Review: I ordered an allergy mask on line on June 9, 2014 with a personal[redacted]. The payment ($37.68) to [redacted] (which has the same street address as Todays Concepts Tomorrow Success) was offically paid from my [redacted] on June 11, but I never received the product. It is currently Aug 7. I did receive initial emails that my product was ordered.

I have called several times and sent emails to find out what had happed to the order. Twice the person ([redacted]) said he would send it out that night. The shipping of the product never happened according to the shipping status web site. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Delivery of the Blue Allergy Mask (Medium) would be my first choice, however, if this can not happen in a week, I want a refund.

Review: On 12/10/2013, I purchased a Respro Allergy Face Mask (1) and Respro Chemical/Particle Filter (1), in which only the face mask was delivered and not the filter. I was charged a total of $74.79. I called to have the company send the rest of my order and was told that they showed that I wasn't charged for the filters, only the mask. But my bank/credit card statement shows a charge from the company for $74.79 and my receipt shows the same amount ($74.79) for the mask and filter. I was told by customer service that I had to return the part of the product received, and they would give me my refund and I could at that time re-order the same products. I returned the product on 12/16/2013 and it was received by them on 12/30/2013 @ 11:56am signed for by a person named [redacted]. I have begun an investigation through FEDEX, but they have in-turn told me that the item has been delivered to the address. The customer service has been very rude about handling my issue and refuses to give me any type professional response to how they're going to handle my refund. I have been calling to get my refund and the customer service reps talk very inappropriate to me and even hang up in my face. I have not got anywhere with them and would like to have this resolved as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I'd just like to have my money back and it will be settled.
