Iam a provider for truecare24 and I think it’s absolutely the best thing they’ve made yet I can work for myself as a private contractor but yet still have a wonderful team of nurses and etc behind me I would recommend to providers as well as anyone seeking care!

First, the young lady quit during our move and left me with my elderly mother to pack the rest of her things and move them and her to the next location. I asked about paying her and when they finally sent the bill, it was incorrect. It took about 3 months for them to correct it.
Then, they referred a second person and this is when I found out that the person they referred had been with the company only 4 days. She was asking me questions because she said she didn't know about the company. She said she found out about the job, caring for the elderly on Craigslist!? I was shocked. She showed me the ad on Craigslist that she had answered. I asked the company in several emails how they hired their employees, and they were evasive, adding that the woman was a "new" "recent" hire and should not have been asking me questions about their company.
I decided to give the company another try and asked the contact person, *** if she had any referrals? I did not receive a response from her, only a call from ***, the employee that had quit. Again, she began to rant and rave, lying about how she had worked and was never interviewed. etc.
I just hung up and tried to call Truecare 24 but reached Ms. answering machine. Since I have been typing this complaint, *** has continued to harass me via text msg on my cell phone.
I don't know if they are a legitimate company, at this point. And, even if they are, I don't think hiring caregivers for the elderly through Craigslist is a proper way to find individuals. I think ***'s behavior speaks volumes about the type of people they are hiring. Also, it was very unfair for them to refer, for the second time someone that I had already explained acted very unprofessionally by quitting in the middle of moving and then refusing to leave our home. As a matter of fact, once I opened the door to indicate that she needed to leave, she stood in the doorway yelling and acting very rude and unprofessional, which could be heard throughout the entire complex.
And, today they refer that same lady that I had previously complained about, to us again?

Terrible company. Still waiting for a replacement that they state their fees cover. That was Thursday and it is now Sunday. No return calls and the voicemail is full

I'm a new care provider for TrueCare24 and am very please with my client and the True Care staff. Everything is threw email, text messages with a few phone call when necessary. But I'm am looking forward to a long relationship with True Care 24.

It’s a great company to work for, you make your own schedule. There’s always someone that you can contact in emergency and non emergency situations.

I was surprised at how easy it was to use Truecare24 for billing invoices and getting the money deposited in my account within 24-48 hours of them being paid by my client.
I also like working as an independent contractor with my client for many reasons. One being I communicate directly with the IDT teams making it very easy to carry out a the care plans for my clients. I can work directly with my families and the healthcare teams to provide the best care possible without going through home health agencies that have a lot of regulations that are governed by state and federal agencies.
The services provided by Truecare24 also allows clients to pay higher wages to their caregivers because they're not paying a huge fee to a home health agency.
I would definitely recommend Truecare24 to caregivers and families in need of caregivers.

I love TrueCare24! The platform is easy to use, they provide all the information on the client, making it easy to reach out and update the system.

Our success with Trucare24 has been limited. Overall the main frustration with this service is that once you get a referral you have to connect to them via a seperate phone # Trucar24 provides. They normally do not answer and then Trucar24 does not allow us to leave a voicemail at times so we have to resort to sending a message via the portal and hope the client referral received it. We are still using this service to see if things will improve.

I was really surprised on the quality of service. The customer service is excellent. They are accessible, quick, and I enjoy working with them.

Working alongside people in need has always been an amazing experience, learning stories from their past and getting to know someone in need is heart warming and very fulfilling. I Have learned so much from the wonderful lady I take care of , immediately felt like family this isn’t a workplace it’s my second come ??

I registered with this company website about a year ago searching for a job as a professional healthcare provider with a certificate/license. Periodically I've been receiving text messages and emails about possible work/case availability because I registered on the website..I'm actually never got any job through it. It is not I'm unfortunate or unskilled or inexperienced. It just this company has weird way to connect you to the potential employer. It is sending you a vacant job offer with a phone # and asking you how much you want to get for a workday. Than its adding automatically some percent to your price amount and send it to the client to review. And...after some time, I guess a customer looking at a better price or some reviews, job searcher hopes to get a job... Nope... At this moment everything stops. Once, I got a real !! telephone call from a relative of a woman who needs a care. It was Ok except guy got nasty because I didn't follow his long stories about moving from one place to another and who is moving to whom. So that all.. my experience with true care 24. I think this business is a scam. I will go further and report this "true" care 24 company to everyone who prevents scammers or provides empty promises.

This has been a horrible experience and I would not recommend using TrueCare 24 as a referral source. I am only able to connect with customer service via email, they never answered the phone or returned calls. Since signing up 2 months ago, I have not received any referrals that are in my area. The only leads I ever received in my area were prior to my signing a contract. I did receive 2 referrals that were in another state and when I reported this, I stopped getting any referrals. I asked to cancel my contract and they asked me to send a copy, stating they did not have it. They did find it after a few days and quickly charged me for the 60 days that are required prior to cancellation. I should have known this was a scam following the possible referrals they send for you to try their services. I questioned their screening process and I was told they do ask questions to prevent wasting a businesses time following up on leads that cannot afford services, though in my experience this is not the case. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
