I spoke directly to Miss xxxxx, Professional Mortgage Consultant, who answered every question and provided detailed information about Wyndham Capital Mortgage's refi process Not only was she very knowledgeable and thorough, but she was very pleasant and presented the information in a manner that was not overwhelming or in such detail that only another banking professional could understand! We spoke for about minutes and then I proceeded to call other lenders, only to compare each conversation to Miss xxxxx I soon released that I would apply with Wyndham Capital Mortgage I worked the next day or so with xxxxx, supplied or completed all requested information and the process was off to a great start! Once I was received confirmation that my loan had been accepted, I was introduced to Miss xxxxx, who would become my personal loan processor! Miss xxxxx basically held my hand through the entire process, provided daily emails and phone calls, which really eased my concerns as she was on top of anything that needed to be addressed or should I say everything! Once I was conditionally approved, we established a closing date, yes we all hate the dreaded established closing date, "if anything can go wrong it will"! However much to my delight, as with the entire process, the closing happened on time at my home without any surprises!
