Wild Lane TX

I placed an order on 8/10. She states 14-16 business days for shipping. I received an email on 8/28 that my order had been processed and shipping label had been created, and that USPS is waiting for the package to be delivered to a facility. I have never received an update since. I have tried multiple times to contact the business owner *** to either receive a refund or my order, with no response. It has been over 30+ business days and have yet to hear anything. It is extremely frustrating!

I ordered a shirt from Wild Lane on August 9th and the ship time was 1 week. Shortly after the ship time changed to 14-16 business days. After 14 days I still did not receive any information of my shirt shipping. On her Facebook page she posted that she was going on vacation and if your order had not shipped to email here, so I did. On September 3rd I received an email that my item shipping. Since then the post office has STILL not received my item to ship. I have emailed 2 or 3 times, tried to contact her on Twitter, and opened a dispute with PayPal and still have not gotten a response or my item shipped.

I ordered something from this company on August 10, 2018 (it is now September 14, 2018), I have not received my order yet. On their website it says their shipping takes 16-18 business days, which I understand. But after a month now I have emailed both of their email addresses they have posted online, as well as messaged their business Facebook page many times with no response.

myself, along with many others, have ordered from this boutique and not received our orders. we have tried contacting her thru both provided email addresses numerous times with response, tried reaching out on social media with no response. myself, along with many other have paid for an order and never received it, never received notice of the order going to be late. nothing. she is scamming people out of their money. she is taking orders, taking money and never shipping customers out their items. the only orders she is filling and shipping are to brands and brand reps with large followings to get more business. I have contacted about a refund for my order multiple times and still no answer.

I placed an order with Wild Lane TX on July 20th. I submitted messages via e-mail, Twitter, as well as Instagram and recieved no reply. On August 15th I sent approximately my 8tg attempt to get a response and was told that my package would ship that day. It is now two weeks later and I have no recieved my items. I wrote the company twice
more asking for a refund and I am still being ignored. The order was placed well over 30 days ago.

I have ordered merchandise from Wild Lane and never received the product. Emails and Messages go unanswered but the owner gets on Social media to tell everyone complaining that she’s “21 and just trying to live my life” Well, live your life on your own money not mine. She has not refunded my money even after several requests to do so. She says she mails out “hundreds of packages daily” and yet somehow there are still so many complaints of people NOT getting their products ordered.
