If you decide that you do not wish to receive the product monthly, all you need to do is call or email our Customer Care center and we are happy to cancel your Trial for you. However, we did not receive a cancellation request in the 14 Day time frame, so we charged the full price for the product that was ordered. As per our Terms and Conditions, we are only able to accept products under 30 days of age as returns for refunds with valid RMA numbers. There were two products per box and she was only issued two RMA numbers, not four, for one shipment of product. She was issued a full refund of $97.41 and $98.41 once the return with valid RMA numbers was received. As agreed to by the Terms and Conditions of the original order, we do not issue refunds on any shipping charges. However, we have issued a full refund for the products that she returned. Per system records the complainant did receive two shipments, each containing one serum and one cream. The tracking number for the shipments are below. The tracking number [redacted] shows that the first shipment of two products was delivered to the complainant on July 9th, 2016. The second shipment of products was delivered on August 11, 2016, tracking number [redacted]. To date we have not received any returned products and the complainant did receive a full refund on the charges of $98.41 and $97.41 that were billed on August 5, 2016. the refund was issued back on August 15, 2016. We have not received anymore returned products so we are unable to issue any further refunds at this time.
