Wild Lane TX

I placed an order with Wild Lane on August 9, 2019, and as of today February 7, 2020, I still haven’t received my order. I have emailed the company several times and I have also messaged the owner on *** and still haven’t received a response. And in November, one of the items I ordered was placed “on sale”.

Ordered product online, never received item. Tracking shows that item never shipped. Business never responded to 4 attempts at contact.

I ordered a couple of her LOGO tees on Black Friday. She notified everyone that had purchased the logo tees that there would be a two week turn around. It's been close to two months since the order has been placed and paid for. I have contacted the owner directly and she has ignored my messages. I commented on a few of her post regarding the merchandise and she turned off the commenting and ignored my comment once again. Now every one else that has placed the order for the same items have been asking when they will be shipped and she is not responding to anyone else.

This is NOT a business! It is a SCAM!!! She will take your money and you will never receive your products!!! She needs to be shut down!!!

I purchased a shirt from Wild Lane TX in September 22 for $41.87 through pay pal. They have already taken the money. On the website it says up to 20 days for shipping. Today is December 5 and I still have not received my item that I purchased. I have emailed her and requested a refund on both *** and through email. I have emailed her, per her request when a customer has a question, about my order and she has not given an update to when it will be shipped or if it has even been made. She will not communicate with me but continues to post a Status on *** page for Wild lane, so I know she is online and able read an email. I given her time and been patient. I really just want my money back. I purchased this item way in advance for an event. I did not get it time and this is absurd. I am thankful this is only money they have taken from me. I will not be making future purchases or recommend it to anyone. That is stealing someone’s hard earned money.

I placed an order to Wild Lane TX on September 10, 2019 for a specific item. I have reached out multiple times via email and Facebook requesting an update on my order, all of which have been either deleted by the company owner and/or ignored. I have since then, requested a refund since it’s now December and I have yet to have any reply. The refund requests have been ignored as well.

I ordered a t-shirt in August 21st from Wildlane TX and never received my item. I have contacted the owner many times via email, private message and ***. The comments on *** are always deleted and she does not respond. There are also several other people not getting their orders.

I placed an order for a $46 shirt beginning of August. Here we are in November and still no shirt. I have been blocked on all their pages and nobody will respond to my emails. It's sad that a mother/daughter business could do this to people.

I ordered 3 shirts from this company on April 13, 2019. I received 1 shirt. Never received the other 2 was charged $106.00 on my credit card. I have tried multiple times to email and call this company with no answer and no refund for the 2 shirts that I did not receive. I just want my money back. I will never order from this company again.

Absolutely horrible business! They have no description on the items they sell and when we received an item that was nothing like what the picture showed we emailed them and they continued to ignore emails. This business is a joke and I strongly recommend everyone to not waste your money on this pathetic shady business.

My order was paid for in March, and has not shipped. Website says 2-3 weeks for shipping. It is not July and I haven’t received the order, and the owner refuses to reply to any of the questions I have asked.

On May 6th, 2019 I ordered my girlfriend $149.49 worth of product from Wild Lane Boutique (owner: ***) and we have not received any of the items. Order number #***! We both have emailed, Facebooked, Tweeted (via Twitter), Private Messaged, and even commented on multiple post requesting a refund for the order we have not received. The owner has not emailed back or used any other form of response to our many requests of a refund. The payment method was a bank card (Landmark Bank debit card), and they will not allow us to file a dispute on the matter.

I placed an order to Wild Lane Boutique on March 11th & still have not received any shipping information for my package. The website says order will ship in 5-7 business days and it is now the 10th day. I tried contacting this girl through email, Instagram, Facebook messenger & a Facebook post. All of my messages have been ignored. I normally do not post stuff like this, but it was a little infuriating when no one responded to any of my messages. After looking up reviews about this boutique, I realized that I probably got scammed & I was never going to get a response or my package. I ended up calling my bank and reported it as fraud. I don't understand how this girl is still getting away with this from all the reviews I've came across & posts I've read. It will all come back to her eventually. I DO NOT recommend buying from this website.

0 STARS!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HER! Many have and continue to be scammed. She will not reply, send your items, or give a refund! Her website NEEDS to be taken down!

This small business is terrible I purchased some clothing from her boutique and never received any of my items and she won’t refund me and I’ve tried so many ways to get in touch with her and she won’t get back to me in anything.

On August 10,2018, I placed 2 orders and received confirmation for both orders. The first order number is 4021 totaling $67.03, which I received one item from that order. The others have not been recieved. The second order number is 4049 totaling $96.53. This order nothing has been received. I have made multiple attempts to contact the business for a resolution but I have not received any response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. You will never receive your order. The owner is impossible to get in touch with. IF you do get in touch with her she is rude and will not offer a refund for items that were paid for and never received. She blames her poorly ran business on moving, no help running her business, etc.

Not sure why I HAVE to leave 1 star because she deserves 0 Stars. This "business" deserves to be shut down completely. She takes your money and never delivers the product, then ignores your attempt to contact her. Something legal needs to be done.

I made a purchase on October 25, 2018. I received an email on October 27, 2018 that my order had shipped and I would be updated with a tracking number shortly. After about 2 weeks of no correspondence, I texted the "business cell number" for information on my order- this number was obtained from a post by the company on their public Instagram account. After 1 week I received no reply, so I again texted the number, at least 8 times spanning from November 1, 2018, to December 4, 2018 with no reply. I emailed the company as well. Still no reply. And after about 1.5 months, my order has not been delivered, I have no new information from the company and I still have no tracking number to search for my order. I feel that this is completely unacceptable from the company.

I placed an order *** on October 1st, 2018. It is November 27/2018 and have yet to receive notice of my order being shipped. The website says the order ship time is 5-7 business days. I have emailed the business twice about this issue and have not received any type of response. Numerous friends have had the same issue with this company as well.
