I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer This response is not acceptable at all. It does nothing to rectify the FACT that TruthFinder made public in writing false and negative information about me to the public for about 14 months.. During this time, I had been unemployed and remain that way. I have no relative who  is or was a sex offender. The TruthFinder report lists under Criminal Record or Criminal History that I drove without a seat belt in Pinellas County 14 months before I discovered this. This is true but it was not a crime. It was a traffic infraction. I paid a  fine of 116 dollars or so. There was no arrest and no appearance before a judge. It was a citation.  Perhaps if TruthFinder actually investigated my complaint, they would have known that I opted out the day I found this ldefaming information but ran a copy of the report for evidence before the opt out went through. I checked to assure my info was unavaiable later and it was.  TruthFinder offers me NOTHING that rectifies the seeming to me libelous statement made available to the public for 14 months.  With a name such as TruthFinder, it seems like one could take the time to review the contents of their reports. Perhaps one may have found it odd that a seat belt violation would land in a criminal category. Along the same line, one might imagine that Truth Finder would actually investigate this matter.  I opted out the day I discovered this false information and failed to subscribe for the second month. I will send attachments/documents later.Update: This email follows my total dissatisfaction with the Revdex.com handling of  my complaint against Truthfinder. Imagine my disgust when I learn that a single communication was made to the company and then it was closed. My rejection of their response is not shown to be even passed on to them. A single communication served as the sole effort of the Revdex.com relative to a case which contains libel. Ironically. I heard on a tape while waiting to speak with *.[redacted] that the Revdex.com is focused on integrity of businesses right as I am dealing with a complaint that basically went nowhere and was given less than two communications to the business before considered resolved. Place atop that the issue of libel remains excluded from the Revdex.com communication. Place atop that the company had the ticket information for 14 months prior to my opting out, which occurred the day I became aware that myname was incorrectly paired with having a criminal record. I have been searching for work and who knows how many times I wrongfully am equated to having a criminal history.  How did the Revdex.com miss that point?My rejection of the company response included a lack of investigation into the concern by the company.  Revdex.com failed to follow through, as if a lack of a response made in good faith is acceptable.In the past, I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in another state. There were numerous exchanges and documents were submitted. The Attorney General got involved and the business was closed. A class action suit followed and the business had to pay. Imagine the contrast of that experience to this one                                                                           Thank you, Revdex.com, for your attempt to have TruthFinder address this problem. Truthfinder promised on 09/28/16 that the Scam Spam mail would stop in 10 days. I have also attached a screen shot of said promise (truthfinderpromise[redacted]). These have never stopped. All email that is being sent is of the scaming and phishing nature, see attached screenshot (screenshot02042017[redacted]).      These emails are from the same source as the original phishing emails that started after truthfinder got my email address. ".Loan" is one of them (SamplePhishing1[redacted]) ON the other sample (SamplePhishing2) you can see the entire email is a clickable link, designed to compromise your computer and your identification.  These come in at a rate of over 100 per day.  This has been going on for a half of a year. I have requested daily for them to stop and they have not. Others have had the same issue, and also have been reporting it. Previous to Truthfinder getting my email address there was NO spam at all, and never of the phishing style these are.       What needs to be done, is the Scam Spam needs to stop, you provided the information to other people, you can get it removed and cease the emails. We will not click the "unsubscribe" link as you have suggested to others, because that in it self is a phishing link. We appreciate you finally removing the private not available on the internet information that was compromising my privacy from your site. Now do the right thing and make the Scam Spam that originated from you getting my email address stop.
