not competed any assignments I called to request a 100% refund including registration and administrative fees as per the refund policy stated on their website I was told that I would get a refund of $even though I paid $ I stated that I never completed an assignment so this is not correct The agent told me I did complete one assignment and received a passing grade This is totally untrue I couldn't even finish reading the first chapter so why would I take an assessment on it?

I attended Penn foster for my high school diploma n and passed I then continue on to the CDA prep class which these credits transferred into the early childhood associate degree class this school is the best so far I paid my bills at $a month for both and finished I have landed two jobs two daycares which were owned by Corpriate co in the learning group bright horizons which did not work out because of management and people being jealous of me being in almost a lead teacher But God now I’m at another Corp place at Child Time because of Penn Foster and the training I am looked at differentlyKeep up with this school it’s not hard being in my 50’s I thought that I could not do it I am very proud of myself and love Penn Foster College you will go far ??????
