to have his mail box replaced. Mrs. [redacted], called during the move and after the move to complain about the time that it took the movers to move her. We discounted time off her move and sent her a claim form to make sure that we had a list in writing of the damages, as of today 9-1-15 we have not received a claim form back and I have called her back everything she had left a message for me. In order for us to settle a claim we need a claim form fill out from the customer, once received we will send her a formal acceptance or denial of her claim.
I will not be able to offer any discounts based on the fact that you have started to affect my business in a negative way. I actually started with the offer to help resolve the issue at hand. Once you began your negative campaign my offer is off the table. I will not be issuing any further discounts. The reason your move took that long was because on the long carry and elevator issues. I had agreed to give you a refund to keep you happy since that is originally what you asked for. I will not be issuing any discounts. Thank you and have a great day!
We have explained to her that we will not be making any claim settlement offer till she makes full payment. This customer still has a balance and has not paid it as of today.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The attached letter was mailed to Don Belman Homes on October 30th. We contacted Gary numerous times to try and get the repairs made and he never returned the calls. The subcontractor has contacted us and will be calling again after Thanksgiving to schedule a time to make the repairs. He never heard from Belman Homes prior to the call he received from Gary after the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com. We made continuous efforts to try reach Belman Homes and they did not respond prior to the complaint being filed with Revdex.com. We do have hope the repairs will be made as the subcontractor seems much more reliable than Belman Homes has been. We will let the Revdex.com know when the repairs have been made.

We have talked and mailed [redacted] several times in regards to his claim. His claim was denied since the first called he maid. We also sent him a formal denial letter with all his options. We explained to him why his claim was denied. We have followed company policy in the claims process. We...
have exhausted all formal proceedings in explaining to him why we are not responsible for the thousands of damages he claims. If there is anything else we can do to explain to him please let us know.

When she arrived she refused to sign a contract even after we explained to her that is was standard procedure to sign a contract even if we don't charge her anything. She refuse to sign the contract and continue her accusations of our crew stealing her box and several comments about why she came to this country to avoid all the hispanic thieves. I was not yelling at him I only started yelling when he kept interrupting me and cutting me off then I got angry he was not trying to help me I have witnesses I'm waiting for the letters and I will send you them as soon as my witnesses respond to me

I [redacted] T work for the [redacted], and the demeanor, breech of contracts and threats received are inappropriate I will continue to file complaints until this matter is resolved to ensure that no one else has to undergo this type of experience, the business owners responses are inappropriate and will not be tolerated. After reviewing the yelp reviews after the fact most consumers who have worked with this illegal company have reported similar experiences, I will not accept this!

I will be sending my claim form again today, as it was stated that it was already received on 7/8/15 by Heidi [redacted]. We were not informed that we were given a 30 minute discount. We were expected to pay in full half way through the truck being unloaded, which we were told was policy and was stated in the documents that we signed at the beginning of the job. Since this was in writing and was signed that morning, we paid in full. We were not told anything about a discount being added. This 30 minute discount does not cover the cost of our numerous damaged items. The mailbox was not ours, so that is irrelevant to this situation. That is between you and that individual homeowner. It is not included in our claim.

So, you want to continue blackmailing me to get my refund of what is due. I never threatened to sue you. Your email you sent clearly states you would sue me if I posted negative reviews online. All of this could have been avoided if you knew how to provide customer service and listen to your customers. Ive been doing sone research on your company and see why you are so set on me giving you a fakse good review. There is a lot of negative feedback regarding your company. I wish I had researched better. Now, im questioning my first move with you. I just want my time refunded. Im asking for 1.5 hours. Considering the stress you have caused this is minimal. Do the right thing. Be a good business owner. Listen to my valid complaint. Thank you.

filed this complaint and never even called the office to voice any concerns the truck has the name, logo, and dot information on the door. She also signed a contract with the rate and time they started not once but several times. I was confused about the complaint so I decided to call her today. Right after I introduced my self to her, she began to scream and curse on the phone. I waited for her and made the decision that I would not be solving any issues with her since she was very vulgar and insulting. This organizations tone remains unprofessional and my complaint has been filed with other sources, this company should be shut down, I signed this contract I am the customer not my family members. This company's representatives speak in a thuggish unprofessional tone, and it is reflected in it's unprofessional business practices. This company should be shut down!

I offered the discount to give you exactly what you asked for. It was not till afterwards that you still wanted to give us a bad review even after I met your needs you still threaten to publish negative reviews about us and sues us. I can not bend backwards for you and give you what you want and still have you try to hurt our business. I will not work that way!
I am sorry that you feel that way, I have not stolen anything from you, if you did not book with us. How did we get your information? Did you not provided it for us. In your second response in this complain you clearly curse more and you mean to tell me that you will curse on your response but I am lying about you cursing and yelling when all I did was call you to try to help with this matter.

It is now between you and the mason for scheduling. Since this is a subcontractor we don't have a way of knowing when he comes to your home so please let us know when the repair is completed so we can close out our file.Thanks,Belman Homes Inc.
