I was very satisfied with the workmanship , timely and how proffesional the company wasi also had very good customer service and communicationi am proud to say that I look forward to refering them and also do work with them in the future

The roof repair is complete. The siding was on schedule for last week but the homeowner requested a refund instead.

I did received the refund check on 7/02/2015 but I am still missing a pieces of siding that was taken from the front of my house. They promised that they would install the siding the week of July 4th or the following week. Today is July 11 th and They still have not installed the piece of siding. I would like for them to install the siding so I don't have to deal with this company anymore. I would like to have it done by 7/17/2015.

They return my check but they never came back with my piece of siding I have a message from them that they were going to come the begin of July and they have not
come back to installed the piece of siding. I do not know what the do.

I spoke to Mr. [redacted] on multiple occasions and always made myself available to answer his questions and concerns.On the day his roof installation was finished, I personally made a call to him to make sure he was satisfied with the installation and ask if clean up was done to his satisfaction, he...
responded by saying that everything look great. Never made mention of ANY material or shingles left behind. He called our office weeks later to inform me about the flat tires he had replaced. I told him we would gladly reimburse him and instructed him to send us copies of the receipts so we could process his refund. He never mailed them and we never heard from him again until now. Normally we cannot process a refund without a receipt but in an attempt to resolve this issue once and for all, we are mailing him a payment for his tires in the amount of $110.00

Universal Home Improvement was very professional and did excellent work on our home after storm damage. Michael did a great job working with the insurance company and us to set up the initial inspection of the property. We had issues with the inspector from the insurance company who showed up injured and in pain who did not do a thorough inspection. Universal assisted in the process of setting up a new inspection. There had still been issues with the insurance company and Michael explained and assisted with working through these issues. When we got to the actual repairs the crew showed up and did an outstanding job. Michael did a great job talking us through the work project ;step by step and answering all questions we had. When all work was completed the crew cleaned up so well you could not tell that work had been done. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. From the initial meeting to final payment Universal did an excellent job!
This company was spectacular to work with. Very friendly and worked very well to accommodate our needs. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. This company did our whole block with their service and every one is very happy
Mike [redacted] was extremely punctual and professional throughout the whole roofing experience. If he said he would do something, he followed through without me having to worry about it. He not only got the roof replaced in one day, but even helped with calls to the insurance company. If I had any questions or needed assistance, all I had to do was contact him. I would definitely refer Mike to anyone in the Greater Denver metro area that is looking for a roof replacement.
The instalation crew was polite, skilled and cleaned up the substatial mess that removing a roof makes. They did great work in a timely fashion. Management and sales representatives worked hard to meet requirements of a rush job pending a home sale and responsed to the needs of the owner, morgage company and apraisers. They helped reduce the stress of time limitations and appraisal worries. Jeff our sales rep continued to follow the progress and remove obstacals with the help of the management team.

I had a very good experience working with Universal Home Improvement with the installation of a new roof and gutters on my home after it was damaged in a hail storm a few years ago. The roof and gutters look great. I am very happy with the quality of the materials and the workmanship performed. Mike was very professional and helpful throughout the process and working with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend Universal Home Improvement.

UHI did our roof and I couldn't be happier. The owner Mike came out went over everything they do, explained everything and answered all my questions. His company handled all the work between the insurance and the mortgage company. We picked out the shingles and scheduled the work. Mikes crew was quick, polite and made sure they cleaned up everything. I was watching and talking to the building inspector when he came by for his tear off inspection and first rows of the new roof. Even the inspector commented on how nice a job they were doing for us.
The roof came out great and I'm glad we had decided to use Universal Home improvement. I will definitely recommend them.
Just recently had our roof done by Universal and would like to compliment the company and especially their regional manager, Louis [redacted] for professionalism in handling our repairs. We had a very positive experience from the evaluation, claim submission, review to repairs and post repair follow up. The job was done efficiently, professionally and without any issues. Our questions were answered fast and in orderly fashion and our concerns met with understanding and resolution. We highly recommend the company for roof repair and/or installation.
Michael and his crew did an awesome job. He was involved since day one. He delt with the insurance company, claims,and inspections. Bravo, Universal! I will be calling you for all my future home inprovement needs. Thanks for everything!

to multiple weather related storms in Colorado this year, this has delay work being done. There has been a shortage of materials, and back orders which led to delays in getting the materials delivered. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] and indicated to him that his roof accessories would be there this week, and materials as soon as they are available. I also told him and we will give him an approximate completion day subject to weather conditions when materials are available. Universal Home Improvement has communicated with all of our customers to let each one know about these delays, and the status on the completion of their work. We assure our customers the work would be done as soon as the materials were available and weather permitted. We apologize for any inconvenience which this delay caused Mr. [redacted] It was never our intention to have this process take this amount of time, but totally out of our control. We always work within the best interest of our customers, to protect their home from any additional damage that can occur from an unprotected roof.
