I am rejecting this response because: I do not find the charging of the annual fee, even one of two, to be reasonable in view of the circumstances. However, I prefer to end the case at this point. I just hope you post this so other CUSTOMERS of VASA Fitness know how they operate when a cancellation is involved

company has been attempting to contact you to resolve the balance since 11/29/I show that you did have contact with our billing company on 12/5/At this time we advised we had no previous request for cancellation, they notified you the terms for cancellation and offered to waive $from the balanceYou advised the representative you wanted to speak with a lawyer and refused to make a payment with themI show that you spoke to the billing company again on 1/4/they advised you again of the terms for cancellation, you spoke to a supervisor at the billing company and mentioned you may just want to freeze your accountAt which point they advised you to call our corporate officeWe never received a call from you, Paramount the billing company still attempted to reach you about the balanceAt this point you will need to resolve the balance with the collection agency, we are no longer able to work out the balance in our officeYou can contact the collection agency at 801-272-Once you have paid the balance with the collection agency we would be happy to offer months of the time back to youPlease let me know if you have any questions

Thank you for the membership numbers, you are stating a price difference of $vs $125. What did this value represent on an additional membership. What did you think you were purchasing in membership type? Also, is the price in question for your daughters account. If so, she is on a month to month with no total value, just pay as you go. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me ONLY ON THE CONDITION that I receive written confirmation from VASA Fitness and their billing company Paramount stating date the contract for personal training was cancelled and written confirmation that no more money will be taken out of my account or attempted to be taken out of my account regarding the personal training contract. As VASA fitness and Paramount are both notorious for saying they canceled a contract and then hit the person with a huge bill months later, I want documented proof that both conditions are met

response because: The issue isn't resolved yetI first emailed around mid august I believe - when I moved out of state Then again a few weeks after when I hadn't received a response I appreciate the response that all you don't care about is money but when you make it so difficult for people to cancel memberships they are no longer in use of, when I didn't sign any sort of commitment term it doesn't give that great of an impression

I apologize for the experience you have received, after doing some research I did find that our billing company paramount acceptance was making contact via phone to ###-###-####A letter of the past due was also emailed to ***This time frame of attempting to contact you
started April and ended July 2016, you were then assigned to a collection agency August At this point given the information was correct the debt will need to be settled with the collection agency
