payments being paid. In November the account did go into automatic renewal as stated in the agreement, the training would continue on a month to month agreement. I have closed the fitness training account effective today and waived the past due balance.

I am rejecting this response because:  I could not see the copy of the contract attached,  but let's assume that it is correct that I contractually signed for 9 payments. According to my credit card statements (see attached Excel Sheet), I made net payments of $900.00 which would mean I made 10 payments. In my books, VASA owes me $90,00 but not the other way around. So if VASA could please check their books again, and if they agree with me, I like the refund of that $90.00 plus they need to take care of the $176.92 that is in collection with Aldous.Thank you.

was submitted on your membership on 8/30/17 you will have access to the facility until 10/3/17. At the point of sale there would have been a screen confirming the yearly fee, the cancellation fee as well a return fee for any delinquent payments. After sign up you would have received an email to the email address  provided with a welcome letter and a copy of the contract with this this same information.  In regards to your personal training, this contract is not on a month to month like the membership is and we are not able to cancel for medical or pregnancy early of the terms of contract. If you would like we can place it on a 4 month hold during this time you do have the ability transfer the remainder of the contract to someone else. If not the billing will resume on the fitness training as of 1/6/2018. Let me know if you have any questions.

The contract for Alyssa D[redacted] was purchased on 6/6/2015.  First month dues were charged, not $99.00 down.  A credit was posted to the annual fee but the cancel fee of $25 would be charged if cancelled within the first 6 months.

I am rejecting this response because:it's un acceptable, I was never showed a contract until after I was told I could not get out of it, plus they down right lied to me. About the personal training being month to month, I never ever would of signed up, it's a bunch of [redacted], they totally lie to you, then trap you. And I will refuse to pay them anymore money.

I am rejecting this response because:  VASA claims they are refunding my money, yet I just received a notice earlier today demanding more money. The offer of refunding my money is clearly a ploy to close this case and extort more money from me. The account was closed in September when I clicked on the link I was provided. Payment had already been submitted and I was outside the 6 months required.

[redacted],  We have looked into your claims. I do see that valid personal information and billing information was provided at the point of sale. I also see that you have used 4 credits equaling 2 half hour fitness training sessions with your trainer Jasmin. One on 8/3/17 and another...

8/16/17, based on these notes you would have been made aware of these sessions and our records show text reminders were sent to remind you of the upcoming sessions and that you were present for both of the half hour sessions. Our fitness counselor that assisted you at the point of sale has stated that you were aware of the 6 month agreement and that you submitted your information to initiate the contract. At this point our records show you were aware of the terms agreed upon at the point of sale. We would be happy to waive the transfer fee but in order to cancel you will need to find someone to transfer the remainder of the contact to or we can cancel it with valid proof of move showing you are outside 25 mile radius of all VASA location. Let me know if you have any questions.

The membership that was purchased for the wife was a month to month contract.  This means pay 30 go 30. The advertising states: "Month to Month, not no contract.  To purchase a membership in Utah you will sign a contract.  The membership had a 30 day cancel which was executed by the...

member but doing a chargeback to the final payment put it in a past due status thus sending to a collection agency.  They have not reported this to the credit bureau.  I have gone ahead and called the debt back from collections. Please call our Member Service Team if you receive any further calls as it may take a few days to update the agency.Contact us at [redacted]. I have made notes on the account.
