They have been getting out everything I ordered in a timely manner. Even with the Christmas holiday. I am a happy customer and will continue to buy from her company. I think that she has more positive then a few negatives that hopefully turn into a positive. I used to work with the public and it is not easy pleasing everyone. I love her wigs and clothing they sell.

I research every business before making any purchases especially with online Sellers. When you encounter situations like this, you can report them to the FTC’s (Federal Trade Commission) Bureau of Consumer Protection. They help stop unfair, deceptive and fraudulent business practices by collecting reports from consumers and conducting investigations, suing companies and people that break the law, developing rules to maintain a fair marketplace, and educating consumers and businesses about their rights and responsibilities. They take reports about scammers that cheat people out of money and businesses that don’t make good on their promises. They share these reports with law enforcement partners and use them to investigate fraud and eliminate unfair business practices. Each year the FTC also releases a report with information about the number and type of reports they received.
How true! They conveniently left out 2 items from my package...wig wax and magic wig spray...I paid for it,but never received it...they can't say it was a mail problem because they never put it in my package...yes,I texted them numerous times...then they went to emails no more texts...I emailed them..they say they will send it, but never gave me a tracking number...here it is January 17th 2022..I ordered on November 1st 2021...she calls herself a business person!🤣🤣🤣🤣 all I see is monkey business...how to take people's money...
Exactly! They are Belle Tress wigs, and she changes the names/colors so that people think they are hers...then she takes advantage of women who are already desperate to have beautiful hair and triples her prices. People are catching on finally. I've noticed a lot of her former customers ranting in FB groups. I found that her business name "Wigs For every Woman" is not registered with the Tennessee Secretary of State... so makes me wonder what else she is doing that is NOT legit.
On June 24th I won a visa gift card from wigs for every woman. I have the video to prove it. She then told me she would email me the visa. But the following day told me she would mail it. On July 6th I still had not received it BUT I had received the packages that I bought from her that same day. So I asked to make sure it was not lost or stolen. On July 6th she said she just mailed it. I again asked a week later. She told me to allow 30 days. So I did. NO Card still. And again have received more packages that I purchased from her. So July 27th I messaged her again told her it has been 30 days and how disappointed I was in this. She then sent me a awful message saying how ungrateful I am and basically to go buy wigs else where. also she went live and did a 15 min rant about what a awful person I am and ungrateful. I also have this video. and all contact between us. She will not allow me to write a review about her business or how she treats her customers. she deletes them all. She also has blocked me from writing any kind of review. I would like her to make this right and actually send me out what she said I won... 8 have spent $2700 with her and she acts like I'm u grateful.

The customer was informed that this gift card has been send and that unfortunately we cannot control the shipping speed of the United States Postal Service. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen prizes or packages as it states in our terms of service on our website. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and after this customer publicly shamed our company on social media and had several of her friends harassing our company and staff we offer no resolution to this customer and wish to continue no further business with her. We are a business yes but we refuse to be treated poorly and believe in a mutual respect between customers and staff.
We will not be replacing this gift card or allowing to shop with us anymore.
Maybe you should be making things right for your costumers rather then saying they are slanderous comments or telling them to refrain from shopping from you. Obviously these reviews on your company are not good and if it was my business I would be doing everything I could to make sure they are happy….. apparently you could careless which makes for poor business. You ought to be ashamed of yourself for ripping off customers and bashing them on your live Facebook page. Lying to your customers saying you sent out their stuff and when they ask you for a tracking number you can’t provide one….. this I know because you ripped off my elderly mom out of her purchase….. giving her the wrong items and not making it right… plus it’s not like it’s a cheap purchase….. we are talking a few hundreds of dollars…. Anyone reading this…. But at your own risk. These negative comments are for real so pay close attention. This girl selling ought to be ashamed of herself and maybe take a training class on customer service!
I have complained to Facebook and I am searching for her public information on her business license. We all need to place a BBB complaint on the unethical business
I know this woman is telling the truth. I have seen screenshots of Heather calling her an ungrateful b[censored]. She treats everyone rudely unless they are kissing her a[censored], but anyone who knows the truth about her she will block and talk s[censored] about.
