I will never use or recommend Donley Service Center again based on my latest experience with them Donley diagnosed a leak in my coil system on my AC unit on 5/11/ They told me my unit was not under warranty as it was years old, and suggested that I buy a new unit as coil leaks are not really fixable as a long term solution They also failed to provide me with the SN of the unit even after I asked for it so I could check to see if it was under warranty I ended up contacting a different company to go up on my roof to give me a second opinion The other company found NO LEAK in the unit They also gave me the SN and called the manufacturer to confirm my unit was under warranty Four weeks later and my unit is still holding refrigerant with no leaks The other company actually came up on my roof a few weeks later to check on my unit, because they felt so bad for the service I'd received And I don't have to spend $6K - $7K on a new unit that Donley recommended I find these business practices very dishonest They also charged me more than times the going rate for the refrigerant If I could give them a -star review I would Sorry Donley, but you've lost my business and I'm going to tell ALL my friends and family what type of service I received

Donley provided prompt service and fixed my A/C They charged $That includes a $diagnostic fee and $for a blown run capacitor The rest was for part installation and system testing I had correctly troubleshot the problem before calling Donley but had to workIt was mid July and needed A/C asap

A few years ago, I gave specific instructions to Ricardo about how I wanted my new hot water heater installed Even though it included items like allowing me time to rebuild the platform upon which the hot water heater sitsHe then used a stainless steel pan, then installed a PVC drainage system, he willingly did the installation according to my wishes This was above and beyond Yesterday, when the hot water heater began to leak, it was apparent the the water heater failure had nothing to do with the installation, and he arranged for the work to be done under the warranty I hadHe recognized how his installation had prevented any damage from occurring from water leakage, and installed the new water heater in the same wayHe took time to explain to me how to help make the new water heater last as long as possibleHe removed all existing copper pipes from our wall using the more difficult method of heating and loosening the solder joint rather than the easier, faster method of just cutting them off, shortening the pipes from the house He offered me the choice to keep the copper pipes he needed to remove, rather than just take them without asking He was respectful and polite and exemplified professionalism, skill, and integrity

Ricardo came out to fix a slow shower drain and he was the bestHe was efficient, courteous and knew exactly how to fix the problemI have been a customer of Donley for both air-conditioning and plumbing for over years and are 100% satisfied with their work and efficiencyI can't say enough good things about themThey are the best!
