His response was, "They called me yesterday and asked me if I was available to take some photos." I asked him, "Are you from New York?" He said, "No I live here in the [redacted] area." So by that, VIP breached their contract with me and as a result the photos that were taken were of low quality and unsatisfactory The makeup was not don well either For that reason, I would like a full refund for the photos I was sent out on two go-sees during seven months I was represented by them One of the two go-sees was a wrong casting for me I traveled from Philadelphia to New York for a wig commercial/demo The models that the wig representatives were looking for had to have at least shoulder-length hair and be thinning hair or balding in spots I do not and did not fit the profile It was a waste of my time and money VIP said they would refund one thing which was my last web maintenance fee which they debited monthly from my account and they have not After requesting that they cease and desist the automatic withdrawn as they want it done, they continued to debt my account And for the rest of it, I want a full refund because they failed to get me work, they failed to take good pictures If they thought I was too old, they should not have taken my money to begin with And also, I am sure they are braking some law now as they included my debit card in their fax to you Now my credit card info is on the internet for the world to see They were also insulting to me when I expressed my disappointment and dislike for the photos that were taken by them [redacted] wrote me a nasty letter in response to my filing a complaint with you and in it she saidthat the Revdex.com are terrorists and that you have links with terrorists Regards, [redacted] ***

First I feel that I am being ripped off because the same day I signed for the photo shoot which is scheduled days after, I only gave them dollars from my debit card and I said I will come back to pay the rest in cash
If my friend helps me outWe agreed on that not to run my card.
Within two hours , I called and spoke to *** the lady who took the dollars payment, I xplained to her that I can not afford itThat I am canceling the photo shoot for now until I am ready with the whole amountThat I will postpone itAnd I told her not to use my card since they have my card informationShe agreed with me and promised me I should not worried and let them know when I am ready.
Three days later they took money without my consentmentI ran to the office and spoke to Robin, she apologized and admit that it was not her fault that the company did itAnd she sided me up by promising to fix it.
The staff musty have threatened her that why she is not fixing the situation.
Why the company didn't put into consideration the fact I canceled the same day and I even told them I don't mind loosing the dollars.
Also the paper they gave, it is said that if the model choose not to pursue with the photoshoot, the company will retain dollars out of the deposit and return the rest.
So the company should return my dollars back even though it is an unauthorize transaction(Please download the document attached and read at the bottom of the 2nd page)They have no right to force me in working with themwe can come to an agreement by them reimburse part of my money backI didn't not have any photo shoot with themthe picture of me that was sent to Revdex.com is nothing specialIt is part of their first interview with whomever they recruitThey have had really bad reviews about ripping people offI am not trying to speak for others, but I work too hard for this money to surviveCompany like them should not b out there taking advantage of people.

on June , which was $plus a look photo shoot (valued at $795) purchasing this packaged at a discounted price of $vs $a'la cartThe photoshot included third party fees ie; makeup, hair, wardrobe styling, professional photographer, and more.She and her daughter attended this event and met with some of the top experts in the industry,receiving instructional information in regards to the industry, one on one mentoring, gave themmarketing materials for *** and more.The package also gave them the option of purchasing additional VIP Talent Connect Events(which are only held in New York City) for up to two years for a VERY discounted price of $195instead of $per eventThis included guest speaker costs, venue, professional headshotsand moreSince she is still a minor, an additional parent pass of $would also have to bepurchasedThey choose not to attend any additional events.She also purchased a membership for an online portfolio with a monthly billing to allow *** tobe submitted for direct castings and to look for opportunities of her ownShe only utilized this 7times in over & 1/yearsPhotos of *** were also not updated every months as per theindustry whether through VIP IGNITE or on her ownAlso, all information in regards to ***'sportfolio was the responsibility of the parent to make sure that it was accurate and updated.They had access to make any necessary changes and again did not do so.Numerous phone calls and emails were made/sent to *** in regards to attendance ofevents, ***'s portfolio, photo shoots,‘ casting opportunities and monthly billing most of whichwere either not responded to by *** or done a month or so after the initialcorrespondence. So I am not sure why I received this letter. I was under the assumption that this was all taken care of. She was here in the office for over 1 hour, I would still very much like to help [redacted].
