There was some confusion on our end regarding the customer's order status. After the customer's last contact on Sunday, we issued a check in the amount of $23 and it was mailed out a day before the complaint was filed. We have since contacted the customer and informed her of the payment status.

11/19/15 was the first time [redacted] contacted us regarding her payment. We responded to [redacted]'s email around 11:00am on 11/19 and let her know we would look into the issue.  After looking into her order, we spoke with [redacted] on 11/19/15 at 11:52am and let her know a check for her payment was...
