was a complaint submitted against our company in regards to this account. There seems to be some misinterpretation with regards to what was discussed with the consumer. The amounts that were specified to the consumer differ due to the various penalties applied to the account. No fraud was attempted as the amount offered to settle was the original amount plus any & all penalties applied to the account. At this time, no further correspondence of any form will be made by our office or a third party of ours to attempt to reach the consumer. I would like to extend my apologies for the way this account was handled. Complaints like this provide us with necessary information that is needed so that we can make corrections, adjustments and further training of our people who handle these...

In light of the recent information provided by the consumer within this complaint we have closed the file and returned it to the seller for lack of or incomplete information included with the account. Our office will cease and desist from any & all further efforts to recover such debts that might be owed. No further correspondence will be made. I hope that all desired resolutions are met.

I am satisfied that Wilshire Group has dismissed my records. However, there will not be a "At this time". People of this stature should not be allowed to have access to personal and private information and 3rd party groups like Wilshire should be illegal. All monies have been refunded and I now can move on with my life.
