We ordered the satin white touch up paint 1 quart and also will provide a touch up fill stick that we will have sent to Mrs. [redacted] home she should receive these materials with the next 10 business days.
In my last contacts wit [redacted], I requested pictures and what exactly was wrong. I informed her of my injuries and ask her to be patient. I was not back on my feet until beginning of March, and I had not heard anything else from her. Now I see she had someone else to work and fix issue, ones that were not brought to my attention, which was her prerogative. Please have her send a invoice or contract so I can see what was done.

I was told that final payment would be expected upon completion of the satisfied project. The cabinet Doctor left a cabinet draw that doesn't match the kitchen both in color and style. They were suppose to remove the draw completely and replace it with one cabinet. That was never done and they stop contacting me and responding to my text and phone calls. Now I just need the hardware to get the lazy susan cabinet back together.Regards,

The pantry door was previously damaged by the original homeowner and then the same problem happened to the current homeowner. He is willing to replace the door, but it would have to be...
paid for by homeowner, as it is not a manufacturer defect, it was undisclosed damage by the original homeowner.

I have been out of the office for a month, due to a knee surgery I will have a installer there to address these issues next week. That's the week of the 15th

At this point, to answer your question, he has NOT ordered anything, although he claimed he will be here either tomorrow or next week to look at the materials that need to be ordered. We have asked him when exactly, so we can make sure someone is here, but have not heard anything back as yet... again.Well, we actually gave it until 10/11 and still nothing, so please reopen the case.
