Bad experience
Stay away at all costs. I have read other reviewers that had the experience as myself. They are not nice people and spiteful.

Terrible
I have spent a lot of money with WFEW and I have had issues with a few. It seems like their policy is 7-30 days delivery time. Well, I've waited almost two months and still nothing. If I didn't reach out to them, complaining I would never have heard a word on when my wig will ship. (I never told anything substantial when they do reply or than they aren't Amazon and don't profess to be). Plus, you pay up front for the wig. I am so worried, because I did voice a complaint, and fear they are snubbing me now. I have always intuitively thought that Heather was a mean person deep down, from her rumblings on FB in the past. I always thought gee don't want to get on her bad side. Well, I see now why so many people are complaining. I am going to ask for my money back and to go to another company. I can only hope I get my money back. It is almost next to impossible to contact them.

Love my Caitlyn Wig
Received my wig from here and it was my first. At first I did not like it on me and did what everyone said to do and gave it another shot. It took a few tries to get it where I was comfortable but wore her out to dinner last night and got so many compliments!

Same here Ladies! I ordered the wig Ryan, my very first wig. I was so excited and proud of myself for taking the plunge into the wig world. I am a person who does not have alot of money. The Ryan was a price that I could afford. The wig was modeled by Shannon, and it was absolutely stunning. I got mine in the mail, and trust me when I say...it was definitely NOT the same wig she wore in her live video. I have tried reaching out just like every one of you, but I get no response. The Ryan wig that was sent is twice as long, it's got so much hair that when I tried it on...it made me look like I have no neck and looks like a mop on my head. I am so disappointed and have literally cried my eyes out because I don't have the money to get a new one. This wig looks like a wig that should be donated to a theater, for a play up town đŸŽ„! I am definitely not going to purchase anything else ever. I'm unsubscribing from it all. Thank you all for the names you've posted on here for better wig companies.

Love this company!
Love tuning into the weekly lives. My hair was falling out and they helped me feel gorgeous again. I just ordered 3 wigs this week and they all ship the same day or the next day!

Buyer's Beware!!
Don't waste your time or money with this lady! They are rude, especially when you have a complaint. Instead of correcting the mistake, they will tell you not to shop with them and block you. They do not want to hear about it, they don't have time for it, and they would rather tell you to go elsewhere. She creates fake profiles to leave negative comments in FB groups that she has been deleted from. She renames her wigs, so people will not know they are paying 2-3x as much for a Belle Tress wig that you can get from a reputable Belle Tress retailer. Wigs Studio 1 and Cyster wigs are great companies to get Belle Tress Wigs from at a reasonable price...these companies do not white label and price gouge! Some wig retailers also have been nice enough to share a list they have created which shows WFEW wig names/ and the real Belle Tress Wig name. That way you can get that same "Luxury wig" for less than half the price.

Wrong item received, no reply
I ordered 2 wigs. I received 2 wigs, however 1 is not the wig I ordered. Not only is it not the wig I ordered, but the wig they sent me is not even on the app anymore, and when it was, it was a sale item and $200 less than the wig I purchased! Not the first mistake I have been the bearer of- but definitely the most costly- so I reached out.

I have emailed twice now and have not heard anything back except an automated reply that they will “get back to me”. Very sad- such an easy fix too. I am hesitant to order anything until they make it right. I can’t even watch their lives right now because I just can’t understand the lack of response.

Customers impact the bottom line and should be a priority.

You'll be lucky if they get back to you...I'm still waiting since
December of 2021...when they got back to me,they wouldn't give me what I paid for because I gave them A bad review! They didn't like that and told me not to buy from them...they told me to buy from her friend Ashley...being that Ashley is her friend..I won't but from any of them...there are great wig companies out there...better quality and better prices...the wig they sent me wasn't the one I ordered, I even showed the picture...they claimed it was...I never got the wig wax or magic wig spray...I paid and I'm out all that money! Shame on them!

Liars!!
I have to laugh at these 5 star reviews...look up the profile of the sender...they are fake profiles...they don't like when you give them a 1 star review...I was told they didn't like my review and were not going to send me the items I ordered and paid for...what kind of company does this? I'm still waiting for 3 items I paid for and they won't send me...since December of 2021...some of you are lucky while many of us got screwed! Shame on them...I will continue to give my side of what happened so people can see how they operate!

Daisy Exceeded My Expectations
Received Daisy wig yesterday. I LOVE IT!
Wore it out to dinner with my friends last night and they could not believe how realistic the hairline is! I got so many compliments!

Did you contact customer service? They will fix any issues. I had an issue with my order and they fixed it the same day.

Horrible wigs and service
I saw the wig my friend bought...I was there when she opened her package...1/2 the order was missing and the wig looked used...I was shocked! Watched some of the lives,and it's nothing like what they sent her! Not a good business to buy from...I looked up some of these people that post good reviews and most are either friends of the owners or fake accounts...beware of what your getting!

Wonderful owner
I ordered so many things from this company and NEVER, EVER, had an issue...Everything I ordered came within 4 to 5 days. Beautiful packaged and contact customer service once and no problem. Love this company!

Was hesitant
I read these reviews here and was nervous to order.
My wig came in 3 days beautifully packaged just as described.
I love watching all of the ladies who show the wigs and it brings so much joy to my life.

You got lucky! I tried on my wig again today since it's been in the box since November of 2021...it's not the wig I ordered...it's horrible...I wasted money. I still never got my wig spray or wig wax I paid for since November of 2021...shame on them!

Don’t buy!
I received my order 10 days ago and one of my items was missing. The only way to reach “customer service” is by email. Then wait 3 days for a reply, which basically tells you they are waiting for an answer from a team member. No resolution after 10 days. How hard is it to correct a missing item? I even sent a video of myself opening my package since I had read a review that they are notorious for missing items and horrible customer service. Shame on me for giving them the benefit of the doubt. The owner hides behind a horrible customer service system and takes no accountability. She says not to shop with her if you’re not happy. I won’t, but that doesn’t fix the fact that not fulfilling a paid order is stealing. I found another company that sells the same wigs and products so I will be taking my business there. (Check out Ashley’s Chic Boutique.) Sooner or later this terrible customer treatment will catch up with Heather Dye wigs/Wigs for Every Woman.

So you got lucky...they refused to send me the 2 items that they never sent me and I paid for! Because I gave them a bad review...they stole from me...if I paid over 50.00 of things I never received and they won't pay me back,or give me the items,I call that stealing...then being that she's a bestie with Ashley, I won't order from Ashley.. although I like Ashley and her company! There was a girl with a beautiful wig on WFEW fan page...she said it wasn't WFEW wigs...and she didn't want to reveal the company name on the site..but I'm sure a pm would tell you what wig company she bought them...cheaper and much nicer than WFEW wigs...

Update: although I never heard back from customer service about my missing item, I was surprised to receive it in the mail today. If they would have told me they were sending it, it would have avoided my frustration, but I did want to give credit for it being made right.

So many issues!
Multiple orders never sent. Lost for weeks before even shipped. Total of 6 now. I received a discount card but never given a code for it. I recently placed an order which only received part of it. No phone number. No text number anymore. Only contact is through emails. Over a week ago sent an email not once but twice in case it wasn’t received. No contact still. Yesterday I emailed again with urgent in the letter head. I was emailed back saying she would look into it. Famous words. I want my $65 hoodie that’s all. After this has happened to me so many times I’m so sadly disappointed. I love the products. I love the lives. I love to shop and most importantly I’ve spent over 12,000 $ there. When will this stop?

They conveniently leave things out of packages...and you never get your full order you paid for...when you ask for the tracking number they give you the same number that the package arrived with...they tell you it's not their fault...they make money on people...take a little here,take a little there...then try to get it back...or get the items you paid for! FRAUDS!

Poor customer service
I did not purchase anything from this woman however my mom did. She did receive her wig and a few things she DID NOT order and when she tried to tell them about it they said they were short handed and will send out the ITEMS she ordered
. She waited and waited and sent another email and they said her order will go out this week
 she asked for a tracking number but they could not provide her one
.. she has waited months! Finally she got aggravated and wrote a poor review
. Well
 they did not like that and rather then honor their mistake with some decent customer service they told her she was being slanderous and not to ever order from them again. What kind of company is this? Then the lady who sells the wigs will go on Facebook live and rant and rave about the customers who are complaining! They are a very unprofessional business. Please refrain from ordering from these people because all these negative comments are very true.
