The issue with Mr [redacted] fence is a result of the weather as he previously indicatedThe winters of and 2015, created extensive shifting of the groundWe have reached out to Mr [redacted] ? to come to a resolution

Tony came to our home on occasionsHe verbally stated there was a lifetime warranty to my husband on the first occasion, and on the 2nd occasion right before I signed the contract he told me there was a lifetime warranty, used the example if the tree falling on the fence and assured me if there were ever any problems to just call and someone would come fix right awayI am attaching the pamphlet Tony brought to my house, last bullet point states "lifetime warranty." I did sign a statement acknowledging that the gates only had days, but unfortunately I didn't sign anything stating lifetime warrantyObviously I trusted what Tony was saying to me and felt confident during our conversation that there was a system in place to address any ? service needs and I didn't second guess his sales pitchHowever, let's pretend there's no lifetime warrantyThe fence started leaning after monthThen again a few months laterThen taken down and reinstalledThen leaning again months laterSo the longest period of time that this fence has been upright is monthsSo whether there's a lifetime warranty or not, we still paid a lot of money for a product that has never really functioned properlyThere should be some accountability on their end to make this work considering it never really hasI just don't understand this back and fourth and begging to have what we paid for in proper working condition or a refundI shouldn't have to pay for this hassle.?

The Vinyl Outlet, installed my porch railings in years later, they look as good as they did the day the were installedWe recently decided to install feet of privacy fence in our back yardAgain, The Vinyl Outlet installed a beautiful jobI couldn't be happier with my completed projectNext summer, we will finally install our dream deckThe Vinyl Outlet will again be our first choice

It is not concrete, wood or blacktopIts a product we purchased with the assurance from Vinyl Outlet that it would not get hot The suggestion of an awning has been made AFTER our complaint, and was never suggested prior to our purchase/installation because they assured us it would not get hot!!!!!!!!!!, They also suggested we put shoes on or spray it with water If Vinyl Outlet is suggesting this is a disagreement between the customer and the manufacture, why are they still using and promoting this product? THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT THEY ARE SELLING and are still fraudulently misrepresenting this product

Our installer went to the customer's home on several occasionsThe issue of cracking is a trim ring on the bottom of the postIt appears the trim ring has been broke, by being hitPossibly from a snow shovelOn our most recent visit in December, the customer refused to allow us to replace the trim ringShe wanted us to remove all of her railings, which our installer refused, as this would leave her with an unsafe situationWe continue to be willing to replace the cracked trim ring even though it is well outside of the warrantyWe would do this as a customer courtesy
The customer removed the gate from the post.We would never agree to the removal of the gates from the posts annually and recommend the customer keeps them on.The warranty on gates are days from the install date.However we are sending an installer over anyway to try and correct the issue

The customer has been called several times to find out if they want the check mailed or if they want to pick it upWe strongly urge the customer to call our Accounting Department to make arrangements
