My estimate is from the seamless gutter company, which is 250.00 to replace and paint the gutter. I would like to have my refund by the end of September.

I spoke to Mr. [redacted] on multiple occasions and always made myself available to answer his questions and concerns.

satisfaction, he responded by saying that everything look great. Never made mention of ANY material or shingles left behind. He called our office weeks later to inform me about the flat tires he had replaced. I told him we would gladly reimburse him and instructed him to send us copies of the receipts so we could process his refund. He never mailed them and we never heard from him again until now.
Normally we cannot process a refund without a receipt but in an attempt to resolve this issue once and for all, we are mailing him a payment for his tires in the amount of $110.00

Universal Home Improvement contacted Mr. [redacted] regarding the status of his contracted roof work. Due to multiple weather related storms in Colorado this year, this has delay work being done. There has been a shortage of materials, and back orders which led to delays in getting the materials delivered. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] and indicated to him that his roof accessories would be there this week, and materials as soon as they are available. I also told him and we will give him an approximate completion day subject to weather conditions when materials are available. Universal Home Improvement has communicated with all of our customers to let each one know about these delays, and the status on the completion of their work. We assure our customers the work would be done as soon as the materials were available and weather permitted. We apologize for any inconvenience which this delay caused Mr. [redacted] It was never our intention to have this process take this amount of time, but totally out of our control. We always work within the best interest of our customers, to protect their home from any additional damage that can occur from an unprotected roof. My experience with this company was a easy process from the beginning all the way to the end Michael [redacted] was very aggressive with my insurance company making sure everything was properly. I would highly recommend this company for any insurance claims.

Revdex.com:The reasoning behind the complaint was due to the lack of response from the company, as I had made several attempts to contact multiple people about the concerns of absence of materials. I have had to make multiple calls in order to have anyone contact me back. Multiple times I had Beenough told you will get a call or I'm busy I'll call you back. I am in the construction industry as well I understand setbacks. Thus I understand keeping close contact with clients to make sure they are in the loop. It is to my understanding that it is not only an issue for me as it is for others as well. I would hope to do business with the company in the future if everything goes well with the rest of my roof replacement.
