She was always kind courteous & patient/ never rushing our questions. Because of her follow-thru we were able to successfully complete our Re Finance Loan. xxxxx and Wyndham were simply outstanding. We'd been trying to refinance for awhile--xxxxx and Wyndham were actually our third company. The first one kept wanting to roll loan costs into the loan. We finally gave up. We had then been talking to xxxxx, but xxxxx and Wyndham offered a lot more lender credits. In the end xxxxx and Wyndham not only offered a better deal, but they were much more responsive and easy to work with. As an example, when it turned out we had to get a second water test (VA loan requirement because the first one had expired), they offset it with lender credit. Thanks xxxxx!
There are obviously a TON of banks and mortgage brokers out there and refinancing can be very stressful. Dealing with Wyndham and more specifically, my broker xxxxx, was a pleasure. xxxxx far exceeded my expectations and was extremely responsive and explained every detail about my refinance. I of course shopped around and while xxxxx was a bit shady with certain "benefits", xxxxx and Wyndham Capital were crystal clear about EVERYTHING. They were so helpful from start to finish.
