I would recommend anyone to Wajda Law Group. They had great communication and made a difficult time easy to process and understand. They were available when we needed them and took time to make sure you understood. Anytime something came up or we felt we missed something the attorney would look into the matter and assist.

From the very first contact with Mr Wajda and his associates I knew they were the firm for me. He answered all my questions in detail and so I could understand. The firm was there every step of the way and I never felt overwhelmed.

I had been putting off filing for bankruptcy as it was a difficult decision to make, but luckily Lindsay was there every step of the way to inform me about the process. It is such a relief to have all of the debt off my shoulders I feel like I can finally move on with my life. I would definitely recommend this law group.

Filing bankruptcy is not an easy decision, but when you do, you definitely want an attorney like Nick, who is knowledgeable, professional, and very patient. My experience was terrible didn't do anything on my case out of 700.00 then tried to keep billing me even though I stated that I no longer wanted to work with them.

It's been quite an ordeal working with this law firm. I have been trying to file for the past 8 months but each time I'm told everything is ready, another delay is thrown my way. My recommendation is to find a local firm that is willing to file on your behalf in a timely manner.

Update. Another month has passed and yet still no filing, I've only heard excuse after excuse about why my bankruptcy has yet to be filed. Often I am asked to resend documents that they already have but refuse to locate. This never-ending ordeal started in earnest in November and it is now mid August.

This group have been so attentive and explained the process from the beginning to the end. They were clear and up front about the expectations and made me feel confident about the process. It's worth the money and gave me sense of relief of my decisions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GROUP!

I hope we never ever have to repeat this again. However, this was the perfect experience and the BEST attorney Law Group to have chosen. We were a bit Leary at first, especially doing everything by phone calls and online, but it was easy, Law Group Always answered the phone or got right back to us. Explained everything, step by step, and never ever made us feel like we were bugging them. They were in fact, on our side. Highly recommend *** Law Group! I previously filed a Ch. 13 and couldn't afford the payment.
