We have come up with an agreement with the customer to satisfy
Gale called, they claim to have offered $500, but no one has ever contacted me about itI call and leave messages, no return call
We have been out and worked on this customers concerns.we have tried to please and have done anything asked.if customer needs something reasonable looked at again we will be glad to do so.The last time we have heard any word from the customer was early in 2015.in-which all concerns were addressed and the file closed .the vinyl material expanse and contracts in severe cold and gates stick in the winter.this is common and releases when it warms outside.?

The repairs were made and all efforts have been made to satisfy customerI have attached both the original sign off indicating Ms [redacted] was happy as well as a repair signoff that the repairs were complete to her satisfaction
Mr [redacted] install was in and has been fine through many WintersAs explained already and in full detail this past winter had a small percentage of jobs with water in the ground that caused heaving issues when major freezing occurred and caused some poles to move.because of the unrealistic depth of frost this yearThis should be covered by insurance.However that's up to the customer to pursuitAs far as saying all this stuff happened on install would have been mentioned to [redacted] and would have been mentioned in the original complaint filedWe as a company understand this winters damage imposed to many peoples properties on many outdoor items from old to new regardless of the company who installed it and we understand these weather conditions can be frustrating Unfortunatley we cant repair this particular Job free of chargeThe customer verbally agreed to a price and then backed out last minute and Sent in his now second complaint to the BureauWe will still honor the repair price of $and take an additional $off as customer service in good faithAs far as the deck it was a composite deck made by Trex that was installed in 2009.We didn't start to install the all vinyl PVC until late at the time we felt this was one the best available out thereThis also reflects in price as the all PVC is much more expensiveMr [redacted] can contact Trex if need be as this is the first we are hearing about this.However Trex does not cover fade on there composite materials like the PVC manufactures do.Trex says it does not hurt the performance of there productthey do have remedies for fade however Mr Godson will have to call the customer service line and speak to a trex representative

The issue with Mr [redacted] fence is a result of the weather as he previously indicatedThe winters of and 2015, created extensive shifting of the groundWe have reached out to Mr [redacted] to come to a resolution
The issues the customer is having are not covered by our warrantyHowever, as a customer service gesture, we have scheduled an appointment with the customer to resolve their issues
