I am extremely disappointed in your service.I acquired a Enterprise lease car though I.F.S. ( our company uses Enterprise for our leasing needs) I have paid for the vehicle back in June 1 st 2018 as of July 24 2018 the title is still in there hands .and was told it will take another 45 -60 days to receive it . Would not ever use this service and would highly recommend you go elsewhere

Mr. M, IFS would like to apologize for any confusion there may be on our timeline with titling your purchased vehicle. Shortly after receiving the title from Enterprise,we were informed by you that the title should be in another individuals name other than the purchaser’s name. Once informed IFS began the process of collecting required documents and items again but in the new title holder’s name. IFS is still awaiting the final requested item. Until we receive all requested documents, IFS is unable to complete the titling process. Once received IFS will immediately send to the DMV for processing unfortunately we are unable to move forward without the requested items. It will take the DMV a timeline of 45-60 days to process the documentation.

On July 23, 2018 my husband and I signed an agreement to purchase a 2018 Ford Edge from Avis through Innovative Funding Services LLC . The listing price was $28,512 and after negotiations, we agreed on the price of $24,622. We received a buyer's order contract from Innovation Funding Services, LLC signed by the sale manager with the agreed upon price of $24,622. The document read "This is a binding contract". As we were working to submit the information to our bank for financing, we received a call that the agreed upon price could not be upheld. The sales manager had made a mistake and would not sell the car at the price in the contract. Despite having a signed contract with the agreed price, Avis refused to release the title of the car at the agreed upon price. When we asked the sales manager if we had made the same mistake and needed to renegotiate the price could we? His response was "No". Why then is the contract binding for us but not Innovation Funding Services? I have been a loyal customer of Avis for nearly 10 years and never have I experienced such poor customer service. The company made a mistake and refuses to uphold their side of a signed binding contract. I will no longer be doing business with Avis and recommend that no one buys a car through this company.

My husband and I submitted an auto refinance request by phone with their representative. They pulled 3 hard inquiries on each of our credit reports. We were told we would hear back about an offer Monday or Tuesday. That was a week ago. I have called the representative 3 times and left messages with no response. I have called the company 5 times and left 3 voicemails with bo answer or response.

IFS apologizes for the earlier delays as the assigned financial representative was out of the office for a few days. Hopefully, this issue has been resolved.
