While Kristen S. was very helpful through the process of getting a Duns and Sam registration, at not time did she reveal that she represented a private firm and I would be billed. When I set out to get these mandatory government "numbers" I purposely avoided using US Federal Contractor Registration. I did not realize what I had gotten into. Am I unhappy, Yes, with myself and the Federal Gov. for making so many traps for most of us to fall into.

I contacted the service provider, via email, with a rather urgent request. A representative responded, via email, asking for my username and password. I responded asking the representative to contact me as I would like to discuss things further before I just handed over my username and password. There was no reply from the representative for three days. I sent two follow-up emails and also left two voicemails on the representatives direct extension. Non of this correspondence was acknowledged or responded to. I then called the main service number and said I wanted to make a complaint. After making the complaint the representative called me within two minutes. It is rather disappointing that it takes making a formal complaint in order to receive prompt service.
