In regards to the above complaint made by *** *** against Wilshire Group & Associates, our office has already spoke with the consumers legal representation and all matters concerning her file within out office have been settledWe
provided her with documentation showing exactly what we had in our office for her and she agreed, signed and returned the authorization letter for our services on 5/27/Then on 5/28/her representation contacted our office and explained that she no longer wanted to agree with the conditions to resolveWe then returned any money she had already paid to her and closed her accountThis matter has been resolved and closed with our office as of 5/28/We no longer maintain any personal information for the consumer and hope that the consumer's desired resolution has been satisfied

There seems to be some misinterpretation with regards to what was discussed with the consumer.
