The product appears high quality (4 front of house windows plus a half moon window in dining room and closet), the workmanship was excellent and the 2 contractors went above their duties, such as removing the labels and wiping down the glass besides showing me all the window features and explaining each process of the job they did. Air flow from outside through our new windows disappeared. Lot of their trash was on our yard and they picked all of it up. Inside the house, besides sweeping up where they worked, one worker even found part of one of my wife's earrings! Robin *** did an excellent job selling us on her company and its product.
Only concern was the employee at company I called back after he left a voice mail. Telephone etiquette was lacking in conversing with me (abruptness) and his insistence that the job had to be done the same week on Wednesday instead of doing the work on Friday, my telecommuting day, caused me to take a vacation day. Nonetheless, I understand his need to get the work done ASAP so contractors could be paid.
Overall ,satisfied with the product, installation and workers and Ms. assurance that America's Window would provide prompt service if needed for any future concerns.

I recently had America's Window put in replacement windows. I will tell you they are a great company to work with. Laura *** was my salesperson and she went above my expectations. She even came back after installation to check out the look of my new windows. I can also say that installation went smooth as well. The gentlemen showed up on time, installed the windows, and cleaned up everything. My new windows look great and I can honestly say I am glad I chose this company!!!!

We've enjoyed our America's Window windows. Our home is quieter, and the condensation on the interior surfaces has stopped. We are in the process of getting a new front entry door and working with Richard and Jeff on the door options and pricing has been an easy and relaxed experience.

Difficulties locking windows. Had shower installed. Cheap materials, screws attaching round shower rod mounts used rusty screws that obviously installer found at bottom of his toolbox. Soap holder mounted on the wall at an angle - it is not level. Overpriced. I have photos.

To say that we have cheap products and are over priced is an unfair statement We take great pride in offering great products at a fair price to the community. Our records indicate you have purchased twice from us which we are very grateful for. You purchased windows from us in 2010. In 2014 you called for service stating the lock was broken. Our service technician came out and determined there was no issue with the lock. The window was not closed properly. Our records also indicate you purchased a bath from us in 2016. We do not show any record of you requesting any type of service for any issues sir. We honestly care about our customers and want each and every one of them to be happy with their home improvement projects. Sincerely, America's Window.

An outright lie about the window not closing properly! What is there to closing a window. The 'technician' showed us an adjustment. Why was this not shown at the time of installation? Re the shower. It was overpriced. Apparently you want to see photos of the soap dish that was installed at an angle, as well as the rusting screws that were used to fix the mounting brackets for the shower rod. I will be mailing these photos to you for it appears that you do not want them emailed. I was ripped off in pricing and work. The price on the windows was fair enough, but the price on the shower was not! You will not be receiving any further business from me as well as some others that I have shown the shower to. Why the disclaimer? Don't try to play games with me. I fear you not.

I had windows installed a few years ago without any problems. They came back a couple of time to replace windows that fogged up a few months later. So, I was pleased enough with the service to have gutter guards installed in 2011. My complaint is about the gutter guards. This year my insurance company checked my roof for storm damage. I did not have storm related damage, but the insurance company informed me that the gutters were "improperly attached", "nails backing out" and mechanical damage to roof at gutter guard. They sent me pictures of the roof/guards. I complained to America Window and they sent someone out (they I paid for) who stated that this was normal wear and tear. I complained again and I was told someone would come out and fix it. I told them I was going to sale the house and had to compensate the new home owners for part of the roof and the gutters in order to move forward with the sale and that they should compensate me. I was told that they would refer it to headquarters. I called again and was told they would not compensate me. They were willing to fix the problem. Therefore, they assumed some responsibility. Windows you can see if they are installed properly, I do not get on houses, so I had no idea the gutter guards were messed up. There are no trees around the house and no reason for gutter guards to have damage. For my next house, I will not be calling for any type of services.

America's Window strives for great customer service with each and every one of our customers. Our service technicians are very experienced and go over and above to ensure all service needs are met within the warranty. The gutters and gutter guards were purchased in 2011 which carry a 1 year warranty. Unfortunately the issue you reported was 7 years later in 2018. In addition our technician inspected the gutters/roof area per your request and the nails that were sticking through were nails from the roof/shingles which we did not install. You signed the service ticket that was issued to you. We are a very honest and reputable company that stands behind our products and service. Our warranties are very fair but it would not be feasible to warranty a product 7 years after the warranty. We just honestly could not do that as a company and continue to offer good quality products at a very reasonable price. We do appreciate you and your business very much and hope that the roofing company that installed your roof may consider reimbursing you. Best regards. America's Window.

I appreciate your response. My point was that the gutters were installed incorrectly in 2011. I do believe this assessment by the insurance company as they were not there to evaluate the gutters, but gave me the additional information. I am sorry that I never got on the roof within that year to make sure they were correct. Therefore, I do blame the company for creating the problem that started years ago. I would not have paid that amount of money for a product that was "expected" to be defective after a year. I was not given a choice to not sign the service ticket, which I thought just acknowledged that they came out. I also paid for the technician to come out. You have a better warranty on the installation of windows, but not on gutters. In addition, if I was still living in the house, your company offered to come fix the issue. Therefore, it was not a roofing problem.

Very nice experience,everything that was promised they delivered.Robin was my sales Rep.very professional and thoughtful to my want 's, the contractor's were also professional on time did great work and cleaned up inside and out...Now I have a sliding glass door with mini blinds that look great...

I love my windows. They keep me cooler than my old ones and the install was like magic. They did all my windows in a few hours and were clean and efficient throughout. The salesman was also very nice and not pushy at all.

We are incredibly pleased with our new windows! The process was prompt and professional from start to finish. Employees are knowledgeable of the products and enthusiastic about the work that they do.
