Thank you for your response regarding this matterThough our customer continues to press forward, Vivid Seats maintains that all pertinent order details were accurately displayedThe top of every ticket listing page clarifies, "NOTE: Prices set by sellers, may be over face-value." Our website is completely user-driven, meaning all order details are either input or selectedAfter our customer selected two Lawn tickets to see *** *** on 6/6/2017, they continued to the Login page that reiterated the selected seating information, as well as all event informationThe checkout page that our customer then visited displayed an in-depth order summary which included all event, seating, pricing details, and their order total of $As we have sufficiently addressed all of our customer's concerns, we consider this matter closed. I am rejecting this response because:The last time I tried contacting Vivid they at first rejected my phone call Subsequently, I was able to reach them by chat and requested that somebody from customer service call me When a representative called me, they told me that they withdrew their previous offer because I had contacted the original owner of the ticket to attempt some resolution It should be noted that I was never informed that by declining the ticket transfer, I would still be charged for the tickets Had I been informed, I would have accepted the tickets and resell at the game (which would have been easy to do) I did email the owner of the tickets at that time and he was OK with me not taking the tickets Regardless, I ended up buying two tickets at Will Call at Verizon Center for almost $500, on top of the $1,that Vivid charged me for tickets that I never used Although Vivid did try to call my home, I was on the road to Washington DC to visit my son in college, and they didn't call my cell or email me If Vivid puts forth a reasonable offer at this time, I will accept

These tickets say no resale on them theses people should get in trouble for over charging and not giving refundsI saw all the complaints on the Revdex.com site so I'm not the only one that is not satisfied,

I am rejecting this response because:The company feels they are transparent in their pricing and yet I have showed them how they are notIn the conversation I had with them immediately after I purchased the tickets, they could have used this as a learning experience and possibly affected change for the future so this wouldn't happen againInstead, they chose to hide behind fine print when confronted with their deceptive advertisingTheir message was akin to a year old's "It wasn't my fault" argument for breaking a lamp. There has not been any intent offered to fix this for future clients (not myself) nor has there been any compromise in trying to find a middle ground.

I am rejecting this response because:The process was anything but clear or transparent in clarifying that the ticket price displayed was not the face valueIt was implied every step of the waySmall print disclaimers are not adequate other than to hide behindEvery site that you would go to purchase tickets, primary or secondary show you clearly what the face value is and what you;re paying for itEven SCALPERS on the street disclose this the face value to youHow can you ever know what premium you're paying if the face value is never disclosed! The form letter type of response text from them clearly gives away their deceptive business practicesThey're used to doing this every time, I'm confident of thatWhat a strange business model Each customer would buy once, so they have to keep finding new customers! Disgraceful!

I am rejecting this response because:I'm obviously not the only customer that has a similar complaintJust look at all the Revdex.com complaints against this company.Vivid seats they support thousands of successful transactions each day, what about all the unsuccessful ones? Do they track statistics on these?At no time was order confirmation information displayed to meThe price changed between the start of my order until when it processed on my credit card.They have no explanation for why this happenedTheir only response is for me now to go and try to sell my tickets to recoup my lossOnly problem is I'm selling over $seats in a $section.Like, that's really gonna fly!Admit it Vivid Seats, your algorithm needs work and so does your customer serviceYou call their phone number for help and have a robot voice re-iterating your order and then hangs up on youOr you are placed on hold for a long time so that you give up and quit. Really niceThat's good service

The complainant had hard stock tickets - this means that they are the original tickets without electronic bar codesWhen we help a fan seller connect with a buyer for hard stock tickets, we provide a way for the seller to ship those tickets, via FedEx to the customerWe provide a label
and shipping instructionsThis is the only way to transfer hard stock ticketsIn this case, the complainant scanned the hard stock tickets in an effort to convert them to a PDF and serve as electronic ticketsThese tickets did not come in electronic form and, therefore, this does not workIn discussing this with our customer service agent, the fan seller expressed that these were PDF tickets, not hard stock that were scannedAccordingly, our customer service agent did not have information sufficient to point out why this method of transfer is not effective

transactions with customers who are able to gain access to and use their tickets with no issues, so we are confident in our process for providing tickets to our customersOur customer team was in contact with Ms*** on multiple occasions to assist with the delivery of her ticketsWe provided tickets for access to the selected event on 4/27/and then worked with Ms*** on 5/7/and 5/8/to assist in gaining access to these tickets. Ultimately, Ms*** was unable to attend the event, yet as previously stated, we have resolved this with our customerAs it stands, we consider this matter resolved, and if Ms*** has any further questions or concerns regarding this or any other order, we welcome her to contact a member of our customer service team.
