I was helped thru each and every step of my Bankruptcy.
I was never belittle at all!
All were there for me and guided me all the Way!
Thank you to: *** Law Group, APC
I would Highly Recommend this Law Group to Anyone!
I was very afraid of going through with this process but *** Law Group made my 1st time bankruptcy experience very quick and easy. *** was there to answer all of my questions and phone calls. He made sure that he stayed in contact with me from start to finish. He offered different options of payment plans to help me with my bankruptcy process and I must say "it worked out for me very well". I only missed one day of work through the entire process and that was the court day. I give *** Law Group 2 thumbs up and I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is considering bankruptcy.
I relocated from NYC to California in 2018 and fell behind in my bills. I contacted InCharge Debt Solutions who recommend that I file for bankruptcy. Then then connect me to *** who told me that he could file my bankruptcy paperwork for $***. He inform me that I could make payments or pay in full but after I paid $200 his company would begin the paperwork. I paid in full and spoke one of his assistant and received some emails. Upon receiving the emails I contact *** about not filing the paperwork. *** didn't not respond to my emails until two days after. At that point I told him I would not be proceeding with the case and would like a refund. One week later I contacted *** about my refund and he told me he could only refund me $335 which was the filing fee. *** riped me off because he basically is charging me $*** for and hour worth of his time.
Other (requires explanation) I would like to see how much *** changes per hour for legal fees and would like a refund for the over payment.
Consumer contacted our office and I provided her a consultation regarding the elimination of debt. I explained to consumer how we could help her through a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I sent consumer a proposed retainer agreement. The proposed agreement explains the services our firm would provide consumer and the cost. Among other things, the retainer agreement provides for the payment for our services through a "non-refundable flat fee of *** and that upon "a payment toward this fee of at least $200.00, it is understood that we will begin handling your creditors today and we will also begin the preparation of ... bankruptcy paperwork immediately." Consumer decided that she wanted to hire me to represent her in a bankruptcy. Consumer executed the retainer agreement on 2/25/19. Thereafter, my legal case manager obtained additional information from consumer and I prepared and sent bankruptcy paperwork to consumer for her review and execution. On 2/25/19 at 7:25PM (after our regular business hours), consumer sent me an email with a question. I was unable to reply immediately. Then on 2/27/19 at 6:15AM (before our regular business hours), consumer sent me an email explaining that she wanted a refund. On 2/27/19, I contacted consumer by phone and email and satisfactorily addressed her questions and took the time to address any issues she had. Nonetheless, on 2/28/19, consumer, after conferring with her spouse, insisted on a refund. On 3/1/19, I contacted consumer and told her that I wanted to speak to her to explain the implications of her decision regarding her debt and told her I would like to discuss how much of the fees can be refunded. On 3/5/19, consumer and I spoke and I told her my proposal was to refund the filing fee portion of the fee paid of $335. I explained to her the work that I personally had put in to her case (approx. 2.5 hours), not counting staff time, and the costs we incurred in preparing her paperwork and onboarding her as a client. I told her I wanted to work something out that was fair, but consumer did not want to try to resolve this amicably. She hung up on me and told me she was going to file a report with the Revdex.com. That was my last communication with consumer.
Attorney services - $425/hr x 2.5, plus staff time of $25/hr at .50, plus cost of pulling credit report of $35.00. Additionally, we incur administrative costs. We are proposing a refund of $335.00.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I don't agree with this proposal because the only interaction that I had with *** was on March 5. when I requested a breakdown and he informed me that he would send it to me however did not send me the proposal until this claim was filed. Also in the initial proposal for the bankruptcy claim it stated that after paying $200 a credit check would be run and all of the work that they did within the two hours would've been completed. I did not go to court I did not sign any paperwork and the fact that *** is billing me for two hours of his time is unjust. I do believe that I'm being forced into bankruptcy by *** and his associates because why would I pay for the full bankruptcy claim if it was never submitted or completed. I do agree with the fact that his staff did take time out of their day and I believe that they should be paid however *** did not help me or assist me or speak to me about this case on any occasion during that day. Even after I informed his staff of my concerns. I do believe that *** should reconsider this proposal to reflect the correct amount. I would like the Revdex.com to investigate his billing procedures to insure that this business ethics is justified.
I do not accept the resolution that *** from *** Law Group. This firm was recommended by two separate companies and it's obvious that they are unaware of the unethical business practices of *** at the *** Law Group in San Diego. I refuse to go back and forth regarding this mistreatment. I have looked up the Lawyers Code Of Conduct and believe my rights were violated. I will be contacting the ABA to also investigate this law group. I will also file a report with the other company's that recommend *** to inform then of his fraudulent business that preys on families in their are suffering financial hardships. The fact that the company is requesting my address to mail a check, proves that all they did was change my credit card for services not rendered.
The only resolution I'm will to accept would be *** which can be returned to the card that was charged.
Our firm is willing to refund only up to $600, however, consumer must acknowledge that nothing unethical was done by our firm and agree not to say anything bad about the law firm or file any reports/complaints. This is our final offer as we performed services for consumer pursuant to an agreement that provided for a nonrefundable fee. Just because consumer decided not to follow through on the bankruptcy doesn't mean that consumer is entitled to a refund. Moreover, just because we are not willing to issue a refund at the amount acceptable to consumer, doesn't mean anything unfair or unethical was done. We asked consumer for her address to confirm. We have consumer's address on file but do not want to blindly send a refund check. Further, we do not have the capability to refund any fees to consumer's debit card. We have nothing further to add.

Wadja Law Group handled my case with care and precision. All of my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Their pricing is fair and affordable. I could not have had a more pleasant experience with something as hard as legal matters go.
I highly recommend them and if I had a situation arise that is in their expertise, I would call them again.
Excellent team.
Mr. always got back to me in a timely manner. He's been very helpful during this process. He's answered all my questions and supported me through the case.
Nicholas was very responsive to my numerous and often repetitive questions about the process. Always personal yet professional !
I'm very happy with the services That Nick and his staff provided for me. ð??¯
Did not handle my case as agreed. Farmed our my case to a "court appointed" "attorney " who did not know anything about my case. *** mishandled my paperwork more than once. Both times blaming his assistants for the errors. He lost me thousands of dollars that I had to pay because his assistants "forgot" to file my paperwork even though they were reminded on 4 different occasions to do so.
If you are going to deal with him, know you will have to constantly follow up and he may still drop the ball.
I have everything in writing and I still got screwed. I lost $3500 because he "missed" sending in paperwork that he was reminded to do over 6 times by 3 different sources.
help me the first time, Three years later I needed his help and he answer me very rude and quick and tells me what do you need and transfer me thats it, he was very unprofessional and rude and I will never do business with him again. It seems when you start making money it made him more more Big headed.
