Several days later, I did not receive the item so I contacted Vitadocs' customer support email asking for a tracking number and an ETA for the deliveryI then received an automated reply with spelling errors saying my inquiry would be reviewed within 1-days
After days and no contact from Vitadocs, I called the toll free number listed in their email and on their website and got a voice message telling me the mailbox was full
So I sent another email and still no responseI it has been nearly two weeks since I placed my orderThankfully my credit card has not been charged, but I would like to know when I will receive my order and if it is not in the next couple of days I would like to cance

Just like every other review, they are rippoff artists! They change the amount you are supposed to be charged, and they don't answer their voice mails or emails EVER!! ( of which I sent half a dozen of each) After weeks, they finally shipped a partial order, and the other part I was overcharged forNow I am spending valuable time arguing with my bank over this, as these people can't be dealt withTERRIBLE COMPANY IN MANY MANY WAYS!!!

Simply Do not buy from Vitadocs They do not answer their phone call and return phone calls of concern They say they have 100% return policy I returned my vitamins because the sent them to me after I cancelled due to continual delays and never responding to multiple emails and calls I returned the box unopened and they have not returned my $ I had to call my credit card company to get restitution They should not be in business as far as I am concerned
