Over a week ago I attempted to purchase a Smok ALand batteries from VaprBeast When I submitted the order, it indicated there was an error so I assumed the transaction wasn't completed I waited and never received any type of confirmation email or order number I was going to try again but then the website claimed the product I just attempted to order was out of stock With no indication that the first order was completed, I went to another online vape store (VaporDNA) and was able to make my purchase, which was successfully delivered Starting on 07/23/17, I received an email every day until July 26th from VaporBeast telling me my order was not complete and that they had saved the items in my cart This confirmed that my original order was never processed and they still wanted my business by asking me to complete the order On 07/31/17, I received a package from VaporBeast containing that order I received no confirmation email or any notification that the original order was completed and being sent to me I was no longer in need of the items because I had already received them from my purchase with the other business I contacted VaporBeast and explained the problem to customer service rep Shaina She informed me that the order was confirmed on 07/I could not understand how this was possible based on the multiple request to complete the order emails sent to me that I never responded to and never receiving confirmation of an actual purchase with an order number & shipping confirmation I told Shaina that her company still sent me an email wanting me to complete the order on 07/!!!!! A day after this order was allegedly finalized!
I forwarded copies of all the emails I received from them to customer service VaporBeast is accepting the return but refuses to pay for the return shipping I went straight to the post office and sent it back, which cost me $ I think this is absurd to make me pay return shipping on something that was obviously shipped in error
This was my first time dealing with this company and I can't trust the reliability of their website to try to make another purchaseIt's a shame that they're willing to lose a potential long term customer over shipping charges

I have been using vape technology for over yearsHave seen a lot of businesses, come and goI use internet sites for over 75% of my purchases for vape productsTo make a long story short, without a lot of detailsI will have to say that Vapor Beast is the best site I have seen and usedThat includes current, up to date products, world class customer service, prices, and all the other myriad details of an excellent supplier

I will start off saying that my experience with this company at first was great, I placed an order and chated with someone on there online chat system and was very pleased with themShe then prompted me to write a review for them and I did, a nice oneI was supposed to receive my package on Monday, waited all day for it and nothingI then sent there customer service an email telling them it did not come on timeThey did give me my shipping money back but heres the part where I'm beyond frustratedI called UPS to see if I could just pick up my package which I'm not sure why Vapor Beast customer service didn't do this but the lady at UPS told me the package was lost and they had to start an investigationI answered a few simple questions then called vapor beast to let them knowWhen I talked to them they told me since I was the person that called ups they cant do anything to help me until ups finds the packageI would have ABSOLUTELY thought they would have overnighted a new package to me with something extra for my troublesI'm sorry but I sent emails to your customer service explaining the package did not arrive and because I was the only one taking initiative to figure this out I get screwed and left without a product that I payed for and expected at my door on a certain date for over a week now? Bad customer service and I explained that to Giovanni on the phone and he kept saying we cant do anything for youI own a business and if there was a screw up like this I would do anything and everything to get the customer what they paid for and compensate them for there troubles to insure the customer comes back again to retain there businessNot rush them off the phone telling them your on your ownThanks I guess I will figure all this out myself

Received a defective product and opened a support ticketThe ticket was closed with no help or response from the company

When my first package arrived I was missing over dollars in productsWas only issued a store credit rather than a refund
To add to this the rep said to me that if the local town did not allow me to sell flavored ejuice at my store they would refund my moneyAlso he said if for whatever reason the products didn't sell they would refund my money
Now after months the products did not sell and the local tobacco enforcement officer told me that I cannot sell flavored ejuice
After multiple emails and calls I have yet to have a resolution on this and I am out $

I purchased merchandise from this company as a gift and they have not contacted me back about a delivery that never cameI ordered this package on February 6th and it was accepted by them on the 8th and still no update through tracking and no call or email backThey essentially stole from me

I ordered three items from vaporbeastThe item listed on their site was TFVbaby prince replacement glassWhat they sent was tfvbaby tank glass replacement which looks similar but is a smaller sizeI contacted Ashley who answered my call from the number listed for their business who had me send pictures showing proof via emailShe said she could clearly see what the issue was about the size differences and told me they would fix the problem asapThen they emailed me stating that I got what I ordered and they won't be able to help meOn my packing list it states that I ordered Smok TFVBaby Prince Replacement Glass Pack The items that were sent to me ALL have labels that say TFVBaby Tank (Standard Edition Only) Brit Mini Flavor TankThey are clearly the wrong item and it can be seen in the pictures I sent to them showing the products next to the packing list

After receiving my order I unboxed my new Endura T-mod and filled the tank to let the coil primeDuring that time it dawned on me that I had ordered it in blue, but I had received a silver oneI chatted with their so-called "customer service" online (Gio S) and explained the situationHe stated they could not take it back because it was used, which I understand, but the fact remains that they made a mistake and sent me the wrong color I asked for a $refund to make up for their mistake and was told noHe said if I had not filled it they would have gladly taken it back, paying for the return shipping and shipping the new one back outI stated that all of that shipping cost would have been double what I am asking for and in the interest of making a first time customer happy please issue a creditHe failed to see the logic behind my request and continued to say "no" and I can't" and offered me a 5% off coupon code for my next purchase and rudely ended the chat That is a terrible way to do business and I will not be a repeat customer

I am a store owner who regularly uses vapor beast as a wholesalerI placed an order on Monday July 2nd at around 3:pm my local time and due to the upcoming holiday I payed for over night shipping to get the stock in before the 4thThe order went through the ordinary process, but I didn't receive a shipping notificationThis morning July 3rd I called them to see what was going onI was informed I missed the shipping cut off the prior day and my package would be shipped todayAnd it should arrive on the 5thThe woman I spoke to told me the package hadn't been shipped yet so I asked her to change the shipping sense it would make no difference between day and over night and she calasly told me noIf the package hadn't shipped I feel she should have changed it and refund the difference in shipping

VaporBeast is the most USELESS websiteIt freezes every seconds, but aside from this, it would not let me place an orderI understand that tobacco products require age verification (I'm 23), but every other site I've used has asked me to email a picture of my licenseThis one asked for the last digits of my social securityThat's shady, but against my better judgement I put them in anywayI was then told "we cannot verify your agecall this phone number"No, I am not willing to jump through hoops to place an order when I can get the same items on a different site for less hassle and probably less moneyAlso, how would a phone call confirm my age? Either they would ask for MORE personal info regarding my social number/etc, or there would be ANOTHER step in which I would send them a copy of my licenseWhy not just ask for my license upfront like every other vape website does? This company is a colossal waste of time
