So after five, yes five, visits by USA Insulation, I am proud to say that they screwed everything up. Thier patch and repair job on the interior drywall looked like it was done by drunken 15 year olds in a hurry. They missed insulating an entire wall in the kitchen. Overpriced and underperforming, if a negative score could be given, I would rate them a minus 5 (-5).

I was sold on getting our home insulated for Winter. Spent big money to have it done.
Haven't saved a dime. It doesn't look like I will recoup the cost.

I had this company to insulate my home did nothing but lie the work was so unsatisfactory that I would tell anyone to run away fast from these creeps my home is still cold and drafty when tim and chris came to my home they told me my walls needed to be insulated and all they wanted was the truck that I was selling. after they got what they wanted I tried nummerous times to contact them but never got nothing but lies no call back no nothing. I would never recommend this horrible company to anyone the fome they used cracked up in the columns the columns were not filled completely I am totally in disgust and disappointed with these unprofessional creeps that took my money and my truck now I have to try to get compensated some how but it wont be over until I do

They are totally incompetent from the office to the craftsmanship. They will take your credit info and make appointments to come to your home when they want not when you want. They don't listen to anything you say and can not get it together for the life of them. If you get Brianna, Eric, or Ben hang up the phone they are nothing but smooth talkers who will waste your time.

Well, I just had dry wall removed from an wall that’s against the outside, only to discover that ISA Insulation missed an entire segment! What do I do now since this job was done in 2016? I remember they even had an attitude about coming out to check after the job was done. DONT USE THIS COMPANY WITHOUT S WRITTEN AGREEMENT THAT THEY WILL ENSURE ALL AREAS/SPACES ARE FULLY INSULATED!

Sean and Travis showed up on time to perform my insulation job. The weather was anything but good. It rained all that day, and they were soaked. That did not change their attitude towards doing nothing less than an outstanding job. They were finished with the entire house by 3pm the same day. my house is warm and draft free. USA Insulation is by far one of the best companies I ever worked with and Travis and Sean were the best. I would highly recommend them and USA Insulation.

Wayne was here today to give me an est. for insulation in out garage attic.. All he did was tell me about how my walls weren't insulated properly. (had no idea what was behind the sheet rock). I reminded him why he was here, didn't look in the attic just looked up & said $2,000. I told him I had a quote from another company for $650. (I always call for 3 estimates). When told him $2,000 was way more than we wanted to spend. He told me to go with the blow & go people as he was leaving. Makes me wonder how their business is with a man like this working for them.

VERY NOT HAPPY. I have multiple sclerosis since 2002. The heat makes it worse. So I thought this would help me. I can not even go outside enjoy today like most can (6/24/2022), And now there is no change ,still hot in here. The salesman knew I have MS and still sold me this s*** product for $6624. And did not blink an eye, I am disabled and not much money. Plus , $25.78 percentage rate every payment I make. Is there not a program you have people that are struggling.

I had to have my insulation installed inside my home. I was satisfied with the seals and the clean up but I still had cold spots. When they came back they used a different insulation. When the seals dried all had cracks and most were sunken. I called and asked if they could fix them. I was told that they had fulfilled their obligation according to my contract. They only do the seals once. I didn't receive a contract the only emails I received were the job order, receipts and completion forms. The reasons the manager gave me for the cracks were when asked if he could go to my basement I told him I was to embarrassed my basement was a mess, true but the seals where approx three feet higher then the original. He also said temperature affects them the temperature inside was 70 outside 50. Then there was the humidity it was outcast my heat was on and the seals dried quickly. Then there was the cleanup there was dust from the sheet rock behind the furniture they moved. Last they broke the mouse to my computer. His response was they did not. I was on my computer when they did the downstairs they did my bedroom second when I went back to use it shortly after they left it was broken.

I had my home insulation by usa insulation of indianapolls and all the foam insulation is all crack up and 13 cavities that they missed and they are not going to make it right. You can go yelp usa insulation indanapolls and see the photo or pissed consumre.com usa insulation it cost me 6676.00 and going to cost me 25000 to have all the crack up insulation remove and put back new foam insulation.

We hired this company after talking to them at an eventThey were advertising for a type of insulation that was a premium injection of foamWhen we had them look at our home they decided that we needed regular blown in insulation but promised that it was a better then what we had and what we could just buy ourselvesWe were extremely disappointed because we had planned on their premium foam product being used to keep our great room warmer but decided that they were professionals and allowed them to talk us into the other productThe first winter We had to have them come out to add additional insulation after it was inspected to find that there were areas that were not insulatedBy the next winter we still noticed how cold the room was and had it checked by thermal imaging to find that there were still areas uninsulatedWe have made attempts to contact the company to resolve and they do not call us backWe have offered to show them our pictures of thermal imagingIt is extremely disappointing that we were talked out of the product that we thought would work best only to have a product that we feel was used because it was simply quicker and cheaper for them and we still have to use an additional heater to keep the room warm

We, at USA Insulation, are profoundly sorry that this customer does not accept that there will be great benefits received from the work performed at her home Based on her dissatisfaction, I visited her to provide a full inspection of the areas covered to ensure that our work was performed to spec and that full attention to detail was adhered to It is always my hope and intention to find a minor imperfection or an area that was overlooked for one reason or another to fully satisfy the customers expectations After a visual inspection of all areas treated and a meticulous, exhaustive scan using the finest infrared camera and temperature readings we have at our disposal, my finding were this: The crawl space areas we were contracted to spray foam were insulated immaculately The wall temperatures in the unconditioned areas of the crawl space read a full degrees WARMER than wall spaces, not indicated in our contract, of the living areas of the home The heating registers in the game room above the crawl space we insulated, read degrees COOLER than all the registers in the rest of the house Indicative of an imbalance of the static pressure of the duct work and also an HVAC issue, not an insulation issue Temperature readings at her doors and windows in the area we insulated read between and degrees, indicating faulty seals at both; also not an insulation issue.After presenting my findings with the customer, she did not accept them I told her that if the small issues plaguing the area were addressed, the insulation would indeed perform terrifically, which spray foam insulation does each and every time I again reviewed with her the impossibility of a room being warmer than the rest of the house, despite any amount of insulation, that if the furnace is not supplying adequate heat, it simply will not be so.Her contention was that I should have known and recognized all of these other defects before proceeding with the job We are insulation professionals, and consider ourselves to be the most meticulous and caring insulation contractor in the area We put on no pretenses that we are going to pinpoint and predict all of the other weaknesses a home might have Insulating walls, crawl spaces, attics and garage ceilings has become a common practice since the early seventies, and anyone who questions the sensibility of doing so, and refuses to accept the benefits of doing so.....well, should probably do a little more homework before contacting an insulation company, specifically indicating areas the they would like to insulate, and having the work performed at a very fair and reasonable cost.As to her recollections of our conversation inside of our home, I'll not stoop to dignify them with any other response than this I respect and hold dear the many thousands of customers we have helped over the last decade, and I absolutely cherish the employees and the families of those that work so hard to preserve our incredible track record of service for those customers.Sincerely,Mike M***OwnerUSA Insulation of Pittsburgh

It is the stance of USA Insulation that the job at Mrs. Gentile's residence was done expertly and to the specs and cost agreed upon by all parties involved. We are very curious to know more about the findings of the HVAC technician who claims the heating system is in no way responsible for the temperature differentials between rooms despite evidence that the forced air temperatures read a full 20 degrees cooler in the room in question. It is also our stance that spray foam insulation is not a hit-or-miss application. When applied, it outperforms any other type of insulation that exists today. Our reputation precedes us as a company that strives to meet or exceed customer expectations.
