Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted]'s concerns. We should explain that OnlineCityTickets.com is an online exchange, which means we do not own or generate tickets- instead,we merely...
facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement : "We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue .11 While Mr. [redacted] purchased his tickets from OnlineC ityTickets.com website, his order was processed and charged through Ticket Fulfillment Services. When Mr. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded text. Mr. [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditions-visible in a text box below this order total-and presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, he was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above,11 and a check box that he needed to click to continue with checkout. Below this check-box, another message was displayed that,in Mr. [redacted]'scase, read: "By clicking 'Place Order',your credit card will be charged $599.95, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Mr. [redacted] clicked this button, he signified his acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed his order. (A sample screenshot of the checkout page is included.}Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process-from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USO)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds. While we regret Mr. [redacted]'s frustration, he was made aware of this fact, and made an educated, conscious decision to purchase tickets from our site. If Mr. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome him to contact us.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Dispute to complaint ID [redacted] Ticket fulfillment Services
Dispute #1- I did not agree to terms and conditions as I did not make the transaction. Upon seeing transaction in my email, I immediately contacted Ticket Fulfillment services and was told by a manager that I could not receive a refund and would need to address with my financial institution. I went the same day, filled an affidavit and funds were placed back into my account on 2/26/16. I considered the transaction closed.
Dispute #2- In response to financial institution- Trustmark National Bank. I never received a notification from Trustmark regarding an additional dispute regarding Ticket Fulfillment Services. I realized funds had been taken back out of my account on 4/12 when trying to use card to rent a car to go out of town. This ironically happened on the same day as the event I allegedly ordered tickets were to take place. I was $1400 overdrawn due to the issue and headed out of town on business. Please note that I also never received tickets to this event. Per ticket fulfillment services terms and conditions, this is reason to receive refund. I was told by ticket fulfillment services that tickets were never shipped due to “dispute”. Please note tickets were never shipped although money was taken out of my account for the second time. In addition to dispute being ruled in favor of ticket fulfillment services, manager responding to claim from my financial institution states that I admitted to making transaction. This is false. Please note that I was not aware there was an additional dispute as I wasn’t notified by vendor or financial institution.
Dispute #3- I do acknowledge that I did agree to accept half the funds. I wasn’t receiving any assistance with financial institution or Ticket Fulfillment Services. On or around 4/19/16 I spoke with a Manager of Ticket Fulfillment Services, Michelle, and was offered a partial refund of 1187.00. I did accept this refund after 2-3 days of consideration as I did not feel I could get any further assistance with the matter. I was told Ticket Fulfillment Services would agree to half the funds as they could not sell 2 of the 4 tickets that were allegedly ordered. Please note that I researched advertised price for event tickets in question which was around $75 per ticket. My account was charged over $600/ticket. I was told that I would receive money on June 9th. When I questioned why it would take this long to get my refund I was told that it was Ticket Fulfillment services “policy”. I asked to be sent this policy in writing and was told they could not. I continued to request this policy, however policy was never received.
Dispute#4- Contacted Ticket Fulfillment services on 6/10/16 after not receiving refund on June 9th and was told it was in “process”. I was told it would be an additional 3-5 business days. 6/21/16- $1187.00 appeared into my account. This is 12 days after promised refund.
Thank you for your response regarding Mr. [redacted]’s concerns. Mr. [redacted] stated that the itemized breakdown was not presented prior to entering payment information, it should be noted that this is inaccurate. Ticket Offices maintains that our checkout process--throughout which all prices, fees, other details, and the total for Mr. [redacted]’s order were shown--was sufficient opportunity for Mr. [redacted] to review this information. Prior to entering any information, credit card or PayPal, the itemized breakdown was displayed stating “Section Floor. Row: G.A. Price: $190 each” including the order total of $1,485.55. After being shown this information, Mr. [redacted] proceeded to enter his payment information, checked the box to accept our Sales Terms and Conditions and agree that all sales are final, and then submitted his order.
As a secondary market, all tickets listed on our site are owned and priced by ticket sellers, not Ticket Offices, based on sellers' assessments of varying factors such as customer demand. This means the price is not based on the tickets' original price, or face value, and may be higher or lower than that original amount, which is stated throughout our website. It also means that the largest portion of any order placed in our marketplace goes directly to the seller; the service and delivery charges are the only earnings that Ticket Offices receives.
Ticket Offices has sufficiently addressed Mr. [redacted]’s concerns in detail and have acted to resolve this matter to the best of our ability. As such, we consider this matter closed. If Mr. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns regarding this order, we encourage him to contact our customer service team.

Thank you for reaching out to us in reference to this matter. At Ticket Fulfillment Services, we...
value our customers and appreciate this opportunity to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. Ticket Fulfillment Services is a United States-based company, and all pricing on our site is shown in United States Dollars (USD). As Ms. [redacted] has indicated, this information was clearly provided to her prior to her decision to purchase the tickets.
Regarding her claim that she was charged twice, it should be noted that this is inaccurate. Ticket Fulfillment Services claimed only the amount to which Ms. [redacted] agreed, no more or less, and does not have access to further funds from her account. Therefore, any extraneous activity on her account is outside our purview as the merchant. If Ms. [redacted] is still noting two separate transaction holds on her account, we encourage her to reach out to her financial institution regarding this matter.
Ticket Fulfillment Services has fully adhered to the agreed-to terms and conditions, and Ms. [redacted]'s order is fully protected by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee ensures that her tickets will be valid and authentic, and that they will be delivered in time for the event. It also ensures that Ms. [redacted] will receive excellent customer service. If Ms. [redacted] has any additional questions or concerns regarding this order, we encourage her to reach out to a member of our customer service team. At this time, this matter has been resolved.

Ticket Fulfillment Services
PADDING-RIGHT: 0px'>Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter. Ticket Fulfillment Services processes orders and provides customer service for a variety of online ticket marketplaces, and is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. Ms. [redacted] stated that we were unable to exchange her tickets for another day; to this we would like to provide clarification. Ticket Fulfillment Services and our affiliates do not own or generate tickets and customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by a large quantity of individual resellers. As such, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.
The website Ms. [redacted] purchased tickets on is user-driven, meaning all order details presented at checkout is simply information the customer selected or inputted during the checkout process. At checkout Ms. [redacted] was presented with the message, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)” prior to placing her order. This page also stated, “All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If the event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.”
Though it is outside of our sales terms, we investigated to see if the seller of these particular tickets would be willing to exchange Ms. [redacted]’s tickets for the Saturday show of this event. However, the seller of Ms. [redacted]’s Sunday tickets did not have any tickets listed available for the Saturday.
Although Ticket Fulfillment Services maintains that Ms. [redacted]'s order was filled correctly, prior to receiving this complaint we reached out to Ms. [redacted] on 10/29 to discuss her concerns and offer a resolution. However, this offer was declined. As Ms. [redacted] received the valid tickets she selected at the time of checkout prior to her event, we consider this matter closed and encourage Ms. [redacted] to contact us with any additional concerns she may have.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They have, indeed, contacted the purchaser of the tickets (my father). He has agreed to accept a refund of $50.00, because something is better than nothing. HOWEVER, they still tell my father that they are refunding only the amount of their fee. This is again dishonest, as the ticket CLEARLY states that they are $49.00 seats. So, with a refund of $50.00, that brings the total paid by my father to $211.75 -- STILL MORE THAN TRIPLE THE ACTUAL PRICE OF THE TICKETS!! This is a dishonest and disgusting way to do business. The $50.00 they offered my father is basically a slap in the face. They could have given him tickets for seats that were close to worth $200.00. I assure you, I will NEVER do business with this company.. and I hold quite true to my word! Thank you for your efforts in resolving this matter. Unfortunately, this is a dishonest company that obviously has no desire to make a good name for themselves.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, however I do believe that they are operating with shady practices and use tactics to confuse the customer. While they may claim that these warnings are "clearly displayed", on review of the website they never claimed to be the company "ticket Fulfillment services" and the site we presumed we were purchasing from was listed as Molson Amphitheatre. I believe that their deception should still be addressed.

seriously here at Concert Boom and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted]’s concerns. It should be noted that Concert Boom is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyer’s and ticket sellers. This fact is noted at our FAQ's page as well as our checkout page with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.”
In regards to Ms. [redacted]’s claim that the order total for their tickets was higher than the price on the ticket, it should be noted that Concert Boom is a secondary resale market place. We are not affiliated with any venue, rather we are a platform that professional resellers use to sell tickets. Prices are determined by the seller and this information is stated in our service terms and conditions which states that prices may exceed face value. When Ms. [redacted] selected their tickets, they were taken to our checkout page. From there, they were directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, a note that states "ticket prices may exceed face value", and the total price in bolded text. Then, Ms. [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. After checking the box and clicking “Review Order” they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge.
As a secondary marketplace, Concert Boom is not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.
We have been in contact with Ms. [redacted] regarding this issue, but have been unable to reach an amicable resolution. While our management team is available to handle any additional concerns that Ms. [redacted] may have, we consider this matter closed.

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. As previously stated, all purchase details were provided to Mr. [redacted] prior to completing his purchase. Throughout the checkout process, Mr. [redacted] was provided multiple opportunities to review the price per ticket, service and delivery fees and general ticket information. As Ticket Fulfillment Services is a secondary marketplace for live events, we serve as a platform for ticket buyers to connect with ticket sellers. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] regarding this issue and provided him with the details of his order. Mr. [redacted] has disputed this transaction with his bank and that was ultimately ruled in our favor. While our management team is available to handle any additional concerns that Mr. [redacted] may have, we consider this matter closed

When you purchase the tickets from your cell phone, it does not prominently display that it's a reseller. I provided 2screen shots of what you see when you click the link. Unless you are looking for it, you would not know. I also read thru many of the Revdex.com and yelp reviews and see that I'm not the only customer they have scammed. They should not be able to continue to operate in such a manner. If they "care about their customers", they would refund the money when people realize they have been scammed. Any company that doesn't is clearly intentionally operating in a dishonest fashion. And I have bought and sold tickets resale previously, they were always refundable if someone realized there was an error within 5 minutes of the purchase.

0px;">Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter. Prior to receiving this complaint, we reached out to Mr. [redacted] on multiple occasions in an attempt to provide a resolution to this matter, but were unsuccessful in reaching him by phone or email. At Ticket Fulfillment Services, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted]'s concerns.Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means that we are not affiliated with any venue and do not own or generate tickets—instead, we facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket page on our website with the statement: "Tickets not guaranteed to ship immediately. A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkout. This site not affiliated with any venue. Tickets may be above face value." Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.
Mr. [redacted] has claimed that the tickets he selected changed in price, but this is inaccurate. Our website is user-driven and no order can be submitted without the customer having been shown all ticket details. When Mr. [redacted] selected the tickets he was interested in, he was taken to the checkout page. From there, he was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bold text. Mr. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bold-text message “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and checked a box signifying his agreement with this statement. During this process, Mr. [redacted] saw an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and prices of his tickets, the delivery and service fees, and the total charge. Directly below the order total, the following message was displayed: "Please note: We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. Prices in USD." Mr. [redacted] placed two separate orders on our website, allowing him two opportunities to review this information.
Based on a range of factors, the service charge covers all of our operational expenses, from payroll for the in-house customer service center to the cost of finding ticket sellers and verifying that their tickets are authentic and valid. It also funds our software development and industry-leading website security, enabling us to keep transactions secure and provide the support of our 100% Money Back Guarantee.
The tickets for both of Mr. [redacted]'s orders have been sent to him by email, and he has subsequently downloaded them. As such, Ticket Fulfillment Services has fully adhered to our 100% Money Back Guarantee. As noted above, we attempted to reach Mr. [redacted] prior to receiving this complaint, but he was not available by phone or email. If Mr. [redacted] has any further concerns he would like to discuss, we encourage him to contact our customer service team. As it stands, we consider this matter resolved.

to address a customer’s concerns. On 12/20/2015, Ms. [redacted] purchased tickets to see Janet Jackson on 07/23/16. This event was later postponed by the artist for a later date. It should be noted that Ms. [redacted] typically would not be able to receive a refund for a postponed event per the agreed-to policies at checkout.
This policy is in place to ensure that the customer can attend the event they originally selected. In some cases, people may want a refund for these postponed events. We factor the delays and the likelihood of the rescheduled event in order to be responsive to our customers. As such, we have resolved this matter with Ms. [redacted]. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns regarding this or any other order, we welcome him to contact our customer service team.

customers and appreciate this opportunity to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. It should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means that we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.
Because customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. This policy was described in detail in our terms and conditions, to which Ms. [redacted] agreed prior to checking out.
With regard to Ms. [redacted]'s claim that she experienced difficulty using her tickets, we would like to provide clarification. In the highly rare event that we receive a report of tickets being invalid, Ticket Fulfillment Services acts quickly to conduct a detailed investigation into the matter. If the customer's claim is substantiated, our 100% Money Back Guarantee ensures that the customer will receive a full refund for their order. In the case of Ms. [redacted], our thorough investigation resulted in documentation proving that the tickets she received were in fact valid for entry to this event. For this reason, Ms. [redacted] is not due to receive a refund, per the agreed-to terms and conditions.
As part of our effort to assist Ms. [redacted] beyond what is required by our 100% Buyer Guarantee, we did offer to provide a resolution to this matter as a courtesy. However, Ms. [redacted] has declined this courtesy resolution. If Ms. [redacted] would like to discuss a resolution to this matter, or if she has any additional questions or concerns, we encourage her to contact our customer service team. inherit; font-style: inherit; border: 0px;">Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. At Ticket Fulfillment Services, we value our customers and appreciate this opportunity to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. Regarding Ms. [redacted]'s claim that she believed she was purchasing tickets through the website of the venue, or of the event itself, it should be noted that our web address and branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means that we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue or box office.”
Because customers are purchasing tickets owned by individual sellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer cancellations and must adhere to an "all sales are final" policy—a standard throughout the industry. This policy is disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the following message in bold print: “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).”
Regarding Ms. [redacted]’s claim that she was not made aware of the order total prior to purchase, it should be noted that this is inaccurate. Our website is user-driven, and no order can be placed without the customer having been made aware of all order and pricing details. When Ms. [redacted] selected the tickets she was interested in, she was taken to our Checkout page. From there, she was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bold text. Ms. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bold-text message “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message, “I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above.” She then checked a box signifying her agreement with this statement. Directly above the Place Order button, this message was presented in large, bold text: "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $2,078.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees."
In reference to Ms. [redacted]'s concerns about the delivery date for her tickets, we would like to provide clarification. Prior to purchase, the delivery date was shown to be 09/16/16. This fact was presented in the Order Summary during checkout. Estimated Ship Dates are dependent on the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Ticket Fulfillment Services has not affiliation, and are therefore outside our purview. Ms. [redacted] was provided with the Estimated Ship Date for her tickets prior to purchase, and she is completely supported by our 100% Money Back Guarantee to receive the tickets in time for the event.
Ms. [redacted] has noted that, in addition to this current claim, she has filed a dispute with her financial institution regarding this transaction. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. Additionally, we have reached out to Ms. [redacted] and provided a resolution to this matter that is amicable to both parties. If she has any further questions regarding this purchase, we encourage her to reach out to a member of our customer service team. At this time, this matter has been resolved.

Thank you for your response regarding this matter. As we previously stated, the site clearly states that our affiliate is not the venue. This fact is stated multiple times throughout the website. Additionally, Ticket Fulfillment Services maintains that Mr. [redacted]’ order was filled correctly as he selected Zone Seating in Section: Balcony, not Balcony Center, and received such tickets.
Since attempting to contact Mr. [redacted] twice to offer a courtesy resolution we received a second dispute from his financial institution. In the interest of customer service we have accepted this dispute. As such, Mr. [redacted] will be reimbursed his order total. Any questions Mr. [redacted] has regarding this dispute process should be directed to the financial institution with which it was filed.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business has said it considers this matter closed. Although I agree that did see that they are a reseller, and that I accepted the terms and conditions, I did so under what I consider to be false pretenses. Reseller, in my view, would include official partners of the venue, such as TicketMaster, and this company is in no way an official partner.
This complaint also does not address the URL that they used in Google to direct me to their site - "[redacted]/
I am curious to know how this is not designed to give the impression that this not in some way linked to the Orpheum Theater? Also, if they made it so clear that they were doing the online equivalent of scalping tickets, how do they explain my complaining directly to the Hennepin Theater Trust, who run the Orpheum about the poor business practices used by what I believed to be a ticket reselling partner of theirs?
Yes, I made the purchase and agreed to the fees, but only because:
a) I believed they represented the Orpheum ticket sales in some capacity.
b) I had promised my daughter that I would take her to see the show - she was so excited about it that I gritted my teeth and paid the fee, then complained to the Hennepin Theater Trust about the pricing. The HTT then alerted me to that this reseller had nothing to do with them, and that in some cases with such purchases, the tickets had not been valid.
When I looked at the tickets they sent, they were branded TicketMaster and did not have my name on them. Because I wanted to be sure I had valid tickets, I purchased a new set via the official HTT channel - TicketMaster - and received tickets that actually had my name on. I have no idea whether the tickets provided by this venue were valid or not, but I let them know the week before the performance that I would not be using them.
Furthermore, reviewing TicketMaster's site, it appears they have no business to be reselling TicketMaster's tickets. I wrote the following in the PayPal vendor dispute I opened.
Two quotes from TicketMaster's web site follow that, I think, demonstrates that these tickets are gray-market at best., so validating my concerns.
"The only way to know your tickets are the real deal is to buy Ticketmaster Verified Tickets directly from Ticketmaster or Live Nation, or get them at the venue box office. Ticketmaster Verified Tickets are 100% authentic and guaranteed to get you in, including Fan-to-Fan Resale Tickets. We can't verify tickets bought elsewhere, so please don't risk getting in. Keep it real with Ticketmaster Verified Tickets."
[redacted]
ALSO:
"How do I know if I can sell my tickets? If there's a Sell button on your order in My Account you're good to go. In some instances an artist, team, or venue may not allow resale for certain rows/seats.If you don't see a Sell button, you can't sell your tickets."
[redacted]
I believe the sell button referred to is for TicketMaster's own approved and validated resale channel. Not this company. It seems that my concerns were completely reasonable. After the shady marketing tactics used to draw me to this site, no assurance this company could make would make them seem trustworthy to me, and I had no interest in using the tickets, which I believe I made clear before the show.
I am hoping the Revdex.com can put pressure on companies like these to desist from using URLs that could in any way be considered related to the theaters, as well as to be clearer about what being a "reseller" actually means, and provide a prominent link to the official venue ticket web site with the suggestion that they check there first to before purchasing through a "reseller" such as this company. I would also be interested to know why, if they made their relationship so clear, why I first went to the HTT to complain?
In terms of my not letting the company know about my disappointment before filing a Revdex.com complaint, this is easily explained. Once I spoke to the HTT (seven days before the performance), I went to their site and saw in an FAQ that they don't do refunds, so I didn't see any point in wasting my time, and I also felt like this practice was sufficiently shady to require a Revdex.com report anyway. As your own complaints against them show, there are many other people who feel equally misled. I also filled out an online survey form on May 25, that the company provided when I first bought the tickets where I made my displeasure about their pricing very clear, so they have evidence that I was an unhappy customer. In that form (which I imagine they have on record somewhere), I made it clear that I was not interested in hearing from them unless it was regarding a refund or partial refund on the massive mark-up on the tickets. Since I bought new tickets, I would like a complete refund from them.

We take the customer experience seriously here at Ticket Fulfillment Services and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted]’s concerns. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.
When Ms. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, they were directed to review their itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded text. Ms. [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms.
Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds.
As previously stated due to the event cancellation per our Money Back Guarantee we have refunded Ms. [redacted] in full for her purchase. As such we consider this matter resolved, and hope that Ms [redacted] will consider Ticket Fulfillment Services for their future event ticket needs.

I purchased 6 tickets for the Trans Siberian Orchestra for an event in Manchester NH on November 26, 2016 and these guys sent me 6 counterfeit ticket for a total of $888.35 and they still have not refunded my money and as far as I can tell they have no plans on returning my tickets. The company was called On Line City Tickets. Stay away from On Line City Tickets and away from Ticket Fullfillment Service they are a scam.
This company claimed to have access to mezzanine seats for Heart @ ACL in Austin Tx. This was the entire reason we selected this vendor. We placed our order 2 months ago, the morning the tickets went on sale. We where changed full price for the tickets we wanted, plus a very very hefty servicing fee which results in more than doubling the price of our tickets. We where told the tickets would be provided worst case a few days prior to the show. The claim a 100% refund if they are unable to provide the tickets. What you do not see is the the very find print of the very long terms of service. you will receive your seats or better seats at the discretion of vendor (right) an upgrade. Show it now less than two days away and still not tickets, so I call and they are more than happy to "re-mail" the tickets to us which they do on the spot. Print out the tickets to find they have moved of to the back of the floor which are "NOT CLOSER OR BETTER" seats, and we specifically requested and where assured they had the more expensive mezzanine tickets available.
Bottom line, LET THE BUYER BEWARE - READ THE FINE PRINT, then READ IT AGAIN. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY unless you just want to get screwed like we did. [redacted]
