Per notes from our vendor we were given information that the lamp took a 40 watt bulb. We contacted vendor again and were informed the lamp took a 40 watt type B bulb which we are sure customer was using 40 watt type A. We have updated our notes on this item so the...

Ms. [redacted] placed an order online on 6/26/16. Her Item was shipped out on 6/27/16. We received a call today 7/11/16, regarding the status. Upon tracking the package ([redacted]) the UPS website shows that it is being returned to us as the address/street was...
incorrect.We will call customer to notify her of this and confirm shipping address before we can resend. The address that was put on the order by Ms. [redacted] online is [redacted]. As soon as we receive the item back and confirm a better shipping address then we can resend it.
Customer [redacted] II placed an order for a statue on 12/8/16 in the total amount of $54.94. He called up to cancel the order outside of our business hours. Customer also emailed to cancel the item. The order was already being processed in our warehouse and could not be canceled....
The agents advised Mr. [redacted] that he can return the item or "refuse" the item for a refund. He emailed us on 12/15 letting us know that he refussed the order and gave us the tracing number.On 12/20 he emailed us about his return, looked thru returns that have been opened and ready to process and his had not been received. He emailed several times between 12/23 and 12/26. On December 26 we let him know that we had not received it yet to process, however, we would be happy to go ahead and refund him that following day after we check with the receiving/returns department. On 12/27 we confirmed it was returned back to us and we processed a full refund of $54.94 back to his Mastercard. He was told that this transaction was done and would appear on his mastercard within 24-48 hours.We do try to get all returned transactions done in a timely manner, however, during the Christmas time the handle time for returns is within 2 weeks. We do apologize for any inconveniences Mr. [redacted] endured during this time. Since the refund has been issued and the customer notified we are considering this customer service issue on our end closed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution will be satisfactory to me upon receipt of the check and the rest of my order. Until then I am not a satisfied customer and can not recommend doing business with Victorian Trading Company. I will revisit the issue a a later date when the have fulfilled on their promises. As yet I have only promises not all the items I paid for or my complete refund.
