I returned an unopened DVD package of The Wonder Years that was originally purchased June 13th, Order number That package was received by the warehouse on July 12th UPS Tracking Number 1ZW020xThe packaged was received by the warehouse but misplacedI was told I cannot receive my refund because they can't find the packageI would like my refund and for them to honor their commitment

I ordered an Ice Nine Kills limited edition vinyl off of the FYE website on November 16th and it has yet to ship and when I contacted them about it they responded and said they would look into it that was days ago and they still have yet to respond

Fye illegal charged my credit card Cashier stated you get 10% off today and we are giving you a reward membership for discounts off your next purchaseI said thank you then he put the reward card in my bagI just noticed a recurring charged illegal on my accountI won't this reimbursed and cancelledI will never do business with a company that manipulate their customers

FYE receipt prints a link for a survey at the bottom of it to get 20% off your next purchaseWhen you take the survey it gives you the wrong coupon and discount, instead offering 25% off music & video, limiting to what you can use the discount for which is not what the receipt listsWhen I showed the receipt to a manager at FYE in *** ** Mall she said there was nothing she could do as they needed a codeProceeded to tell me that no one takes those surveys and that there was nothing she could do to honor it even though I had it in writing on the receipt that it says 20% of purchase, ANY purchase, not just music & video itemsI emailed the company itself several times with no legitimate response

fye.com offers a program where you can sell them used movies etcOn their website they say they will reimburse shipping to what their costs would beThey reimbursed $for shipping that cost me over $There is no company or service that will ship lbs of movies for $This is part of their scam to make higher margins on the movies they already pay you pennies on the value forIf I knew they LIED on their website I would of never mailed in the moviesAlthough I checked "no" in your retired box, I am a disabled veteran and will gladly use my network to spread the word of their poor business practices

"Unfortunately the following item is no longer available from our distributor and therefore has been cancelled from your order:

They cancelled the order on me, and then in the email it said, "If you paid using PayPal or a gift card, please forward this email to *** and request either a refund to the payment method used or a credit to your *** account."
I haven't gotten an email back from them yet but why should I have to email them to request a refund if they cancelled the order? They cancelled the whole order and yet I only received a refund for the shipping, not the whole itemAs per the email, you cancelled the order and if you're not sending me the product, I want my money backI don't think that's too much to ask for

I made an online purchase on FYE.com over three weeks ago and the order has yet to be processed I contacted them about a week after the purchase date and was told the items I purchased were on backorder and they were not sure when they would come in After over two weeks with no order being processed or shipment made I made a request for a refund and was told that is not how the system works After three weeks of no product or no shipment I again requested a refund and was again told that the system will not allow it I find this unacceptable if you have a product for sale on your website you should have the item in stock or issue a refund I believe it is wrong to take someone's money and tell them to wait until who knows how long until they get the product which they may or may not get in? This is a very poor business practice If you cannot deliver the goods as advertised in a reasonable amount of time the only option is a full refund

I ordered one item, worth around $on October 7, The item was listed as "in-stock" and still is I have not received any update on the status of my order, and contacting the customer support has given me nothing more than a generic "We are looking into this" for a month and a half
It is absolutely unacceptable for a company to take my money without any update on the status of my order for over a month

Our area DM spoke with the customer last Friday and told her to bring the headphones into the store and that we would exchange them for a different pair with the microphone that she was looking for If she had any problems she was given the DM's cell phone number to call him while she was

The FYE store provided incomplete and misinformation regarded a trial subscription I was registered for todayThey provided a magazine subscription without first notifying me what it wasIt was actually pitched to me as a survey regarding what magazines I would prefer to have in the store instead of a subscription service that I must cancel within two months to avoid being chargedThe store used my information and purchases that day in order to obtain billing information for a service that I was deceived into subscribing to

I went to a local FYE store and was signed up to their VIP pass without my consentI have been charged $for a service I did not consent to, want or useI have been charged for a total of $without my consentThey refuse to refund

They signed me up for what I was told was a 100% free rewards program Apparently they stole my credit card information from the purchase I made (which also means they are storing and holding on to people's card information) and charged me a month later On their facebook page, there are countless people with the same experience This is a scam and credit card fraud and they need to be stopped After looking online it seems this has been an ongoing scam for years now that even culminated in a class action lawsuit against them from what I understand, yet they continue doing it

In March I was with my family shopping at a FYE store in *** NJ The store clerk offered me 10% off if we joined the FYE loyalty program When I asked what it required she said only an email account I just noticed that FYE has been charging me a month since May to be a member of the loyalty program I was never advised that there was a fee and was never given any benefits for the fee I believe they are intentionally misrepresenting the program at the point of sale to dupe customers into paying a monthly fee hoping they won't notice the charges This constitutes fraud

On September at the Arundel Mills FYE store upon checkout the cashier said that if I gave her my email address that I would save 10% and get a free membership to Backstage Pass Checking my bank statements I see that I have been charged $for the past three months for a service I didn't sign up for or agree to I called your customer service but they said I couldn't get a refund because the day trial period was over and I didn't request it to be cancelled I never signed up in the first place so how would I know to cancel something?
