I have been using Donley plumbing and heating for years at the business that I work at and also at my home They are on time, they are professional, they care about not disturbing our business customers, each employee is as unobtrusive and thoughtful as possible while efficiently getting their job done
The thing that I really am impressed with is they take the extra time to make sure everything is working, safe and clean before the leave
They just finished a sewer repair at my house and brought the camera unit out before the work and after the work to make sure that everything was done correctly and that they didn't miss any potential problem in that system

They came out the same day we called them, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it for a very reasonable priceI was also given information about a plumbing issue I mentioned, and info about our aging a/c unitsNo attempt was made to sell us anything - and the technician was polite and very punctual
I want our service providers to make money so they stay in business and will be there the next time we need themHowever, many of us have been taken advantage of by less scrupulous service companies in the past, and are therefore cautious when using a new company
We will certainly make Donley our company for all furnace, a/c and plumbing needs, and based upon their service yesterday, I can recommend them

I love Donley Service Center! Two years ago I was referred to Donley by a local roofing company (who did a wonderful job on my home) My older house is starting to show it's age"Ricardo" came out and repaired all (7) of my plumbing problems inside and outside This week (2017) I had Ricardo come back to fix a sink "Juan" came out to fix a swamp cooler (and had to run all over town to find an outdated part) This morning "Mike" was here to educate me on air conditioners and help me make a good decision on replacing my thirty year old unit As a widow, I am always anxious when I need to call servicemen into my home So much so, I have often put off having repairs done As of now, Donley is my "go to" team Their representatives are friendly, experienced, and very knowlegable They carefully explain what needs done, show me the problem, and never try to talk me into spending more than I have to My experience with Donley has been 100% positive - from the receptionist setting up the appointment to the techs cleaning up after the project I trust them in my home - and that means a lot to me

We had our annual hot water heater flushed and drained yesterday, and as always, we request Richardo, because he's been taking care of us for over years - he knows us and knows our cat and when he arrives, it's always like welcoming family home again Richardo did an amazing job - it's tricky to perform this when the valve has to be changed, but he did it flawlessly, left not a smidge of evidence that he had been here He noticed rust and checked everything out - replacing the rod that was completely corroded from our hard water And as always appreciated - Richardo would not enter our home without his little booties - he's just so thoughtful And he's also THE BEST Thank you Richardo and thank you Mike for running a business where your employees show so much pride in their work and their work ethic *** * *** ***

The technician Jerry was very courteous and knowledgeable Thoroughly explained what he did and when he found something that needed to be replaced so there would be no problems during the heat of the summer, he explained the unction of the part and replaced it promptly
