Excellent service and communication. Answered all my questions promptly and was very helpful.
USFCR has been easy to work with and has always been on top of our registration.
I am writing this review in to show how efficient Melissa B. of USFCR was in supporting *** north to get signed back up with our SAM registration. She was a very professional individual to work and was able to answer all of my questions off of the top of her head, She stayed on task and once our registration was submitted it was hours, not days before she informed me that our company was complete and registered for another year. Surveys and registration can be very painful and time consuming and working with Melissa was just the opposite. I believe if other companies exerted the effort shown by Melissa surveys and registrations would be looked upon in a entirely new light.
My expectations of working with a government help desk had been low going in but was pleasantly surprised at the positive support I got. The person explained the process and what it could do and what it would not be able to do. The support was helpful

Thank you Kristen S. for your assistance with our corporation's SAM and WOSB registrations. The process under your leadership was made so much easier by your clear communications on the actions required. Both the SAM and WOSB registration processes were handled with professionalism, efficiency and very timely.
The team at US Federal Contractor registration is on top of their game. I found them while searching for resolutions to the extremely difficult and always frustrating SAM system. We never had success in filing with SAM, I attempted multiple times, just to later find that it was never processed properly, or something in the system had changed. I wish I'd found them sooner. They set everything up for us and maintain everything that's required. Have not had an issue since using their services.
We contracted with US Federal Contractor Registration in June of 2017 to pursue an 8a certification, we are not qualified. No refund has been issued.
*** contracted with US Federal Contractor Registration on 6/22/17 to pursue an 8a certification, our Acquisition Specialist was Jason C. After discussions of my personal concerns of not being eligible we were insured we would be issued a refund should that issue arise. We did not speak with our Case Manager, Christie J. until 6/26/2017. After a few emails were exchanged with Christie and a couple of phone calls, Christie and I determined that we were not eligible at this time because of the owner's net worth. Our documents were not reviewed until after 6/29/2017 because of an issue with her being able to login to sba.gov to review the documents I had completed years prior and recently updated. Other than a couple of phone calls nothing was done. There were no forms to complete, no work to be done by US Federal Contractor Registration other than a review of a financial form I completed. It is now November and we have been trying to request the process for a refund from Jason Cribbs since the beginning of July. We have continued to get misled and he continues to ask if we are sure we aren't interested in other services. Today I am told we need to speak with our case manager regarding a refund. Why weren't we told this 4 months ago? Why have we not been able to get answers? Christie has expressed she had a heavy case load but there has been no communication with her since June. The amount paid was $3,995.00 through an American Express Business Card. This seems to be absurd for an exchange of a few one line emails and two very short phone calls. All I am seeking is a refund and I do not understand why I have not been able to speak with upper management when it has been requested. I feel as if I have been deceived and misled for the past four months. If we are not eligible to pursue the certification and we knew this before any work was done, why has this issue still not been resolved.
I would like a refund for the services that were not rendered in the amount of $3,995.00. We are not eligible to move forward with the certificaiton because we do not meet the critia under economic disadvantage with the current owner of the company.
Sorry about your concerns. We noticed the account was charged back on your American Express card at the time you requested to speak with upper management (11/13/2017) this also came the same day as you filed this complaint. You were scheduled for a call back after we got news back from American Express on the charge back. We feel it does not make sense to talk about a refund with you if you have already received back the funds from American Express by charging back the agreement. At the time of application the qualifications for the 8a were gone over. You had said about moving the company to another owner to beat the system which we did not recommend. You now changed your mind. We are just here to help and not scam anyone. We were ready to do the work that you paid for and are not in control of your finances. You have too much money to qualify for a disadvantaged business application. We warned you of this. Nothing we can do since you went to American Express for your refund we cant refund you twice.
This complaint can be marked as closed. No further action is required.
Christie J. was the Lead Case Manager in helping our organization complete the SAM Registration. She did a great job leading us through the process and made it an extremely user friendly process for us to follow. She was quick to keep us updated with emails and phone calls throughout the application process.
Melissa B., is fantastic !! when its comes to setup an account with US Federal Contractor Registration or any other help with your account she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in assisting me with with the System for Award Management (SAM) registration process.

Needed some assistance in finalizing a registration process...Kelli J. and the team at USFCR were great to work with...performance was outstanding. Within 2 hours of starting the process...the registration was COMPLETE!!!
This was key as we had something pending at the time...so Kelli's efficiency was appreciated even more so...knowledgeable as well. This is "it" factor in dealing with various companies in today's economy. Glad to know her and USFCR.

I cannot thank Ms. Kristin S. for helping our small company work through the SAM Registration process. When asked questions by email, her responses were fast, clearly stated, and detailed. We owe our speedy acceptance into the program completely to her.
I was attempting to get registered as a government contractor. Christie J. was my case manager and was quick and efficient. She made the process as painless as possible.
Christie J. is our rep and she always does an excellent job. She always resolves problems that occur and makes the process easy for me.
They lied and said they were going to create a government formatted website and there is no such thing. Charged me $2,950.00, I already have a website
I initially called them back because they disclosed they could help get us large lighting projects with the gov. I got excited and they said they could create a gov formatted website for me. All my ***.gov applications and registration was done already through my company. They did absolutely nothing for the $2,950.00 They ACH withdrawed from our business account. I called many times with no response. I talked with Wendy and Marianne S, they told me they exhausted the funds trying to get in touch with me. I assume that they were true government-affiliated but that is not true. This seems to me that it was a scam and I want a full refund or I will take legal action against USFCR. I already contacted my attorney and he is interested but I'd like to resolve this matter without legal action.
I want a full refund for $2,950.00
This client signed up 8/5/2016 for our services. The client never used the service nor provided notice to cancel with in the cancellation period. The client stated that they wanted a refund when we called them for renewal of the program. We really felt this was not valid as we only offer a 48 hour cancellation period. We offered for them to submit the paperwork so we could finish the registration. The client said we were a scam and requested a refund. How can the client know the program does not work or is not valid if he never used it. This is an attempt to get a refund for no valid reason other than the fact that they no longer want the service. We offered to handle the service still even tho we are not required. Client also gave us one week to respond to his email and he filed this complaint the same day. I really feel that is complaint should be removed and is not valid.
When renewal time was near, I received an email notifying me of needed update. Rep was very helpful and took care of update. She notified me when task was completed and we were once again on the list.
USFCR has been our contractor of choice for several years. They manage our SAM.gov registration process very professionally. I never worry if the information has been submitted timely and correctly.
