Really like that he acts more like a financial consultant than just a loan officer and he has helped save me quite a bit of money over time. Most recent refi actually didn't result in much out of pocket expenses (besides taxes & insurance costs) so it was super easy and I should save over $7000 over the next few years with the current low interest rates. I worked with xxxxx as my loan officer and he did a fantastic job! I asked a million questions and he always gave both prompt and detailed answers. I wanted a fast close, so he did his best to move things quickly and the process took 28 days instead of the 35-45 that they initially estimated. (This is especially impressive since we were completing the process over the holidays, so there were a few days when nothing could be done to move the process along.) He was also understanding about the fact that we were in a cash crunch, so he arranged things as best he could for us to roll fees into the loan rather than paying up front. In the end we actually got credited $250 at closing instead of having to bring any closing cash to the table. I would definitely work with xxxxx, and Wyndham in general, again.
