TrueCare24 is a very professional service (Agency). The administrator herself, who is my main contact is very helpful and is willing to work with the employees in any way or form and I am very appreciative with her understanding.

I signed up with TrueCare24 some years ago, I didnt actually find a client until recently. From that 1 client has lead to other positions. TrueCare has worked with me so much to keep me working and able to take car eof my family.

New Changes made this place worth working for (only reason for 5 stars because of new changes) before (if not I would have given 0 stars) communication was extremely poor to no response 95% of the time, I worked truly hard on my first assignment with no guidance as a new Lead CNA establishing protocols, setting the site up for OSHA standards was a lot of hard work but no recognition or support from Case Manager. Her name was *** she is still at truecare24 today I am sure fast forward to today the second assignment was a NEW NEW Operations Manager his name was *** I loved working with him he communicated, acknowledged all of my texts, and checked in on me often didn't seem too busy to reply my first assignment was me walking in blind like Ray Charles it was no joke figuring everything out yourself, okay moving forward again got off track gotta stay on track after *** left my NEW AND IMPROVED UPGRADE!!! Case Manager/Operations Manager/Business Confidante/Ask her anything and she got me *** is "HEAVEN SENT!!!!" I want her for the rest of my journey here at truecare24 blood sweat tears paid off of finally being heard thanks so much for making my days and pasts unforgettably fantastic I want everyone to have the same experience I have now I get paid on time every week better software less stress this is a true review I tell the good the bad the ugly and well no other way to go from here but all the way up!!! I appreciate truecare24 now more than ever and job placing is quick provider platforms are improving but I am loving the new changes now lets talk incentives TrueCare24?? ;)

J worked over 365 hours during the pandemic for this company and still haven't received pay. They have numerous issues and should be held in litigation for fraud and wage theft. I am certain that there is a handle full of the same issues others have experienced. They also never handled a issue from a employee from the same job site I was at where she blatantly admitted she wasnt medical certified or has never went to college for anything medical. They also communicated with her on a daily about my personal and confidential information. I have reached out to kristen,
support, jason, & anoop the CEO of the company to resolve this issue. They never have fixed the issue. I have formally filed legal charges and civil charges against them. So Please get this fraudulent medical staffing shut down and in trouble for these issues because no body deserves treatment like this.

True Care is a Great Place to work, and they really look after their clients, and employees. I would highly recommend true care.

Worked for this company for a job doing temperature checks and haven’t received a paycheck from them. Upon reaching out to the lady named AMANDA SEGARRA who placed me to work there. She doesn’t even respond back to me as to where my paycheck is. In a time like this where you need all the money you can get, they decide to not pay me for my time and hours I put in. Please stay far far far away from this company they are a fraud they can contact you when they need somebody to work a case but go into hiding when it’s time for them to pay you for that case

TrueCare24 Is difficult to use: I noticed The prices for providers change after I said I wanted a provider. TrueCare charged me for a background check but then I don’t know where it is to read it. It wasn’t sent to me. The app is difficult to Figure out I got stuck on a screen and then couldn’t set up services. And communication are difficult with TrueCare24 staff to help me figure it out. Lastly it was difficult to talk to matched provider. You had to route all communication through TrueCare24

Horrible. Didn't hire anyone because the only people they referred to me live across Atlanta. An hour + away for a 4 hour job. I only need an adult with some medical knowledge, English as 1st language. That's it. Apparently they have a problem with these requirements. Nt 1 but 2 of the admin are emailing and texting 5-8 times a day every day. This is harassment. An upfront fee. Still waiting on refund. Their website list several in my area but mysteriously none are available. This is a shandy company. They have created MUCH STRESS. Hiring a home help person is usually easy but this company is stressing me out.

I think this is a great company, for me to be to help people , and get compensated that's a double Blessing.
