I was tricked into a product subscription that I tried to cancel but their customer service representatives could not find my information.
I was also tricked into a monthly subscription through a link on Instagram. When I first ordered my free trial on 2/12/19, they added on an additional free trial for another product without my permission. I immediately called their customer service and attempted to cancel my order altogether. However, the customer service rep was unable to find my name or confirmation order number? He told me that I was probably scammed and made it seem like he worked for a legit company that happened to have the same name/phone number/email address that was provided in my order confirmation email.
Fast-forward 2 weeks and I have a NEW charge of $83 for the unapproved subscription. I, again, immediately call their customer service and the rep finally finds my name after looking into their "old" system? I literally just gave them my information 14 days ago. So he says he cancels my subscription for both products so that no further monthly charges will be made, but I'm out of luck for the $83 charge that just occurred. He said the only way that I could get my money back after that order ships is to return the product (a process where once I receive my product, I will, again, have to call customer service in order to ask for their address because they don't include packing slips in the packages).
Next day I decide to email the one provided in my original order confirmation. I inform them that I need a refund for the $83 charge. And since I have not received a shipping confirmation email, it should be pretty easy for them to do. I also informed them that I had spoken to a customer service rep the day prior and that he canceled my account so that no further charges would be made. I get a reply from "Jessica" several hours later, simply stating that they "had no record of me speaking to one of their Call Center Representatives... and that if I need further assistance, please contact them again. -Jessica." No official company logo or information/title under her name either.
Their company website does not even exist, nor does any official means of contacting them.

Desired Outcome

I think should get a full refund for the entire $83.41 that they charged my for the subscription that I did not agree to and that I originally attempted to cancel 10 minutes after I made the order. Honestly, this "company" needs to be shut down.

Yes, I finally got a refund from them after I told them I made a Revdex.com complaint.

Charged my account without consent or notification of charge.
Date of purchase was 2/15 and I purchased product on a trial basis. I tried to find the terms and conditions of the trial period but website kept making click different links and offers to bypass. I never found anymore details on it and it did not say I would be charged anything more after the 14 day trial period. I received a charge on my account for almost $100 and I immediately called them because I was not expecting to be charged that much. I spoke to a representative named Damien and I tried to explain my situation to him about the charge and the trial period had just ended within 24 hours. He was very rude and said I was not allowed to speak to anyone else and he hung up on me. Now my account is being charged without my consent so I contacted my bank and filed a claim with the fraud department.

Desired Outcome

All I wanted from the company was the refund for the charge I did not authorize and had no knowledge of. I also think they should be required to make their product prices known at the end of the trial period. The false advertising and undisclosed pricing information is not fair to us as consumers.

Unauthorized charges
Ordered the free trial bottle of forskolin extract and gracinia cambogia and only had the pay for shipping and handling on 2/16/2019. There was nothing stating that there would be a subscription and/or other charges. On 3/3/2019 I find an unauthorized charge of $83.41 on my account. I did not give the company permission and want a refund on my money. I will be contacting my bank in the morning to notify them of the unauthorized charge.

They teied to charge me $83 for a free trial that was suppose to be a one time thing.
I just git a text from my bank saying that this company tried to charge me 83 dollars for something that was a free trial that I already paid for.

Desired Outcome

I just want them to stop trying to charg me for something that they claim is 83 dollars. And to take my information off their list.

This is a yes and no response. No where in the print did it say it was a 14 day trial. It just told me to pay shipping and I was getting charged 3 differnt times as a reaccuring payment. That was not what I signed up for. You need to mark your tirals better. My bank was the ones that caught the first 2 charges. I had to get a new card since you tired to charge me 2 differnt weeks. Twice for 83.00 and once for 73.00. Its quite convenet that I wasn't able to find your site again When No noticed the extra charges. I am not the type of person to buy something like your product with out reading everything.
Thank you for the return of my money. But you really need to stop luring people in.

Hid costs in fine print. Won't refund me. Fraudulent purchase practice. The website is now down. Bet it's a fake company. I called to cancel a d the guy had a rehearsed reaction. So I'm pretty sure a lot of people did the same thing.
