Ticket Fulfillment Services LP Reviews (313)

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate the chance to address Mr. [redacted]’ concerns. Ticket Fulfillment Services (“TFS”) processes orders and provides customer service for a variety of online ticket marketplaces, and is not affiliated with any artist...

or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the secondary ticket marketplaces for which we are a provider own tickets—instead, the secondary ticket marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Mr. [redacted] has indicated that we, or our affiliate, set the price of tickets listed on the site; however, this is inaccurate. As a secondary marketplace, TFS and our affiliate sites do not own or generate tickets. Rather, all tickets listed on the site are owned and priced by individual sellers. This means the seller selects a price based on a range of factors including customer demand. This also means the majority of any ticket sold on the affiliates site goes directly to the seller, not TFS or its affiliate. Mr. [redacted] has also implied that his order total, including the service fee, was not presented prior to purchase; yet no order can be placed on our affiliate’s site without a complete breakdown of all pricing details having been presented. After Mr. [redacted] selected the ticket listing he desired for Country 102.5 Street Party, he was directed to the checkout page. Here customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. Mr. [redacted] was prompted to provide an email address and continued to the checkout page. On this checkout page Mr. [redacted] was presented with a complete itemized breakdown of his order on the left-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $290.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Mr. [redacted] was then required to agree to our terms and conditions and presented with the bold message “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. No order can be placed without the customer having agreed to this. Directly below the check box, and above the "Place Order" button, the order total was reiterated in bold text stating, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your Credit Card will be charged $290.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" and which point Mr. [redacted] proceeded to place his order. Though Mr. [redacted] has indicated that the service fee as well as his order total was not presented sufficiently, every order placed on this site promptly displays all pricing details. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that the policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Prior to receiving this claim, we have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] to thoroughly address this matter. Nevertheless, we have offered Mr. [redacted] a resolution, stepping outside of the agreed upon terms, in the interest of customer service. Mr. [redacted] accepted this offer and we have reached an amicable resolution. As such, we consider this matter resolved and encourage Mr. [redacted] to contact us with any additional concerns he may have. Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

My husband ordered me Nutcracker tickets from them and when we got the receipt a $50+ fee was charged and a separate charge to our card was made for insurance that was a surprise to us. Extremely frustrated. I have written to the company and am awaiting a reply.

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer experience...

seriously here at Ticket Fulfillment Services and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted]’s concerns. It should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.”
In regards to Ms. [redacted]’s claim regarding a relation to the venue, Ticket Fulfillment Services clearly labels itself as an independent company and a secondary marketplace that simply connects sellers of event tickets with customers looking to purchase those tickets. The nature of our business is transparently described throughout our site, including places such as our About Us, ticket search pages, and Sales Terms and Conditions.
As a secondary marketplace, Ticket Fulfillment Services is not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. While we do sell tickets to events held at the Fox Theater, we are not affiliated with the venue and this is disclosed across multiple pages throughout the checkout process which state "We are a resale marketplace. This site is not owned by any venue." Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.
It should be noted that in addition to this current claim, Ms. [redacted] has also filed a dispute with their credit card company regarding this order and we are unable to reach a mutual resolution while this dispute remains active.

July 5, 2016 I ordered tickets and received a confirmation number.
Spoke to several people who asked my SEAT #, so I decided to find out since it was not on my "Confirmation.'
I called and spoke to a rep who asked me my Confirmation number. She told me it was NOT a Ticket Center number and to contact my credit card company immediately. Ticket Fulfillment Services was listed on my bill. According to the Revdex.com, this is not a physical address, no owner info available and there is NO LICENSE.
I CANCELLED this purchase with credit card company. Rather than wait to be scammed, I thought this all just didn't sound right. Reading all the complaints online only reinforced my fears. I sent a cancellation notice to the company that sent me the confirmation number as it is possible the website was redirected to Ticket Fulfillment.
Looks like the NFL TicketMaster site is legit but not the one I purchased tickets from. I just want the $162.95 credited in spite of the so called NO Cancellation Policy

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Just an added note.  Since October 2015 until May 12, 2016, I have made numerous attempts to speak with them on the phone.  Their automated system wouldn't put calls through, nor would them call me back from my emails.  All communication was via email.  But once I put through this complaint and you made contact, [redacted] from Box Office called me May 12, 2016 so see if this was resolved.  I commented on this to him.  I asked for a direct number and he said he didn't have one and to use their automated 800 number.  Box Office didn't actually resolve this, but American Express pushed this through.

tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information. Though this claim was submitted by Ms. [redacted], it should be noted that the order was placed by Ms. [redacted].Once the customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Metropolitan Opera – Der Rosenkavalier, they were directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected. The customer was prompted to provide an email address and continued to the checkout page. On this checkout page customers are presented with a complete itemized breakdown of their order on the left-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $576.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Below this total customers are displayed the message, “Please note: We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. Prices in USD.” Customers are then presented with the terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” The customer was then required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms. Directly above the "Place Order" button, the order total was reiterated in bold text stating, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $576.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time the customer proceeded to place their order.Due to the nature of business on the secondary marketplace, TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, TFS and their affiliates act as intermediaries between customers and sellers. All prices listed on the site are done so by the individual seller, not TFS, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that the policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. In addition to this current claim, the customer has filed a dispute with their credit card regarding this order. This matter was addressed and the dispute was ultimately ruled in the favor of TFS. If the customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

Revdex.com: For some reason I was unable to view the cost of the tickets and the additional charges before submitting my payment.  My wife has tried to contact the above named business by phone and e-mail. Several days ago we did receive an e-mail saying a representative would be contacting us soon. So far, no contact.  We attempted to contact the company to let someone know that we were unable to print the tickets.  We were looking for some kind of help to be able to print.  No one was available on-line or on the phone.  I believe that the company has a professional, as well as, an ethical responsibility to provide complete service.  Because service was not provided and there was no way for us to even use the tickets, I feel they have a responsibility to refund the funds in total.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Is the decision under appeal??
As I stated in the original complaint, the seat was not what I ordered. I contested the order immediately with Ticket Liquidators and my original complaint with them was ignored. It seems like classic "bait and switch." Ticket Liquidators only response is that "all sales are final."  After filing the complaint with the Revdex.com, I found out that Ticket Liquidators has a history of similar complaints.  Please help me in this matter.

Thank you for getting back to us regarding this issue. While Mr. [redacted] continues to press forward with this issue, we are not, due to the nature of our business, able to offer refunds once a sale has been completed and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy; because the seller received notice that their tickets were sold the moment the order was placed, we are unable to honor any refund request. We must also note that the greatest portion of the order was paid to the seller: as such, asking the seller for a refund would be unfair and in violation of the Sales Terms and Conditions that Mr. [redacted] agreed to during checkout. We are a secondary ticket market, and this fact is transparently described throughout our site, including places such as our About Us, Checkout and Sales Terms and Conditions. If Mr. [redacted] has any additional concerns he would like to discuss, he is welcome to reach out to our customer service department. As it stands, we consider this matter closed.

font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; border: 0px;">Thank you for reaching out to us. At Ticket Fulfillment Services, we value our customers and appreciate this opportunity to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. It should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is a secondary ticket marketplace, meaning that we have no affiliation with any box office or venue and do not own or generate any tickets. Because customers are purchasing tickets owned by individual sellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer cancellations and must adhere to an "all sales are final" policy—a standard throughout the industry. This policy is disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).”
With regard to her claim that the tickets were $35 each, it must be noted that this is inaccurate. We do have a variety of prices available on our site, and the option that Ms. [redacted] selected was $127.00. Ms. [redacted] selected 4 tickets at this price point, and delivery and service fees were also included in the order total.
Regarding Ms. [redacted]’s claim that she was not made aware of the order total prior to purchase, it should be noted that this is inaccurate. Our website is user-driven, and no order can be placed without the customer having been made aware of all order and pricing details. When Ms. [redacted] selected the tickets she was interested in, she was taken to our Checkout page. From there, she was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bold text. Ms. [redacted] was then required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bold-text message “All sales are final.” At this point, she was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and checked a box signifying her agreement with this statement. During this process, Ms. [redacted] saw an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and prices of her tickets, the delivery and service fees, and the total charge in bold text.
Ticket Fulfillment Services has fully adhered to the terms and conditions that were agreed to prior to checkout, and has upheld our 100% Money Back Guarantee. It should also be noted that in addition to this current claim, Ms. [redacted] has filed a dispute with her financial institution regarding this transaction. Due to the nature of the dispute process, we are unable to offer a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains active. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions regarding the status of this dispute, we encourage her to reach out to her financial institution. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information. Our customer stated that they navigated to our site to retrieve a phone number. The homepage of the site states, “[The site] is an event ticket resale marketplace.” Further clarification regarding the nature of the secondary marketplace is also available on the Frequently Asked Questions portion of the site. Additionally, when our customer contacted the sales agent, prior to the representative placing the order on behalf of the customer, the representative asked our customer if they agreed to our sales policies, which include an “all sales are final” policy, and that they were aware they may be paying above face value. Our customer verbally agreed to this and the order was submitted. With regard to our customer’s concerns about tickets being available before the tickets on the primary market were released to the general public, we would like to provide clarification. Tickets on the secondary market may become available to purchase prior to the primary market due to a number of possibilities; for instance, sellers may be season ticket holders or subscribers. Arrangements parties may have with box offices, venues, promoters, artists, or teams allow them to know in advance where they will acquire tickets.Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, TFS and the site are not affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory; instead, the site acts as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All tickets on our marketplace are set by individual sellers based on their assessments of a range of market factors including customer demand. This information is disclosed to, and must be agreed to, by customers for them to proceed with placing an order. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Prior to receiving this claim we discussed this matter with our customer to thoroughly address their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently discussed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

rgb(250,250,250)'>Thank you for reaching out to us in reference to the concerns of our valued customer, Ms. [redacted]. We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter. Ticket Fulfillment Services operates on the secondary marketplace and is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.

Regarding Ms. [redacted]’s claim that she was not made aware of the order total prior to purchase, it should be noted that this is inaccurate. Our website is user-driven, and no order can be placed without the customer agreeing to all order and pricing details. When Ms. [redacted] selected the tickets she wanted, she was taken to our checkout page and prompted to enter an email and select a delivery method. During this process, Ms. [redacted] saw an in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and prices of her tickets, the delivery and service fees, and the total charge in bold text. Ms. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bold-text message “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and checked a box signifying her agreement with this statement.

We should also note that Ms. [redacted] has not contacted us regarding her concerns prior to this complaint. We have a number of accessible contact options in place to to address any concerns customer's may have and make Ticket Fulfillment Services easily accessible to customers through Email, Live Chat, and Telephone. As Ms. [redacted] mentions, in addition to this current claim, shehas filed a dispute with her financial institution regarding this transaction. Due to the nature of the dispute process, we are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open, and encourage Ms. [redacted] to contact her financial institution with any questions regarding its process or outcome. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. We would like to take the time to address Ms....

[redacted]’ concerns. It should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.
Regarding Ms. [redacted]’ concern regarding the price printed on the tickets, we should note she is referring to the face value. At the top of every ticket listing page our site states “Tickets not guaranteed to ship immediately. A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkout. This site not affiliated with any venue. Tickets may be above face value,”. As a secondary marketplace, all tickets listed on our site are owned and priced by individual sellers, not Ticket Fulfillment Services, based on those sellers' assessments of changing factors such as customer demand. This means price is not based on the tickets' original price, or face value, and may be higher or lower than that original amount.

Ms. [redacted] states that she selected tickets that were $158 per ticket; however this should be noted as inaccurate. On 8/16 Ms. [redacted] selected three tickets for Meghan Trainor that were listed as $271 each. When Ms. [redacted] selected her tickets, she navigated to our checkout page. From there, she was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bold text. Ms. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Below this box in bold text it states, “By clicking ‘place order,’ your credit card will be charged $904.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees.”
Prior to receiving this dispute, Ms. [redacted] also filed a dispute with her credit card company regarding this order. We have addressed this and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. Though we have a number of accessible communication options to connect with customers, Ms. [redacted] did not contact us prior to filing her dispute or this complaint, which left us no opportunity to address her concerns regarding this order. We have since reached out to Ms. [redacted] in an effort to discuss this matter but have been unsuccessful in reaching her. Ms. [redacted] purchased tickets on 8/16 and minutes later her tickets were delivered and downloaded for her event on 9/24. We would encourage her to contact us directly if she has any additional questions; as it stands, we consider this matter closed.

Services, we value our customer and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted]’s concerns. It should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—rather, we facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page with the statement: "Tickets not guaranteed to ship immediately. A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkout. This site not affiliated with any venue. Tickets may be above face value." Ticket Fulfillment Services performs services related to Tickets-Center.com purchases. These services include, but are not limited to: processing orders, verifying order details and coordinating the delivery of purchased tickets.
Ms. [redacted] has stated that she believed she was purchasing tickets on Ticketmaster.com. However, it must be noted that our website and the content therein is dissimilar to that of Ticketmaster. We utilize visually different branding as well as a unique webpage URL. When Ms. [redacted] selected her tickets, she was taken to our checkout page. From there, she was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bolded text. Ms. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. During this process, Ms. [redacted] saw an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge.
With regard to Ms. [redacted]'s calculation of her order total, we would like to provide clarification. Ms. [redacted] was not charged any sales tax, and was charged the exact amount stated prior to checkout. As stated in bold print on the checkout page, "All Sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." We would encourage her to reach out to her financial institution regarding the exchange rate she may have been charged as a Canadian customer.
As a secondary marketplace, Tickets Fulfillment Services is not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. This also means that the prices of tickets on our site are set by the individual ticket sellers, not Ticket Fulfillment Services, in accordance with their assessments of a range of market factors, such as customer demand.
We have been in contact with Ms. [redacted] regarding this issue, and have yet to reach an amicable resolution at this time. When we did reach out to Ms. [redacted] by phone, she stated that she did not want to continue discussing this matter with us. As she was able to attend the event, we would encourage her to contact us directly with any additional concerns that she may have; as it presently stands, we consider this matter closed.

between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. These sellers set their own prices based on their understanding of the current market climate, which means prices are not based on the original value, or face value--a fact clearly explained in our sales terms. As described below, throughout the checkout process, Ms. [redacted], and all of our customers, are made aware and reminded that prices may be more than face value.Ms. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, where she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in balded text. Ms. [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditions visible in a text box below this order total-and presented with the balded message "All sales are final." At this point, she was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditions. Ihave reviewed the Order Summary above,11  and a check box that she needed to click to continue with checkout. Below this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Ms. [redacted]'s case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $334.50, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order". In addition,a box containing "Purchase Information" such as "Price: Ticket prices may exceed face value" can be found on each page throughout the checkout process. When Ms. [redacted] clicked "Place Order'', she signified her acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed her order. Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process-from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Additionally, all sellers on our siteare notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds. While we regret Ms. [redacted]'s frustration, she was made aware of this fact, and made an educated, conscious decision to purchase tickets from our site. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome her to contact us.Thank you

I bought a ticket for s show for $58. Luckily not a big amount. I was sent a receipt but not the ticket with barcode. I went to the venue with the receipt but could not redeem it for a ticket as there was no barcode. I had to purchase another ticket at the door. Never use this service, it is a scam!

"Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; border: 0px;">Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. Ticket Fulfillment Services processes orders and provides customer service for a variety of online ticket marketplaces, and is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means we and our affiliates do not own tickets—instead, our affiliates facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.

Though Ms. [redacted] stated she believed she was purchasing from the venue, the web address and branding are intentionally different from those of other sites. Directly on the homepage, the following message was displayed to Ms. [redacted], “We are a resale marketplace. This site is not owned by any venue. Ticket Prices may exceed face value.”

When Ms. [redacted] viewed tickets for The Pretty Reckless, the top of this page reiterated "Price set by sellers, may be over face-value. Not owned by any venue. All seats together unless otherwise noted." Ms. [redacted] then navigated to the checkout page and was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price of $129.83 in bold text. Ms. [redacted] was required to agree to the terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

In regard to Ms. [redacted]'s concerns with the price of tickets on the primary market, or face value, it should be noted that our affiliate operates as a secondary marketplace thatserves as an intermediary between sellers and customers meaning all ticket prices are set by the sellers, not Ticket Fulfillment Services. This fact is explained clearly throughout the purchase process, from a notice on every ticket listing and checkout page stating, "We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. We are not owned by any venue."

It should also be noted that in addition to this current claim, Ms. [redacted] has filed a dispute with her financial institution regarding this transaction. Due to the nature of the dispute process, we are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open, and encourage Ms. [redacted] to contact her financial institution with any questions regarding its process or outcome. As Ms. [redacted] was provided with her valid tickets prior to her event, which has since passed, we consider this matter closed.
