We were recommended to this Company by our Finance man We called and talked to xxxxx He said that they could take care of us quickly and we sent in the requested information Two weeks later we got a call from xxxxx requesting some additional information We sent it in by email Three days later she called again asking for the same information We told her that we had sent it by email She said that she remembered seeing one from us and would check on it (First Red Flag) This pattern repeated over and over She would ask, we would send, she would ask for the same thing again Three days before the scheduled closing they hadn't even scheduled an appraisalWe had finally had enough and told them to forget it
These people never answer their phones You have to leave a message and may or may not be called back They apparently don't read their emails xxxxx seems totally clueless as you have to explain things over and over The upper management just lets things go
We have bought and sold over ten properties in our lifetime and have never dealt with anyone as slack as this outfit
